I've been using LeaseAccelerator for a while now, and there are several aspects I really appreciate. First and foremost, it's easy to use. The interface is quite user-friendly and intuitive, making it easy to navigate through different features. Additionally, it's very educational, with helpful guides and tips throughout the platform. However, there are some areas that need improvement. The biggest issue is the program's speed. LeaseAccelerator is very slow; every change you want to make takes a long time to process, even for simple tasks. The user interface for looking at deal summaries is very helpful. The layout lets you easily see the most relevant and important information that impacts accounting, operations, and forecasting (ex. start and end date, booking date, payment schedule, term, status, and category of lease)The abundance of reporting options is also a plus. I wish there was a community forum where questions could be posted and other users and LAS staff could post their responses. Customer support could be greatly improved; because responses are mostly through email, the benefits of a verbal discussion about resolution to the probelm is often not achieved. We had an issue recently with the leases being uploaded. The support team is able to respond promptly and provide solutions any time of the day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Lease Accelerator makes accounting for leases with 842 a lot easier. Nice that you can run an export to your ledger and have all entries done for you. Nice to be able to see all lease information in one place and others can have unquiry access to look up lease information. Customer support is responsive and has answered any questions or help solve any issues. The Ask Alex feature is convenient for looking up information and watching videos on how to enter items. There have been times when a release changed something on an existing lease and created extra work to correct. Occassionally run into issues with renewals not working the way I htink they should but sometimes that's a matter of the timing of our renewals. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Ask Alex has been a great resource for me as I am new to using Lease Acclerator. It's a great starting point to get answers to my own questions prior to having to ask my collegues. I am in the External Reporting role, so my duties within Lease Accelerator are primarily around assisting our team throughout the globe with questions, and obtaining reports for audit and external reporting purposes. I do find that when I'm trying to get populations of leases or other reports, they take a very long time to generate in Lease Accelerator and sometimes the website times out before the generation is complete, and then I need to start over again. Confusing implementation period, VACO was not very helpful. They also spit out entries with no why behind them or any calculations, so it's hard to tell WHY they posted what they did or what the calculation was that gave them the values. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It can easily integrate with the financial backbone of our company and with its built-in policy elections and configurable data elements, no more manual calculations.

System can seem a bit clumsy at times and hard to follow. Seems like they can ask for too much information and just gets overwhelming for the user.
