Nice that you can run an export to your ledger and have all entries done for you. Nice to be able to see all lease information in one place and others can have unquiry access to look up lease information. Customer support is responsive and has answered any questions or help solve any issues. The Ask Alex feature is convenient for looking up information and watching videos on how to enter items. **What do you dislike about LeaseAccelerator?** There have been times when a release changed something on an existing lease and created extra work to correct. Occassionally run into issues with renewals not working the way I htink they should but sometimes that's a matter of the timing of our renewals. **What problems is LeaseAccelerator solving and how is that benefiting you?** Lease Accelerator solved the problem of how to implement 842 - calculates the ROU asset, liabilities and amortized expenses for you. Also enable us to keep track of which leases have security deposits. I really love a one stop shop for all of my leasing inquiries. After a certain level of comfort I feel very efficient in Lease Accelerator and really don't have any issues navigating the tool. **What do you dislike about LeaseAccelerator?** There is not much I dislike about Lease Accelerator. My only critique would be that it would be nicer if more information was required. Ie. Having supporting documents be required for each agreement. As someone who took over the tool after the person implemented it, I sometimes struggle with how they came to the conclusion of some classifications. **What problems is LeaseAccelerator solving and how is that benefiting you?** While our company does not have an exceptionally large lease population compared to other companies (hovering around 250) - our accounting department is especially small, with only 3 of us existing at the corporate level. This tool helps us streamline our process, and if I were to die tomorrow someone from the company would be able to access the tool and realistically pick it up. The upside of the system is that we can search for relevant information and terms are easier, and changes are easier to make. **What do you dislike about LeaseAccelerator?** The least helpful about is the reports that I always download the reports and face waiting in the queue and can't download because of the system release which may cause a little trouble. There are also system delays that prevent real-time updates to operations. **What problems is LeaseAccelerator solving and how is that benefiting you?** For leasing business, we need to maintain rents in the system and use the system to observe and analyze our assets in real time. Having a bit of a play around in the system helps immensely to understand the complicated leasing standards. The maturity analysis report and quantitative analysis reports allow us to get from raw data to disclosures quickly, and the widespread reporting capabilities make it easy to share and review reports with our regional and plant teams so we can ensure leases are being captured and accounted for appropriately. **What do you dislike about LeaseAccelerator?** As with any system, there are quirks from time to time that may require engineering support or workarounds in the short term - usually thanks to a weird lease update or renewal, or finding out information after the fact that has to be backdated. Having to disclose leases on the face of the balance sheet was certainly a challenge for us to identify all the global leases and get them booked to the system properly, and ensure we were properly disclosing our global portfolio of lease assets and liabilities. Once we got through implementation, we realized there are many potential benefits for us to be able to identify contracts nearing end of term and negotiate cost savings in our renewals. He is also proactive to reach out if he notices anything in our lease portfolio/system configuration that needs attention. Technical Support also generally addresses issues very quickly and efficiently. It is very easy to create support case tickets and to follow the status of the ticket. I like having access to a database of training video I can watch and review as needed, the videos are easy to follow and understand. The live Velocity sessions are also very helpful to learn the system and to be able to ask questions in real time; the trainers/SMEs are very knowledgeable. The system isn't perfect as we occasionally run into issues (ie. a functionality that isn't available, a journal entry not generating correctly, etc) but the company is continually improving with frequent version updates and generally has upcoming fixes in the pipeline before we identify an issue. They will also proactively reach out to let us know of updates that cause accounting adjustments and specifically which leases in our portfolio could potentially be impacted so that we can monitor the month end journal entry export. **What do you dislike about LeaseAccelerator?** Technical difficulties occur somewhat frequently when trying to run system reports, which are sometimes remediated by switching browsers or clearing cache, but often require follow up with customer service and/or technical support. Also the journal entries generated from the system seem a bit complicated and difficult to understand a first. There is a bit of a learning curve to use the system and to make sure you are entering and updating lease information correctly in order to generate proper financial reporting data. **Recommendations to others considering LeaseAccelerator:** I highly recommend LeaseAccelerator. The quality of support more than compensates for any issues that we encounter with the software. Definitely leverage the wealth of training materials - videos and step by step user guides - readily available to help navigate the system. Additionally, the customer service, subject matter experts, technical support are all very knowledgeable and helpful, and are a great resource. **What problems is LeaseAccelerator solving and how is that benefiting you?** Tracking of our lease portfolio is much easier and cleaner than the previous method of manual spreadsheets. There are many useful reports available, including the BYOR (build your own) reports which are customizable to which fields are useful for your own purposes and can be manipulated within the user interface (reorganizing columns as well as adding charts, graphs, additional columns with custom formulas, etc) before exporting from the system. Reporting functions assist in compiling amounts for external financial reporting that previously were otherwise difficult to ascertain. ### 44.
