  ### 1. Great Idea many glitches

**What do you like best about LeaseAccelerator?**

It's a great system that holds lots of information. The downside is that, there is no training aides and places to find out issues. It also does not take credits and we have to go back and do several manual steps.

**What do you dislike about LeaseAccelerator?**

The Alex button at the bottom for help is cumbersome. You can not click ok or save because the Alex button is at the bottom. You have to minimize the screen and then click ok. When processing several payments this takes a lot of time.

**What problems is LeaseAccelerator solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Getting payments made on time. Also working in the system that that all team members can see information to make payments on time and also so that clients can be paid on time.

  ### 2. LAS is a system for processing leasing but it's still an imperfect system and needs to be improved

**What do you like best about LeaseAccelerator?**

The web interface is very clear. Nothing else.

**What do you dislike about LeaseAccelerator?**

The system is not smart enough, all the lease records need to be added to the system manually;
There is no clear guidance provided to users, especially for complex cases, such as modification, re-classification, etc.
The system is unstable and can't generate accounting properly sometimes, and also lots of adjusting entries every month.
Can't provide ad-hoc reports based on users' requirements.

**What problems is LeaseAccelerator solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It provides a platform for Cummins to record lease assets, and generate accounting based on the new policy ASC 842.

**What do you like best about LeaseAccelerator?**

The interface is alright. It seems fairly easy to maneuver.

**What do you dislike about LeaseAccelerator?**

The inability to process credits, the unreliability of payments actually posting, the lack of communication to Peoplesoft.

**What problems is LeaseAccelerator solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I'm not sure that they are solving any of the issues.
