It is very User friendly. I was used to Service Titan at my former company. I foresee this being much easier and streamlined the experience for the client. Including designing project, uploading photos, Completing the contract and financing, it also integrates well with Service Titan. Performance is very quick and seamless. The Pricing is very straight forward, I understand the performance from my IT department say it’s very easy to update and add other files. The AI intelligence is great to use in the design as well. The only issues I’ve had with Leap, are based around, me, not finding the customer I’m looking for using the search feature. I have started to search for previous contacts by their home address versus their first and last name… When I’m searching for the homeowner’s name sometimes I have misspelled or incorrectly entered what I thought was saved in leap. I love how Leap puts everything in one place, which has been a real blessing for us. The automation features are impressive, and although we're still working on it, they've improved significantly since we first started using them. I find Leap very easy to use. The versatility is something I really appreciate, as there are multiple ways to accomplish tasks, catering to different learning styles. As I've learned the system, the webpage aspect has grown on me, and our customers love having all their things in one place. I would love to hire somebody to come in and train us from start to finish. They should offer more one-on-one step-by-step training. I'm a visual learner and would like a one-on-one contact person. The Estimating and Proposals. Macros and material lists. Being able to run the schedule. This has ended up saving us countless hours of paperwork and needing other softwares.
