The filtering of companies is somewhat unclear, although this could also be a result of our own configuration. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Leadinfo solving and how is that benefiting you?

We didn’t have enough visibility into the companies visiting our website. With Visitor Queue and its Slack integration, we now get real-time daily visitor insights delivered directly to our sales team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Leadinfo?

The interface works well - the most important functions are covered. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Leadinfo?

Price is simply too high. The premium they charged is not at all reasonable compared to what they promise as "on top" features.

And the biggest issue is they lack of good support. Everything takes weeks and things are just not done or covered well. You constantly have to doublecheck things for yourself.

When terminating you are entering a painful process which in our case even led to them charging us again even tho we cancelled 4 month before the end of the contract. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
