What do you like best about Liongard?

I like how Liogard helps to find data we would not see otherwise. Support staff are rock stars. And my Sales person is always there for me as a advocate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Sometimes it's challenging to set up external sources of data. This can lead to a bit of frustration. The documentation seems to be a little lacking. But they make up for it in the support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Liongard?

What do you dislike about Liongard?

I dislike how I can't seem to close tickets. Probably a learning curve on my part but I can't get rid of the tickets or alerts, just change their status. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Sometimes it is hard to find what you are looking for in the way of reporting for integrations and tuning the alerts otherwise you get inundated with them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Liongard solving and how is that benefiting you?

The problems that we are solving with Liongard is that vast amount of information that we are not aware of. Liongard takes care of that in a great way. Everything from IP ranges to domain information in one place, if anything changes for whatever reason you get alerts about it.
