What do you like best about Leadster?

The concept of Leadster is promising, and I was excited to try it out after purchasing the lifetime deal on AppSumo. The features advertised seemed like they could really enhance our lead generation efforts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Leadster?

The customer support is absolutely nonexistent. I bought Leadster through AppSumo, but I encountered problems activating the product. AppSumo directed me to contact Leadster directly for activation, but this has proven impossible. Despite trying the chatbot on three different days, which claimed to reply immediately, I received no response at all. After extensive searching, I finally found an email address (contact@leadster.com), but emails to this address bounced back with a message saying the address doesn’t exist. There is literally no way to contact their support. I’m now seeking a refund from AppSumo due to this terrible experience. It’s extremely frustrating and disappointing to invest money in a product only to find no support when issues arise. Avoid this product if you value reliable customer support.
