**What do you like best about Journeyfront?**

I like Journeyfront for its ability to streamline our interview process and support data-driven, informed hiring decisions. This has helped us reduce turnover and time to hire. The data-driven dashboards and the ability to screen candidates on multiple elements, from motivation to experience to handling real-world situations, are features I appreciate. I also like how adaptive Journeyfront is, continuing to evolve with changes in the hiring landscape. The onboarding team made the initial setup easy, which was great.

**What do you dislike about Journeyfront?**

Journeyfront seems to work best for certain roles, so it's not a universal solution for all hiring concerns or challenges. We haven't had as much success with using Journeyfront to support new or unique roles, and so that can be improved. We've had to tinker with the assessments and sometimes that process can feel laborious, but necessary. But I think there's still room for development with assessments.

**What do you like best about Journeyfront?**

I use Journeyfront as our Applicant Tracking System and it really helps us by moving large numbers of candidates through pipelines efficiently. I appreciate the feature that allows checking for Fraud alerts with IP addresses and VPNs, which is crucial for our remote organization to save time and money by avoiding fraudulent applicants. Additionally, I like the ability to perform a speed test right in the system. The initial setup was very easy and thorough, thanks to the dedicated project manager and task list that guided us in configuring the system the way we needed it to work for us. Journeyfront offers a lot of solutions to our problems and listens to the enhancements we suggest.

**What do you dislike about Journeyfront?**

The scheduling system is not as robust as we had anticipated. Features that we had with Calendly, such as round robin or setting a time limit to schedule, aren't there yet.

**What problems is Journeyfront solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Journeyfront to efficiently move candidates through pipelines and prevent fraudulent applicants, saving time and money. It has fraud alert features checking IP addresses and VPNs which is crucial for our remote setup.

**What do you like best about Journeyfront?**

I like that Journeyfront has significantly improved our ability to qualify candidates and see if they are a good fit for the role. It's been helpful in predicting if candidates will perform well and stay in their roles. The Predicted Performance and Retention tool is a standout feature for me because it takes the guessing out of whether they'll be successful, allowing us to be more confident in our hiring process. It has improved our six-month retention and overall retention over the last couple of years. Journeyfront has been impactful in retaining employees and better predicting their success. Despite needing a bit of setup and fine-tuning, it's worth the payoff.

**What do you dislike about Journeyfront?**

Overall, there is not much to improve, but maybe a better way to understand the overall scoring of candidates, since sometimes it is hard to understand all of the things. Sometimes I do not understand what a specific breakdown means like Investigate, though there is a definition you can click on within the category.

**What problems is Journeyfront solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Journeyfront helps us qualify candidates, predict their performance and retention, and improve our retention rates. It takes the guesswork out of hiring, making predictions about a candidate's success more accurate.

**What do you like best about Journeyfront?**

I appreciate Journeyfront for getting us the right candidates who are a good fit for our industry and company culture. I also like the person-to-person discussions and the Journeyfront team's willingness to provide and share information and data. We have monthly meetings, and Journeyfront is always available to provide data and support our needs, which makes it very flexible. They are always willing to assist and adjust course if needed.

**What do you dislike about Journeyfront?**

I think they can always improve their user interface and dashboards. Sometimes, it is hard to get to, filter data and review reports and feedback on specific candidates and new hires. The initial setup was a little involved, and it is sometimes a little difficult to see how their products grind through data and provide refined information for action.

I use Journeyfront to find candidates that fit our industry and company culture, although the data refinement process can be complicated.

**What do you like best about Journeyfront?**

Journeyfront as an applicant tracking system has a very user-friendly design, making it easy for my team to track applicants' progress from entry to hire. It's great how simplified the platform has made the process for us. I appreciate that the team is receptive to feedback and listens to our concerns, addressing them in a timely manner. They are always open to product suggestions, which is really nice. I love the dashboard settings as they allow me to delve deep into the data, providing valuable insights into what’s happening with my recruiters and applicants, even up to the tenure of new hires. I like the integration capabilities with different partners, simplifying the hiring process. Building this partnership has been highly valuable. Lastly, the initial setup was pretty simple, and Scott was great in assisting us.

**What do you dislike about Journeyfront?**

I would love a dark mode feature. It is sometimes very difficult to stare at a bright screen for hours on end, especially at night time. It would provide a little less eye strain and headaches throughout the day to have this feature. I feel the interview tab can use some slight improvements. Right now it's very basic but I think for a Manager / Admin owner being able to see a tab where all my recruiters' interviews that are booked etc. can be displayed so I can also see in real time what's going on with my recruiters.

Journeyfront simplifies tracking applicants, solving the issue of losing track of candidates and their stages, and helps retrieve feedback on candidates with prior assessments.

**What do you like best about Journeyfront?**

I like using Journeyfront as our main ATS. It's great having everything in one place with features like assessments, metric tracking, interviewing, and automation. The platform helps us better track hiring classes, and its comprehensive dashboard tracking is really useful. I also appreciate the custom skill evaluations it offers. The customer service is something I value, as they are very helpful. We considered several other platforms, and Journeyfront offers the most bang for our buck.

**What do you dislike about Journeyfront?**

There are some technical glitches but are quickly resolved. The interview scheduler needs more user-friendly features. It should be more customizable and give more micromanaging of individual calendars. Bulk uploads had to be done manually.

Journeyfront tracks hiring classes, integrates custom skill evaluations, and consolidates multiple tools into one platform for metric tracking, interviewing, and automation.

**What do you like best about Journeyfront?**

I like Journey Front for its predictive model, which is pretty cool. We have two high volume roles in customer service, and we're able to feed in metrics from our successful reps and tie them into the Journeyfront assessment. This helps us see which candidates are most likely to be successful, based on how their answers correlate with our successful reps. This feature allows our team to filter through candidates faster and talk to more qualified ones sooner. Our hiring managers also enjoy it because it gives them another glimpse into the candidate, and we've been able to finesse the assessment into a pretty accurate predictor of success and longevity in the role.

**What do you dislike about Journeyfront?**

At times, there can be some weird one off errors and it can take the customer service team some time to find a solution. For example, one of our assessments for a role had a video option to respond to questions. A candidate reached out as none of their videos were uploading and we also weren't able to see an issue on our end. Customer Support did not have a solution and the candidate had to just keep trying until it finally worked. There was also another time where the integration between our ATS and Journeyfront was not working because there was a Journeyfront connection error. This issue took over a week to solve and was not the first time we experienced it.

**What problems is Journeyfront solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Journeyfront helps us weed out unqualified candidates quickly and gives us another view to aid hiring decisions. It speeds up filtering and connects our successful reps' metrics to candidate assessments for predicting success. It also helps us with employee retention. When we are able to see the candidate's skills and qualifications and how they typically perform in the role, we can also get a better idea of how long the employee would be satisfied in the role.

I like that Journeyfront is easy to use and that setting it up was super easy. I value the video feature, and I appreciate that it now uses AI to give a score on the English level, which was something we requested.

**What do you dislike about Journeyfront?**

I dislike that you cannot filter the information on the resumes, and instead, you have to go through them one by one. Also, sometimes downloading videos doesn't work, and this has happened multiple times.

Journeyfront is easy to use but lacks filtering of resume information. It helps me by using AI to score English levels, and the video feature is valuable.

The assessment's knock-out questions are a game-changer. By narrowing the pool to only those we want to move forward with, we've been able to give our recruiters back hours of their day while improving candidate quality.

While Journeyfront lacks native integrations with our other systems, requiring some manual data entry, the quality of the assessment tool is unmatched. For us, the insights we gain far outweigh the inconvenience of not having a synchronized tech stack.

honestly, no downsides for us to date - they are super flexible and happy to help us implement, customize, etc.

we previously had a disjointed recruitment process with lots of places for candidates to drop out - now we have a cohesive end to end system with excellent real time analytics about the process and the candidates that lets us keep track and retain great candidates.

The amount of people needed for a test to be predictive was a bit high for our population, we are a smaller company, would work great at bigger companies with a lot of people in the same role.
