**What do you like best about LeadDelta?**

I like how LeadDelta brings order and clarity to LinkedIn relationship organization, which LinkedIn itself doesn’t manage well. The tagging and labeling system is great, letting me categorize connections by priority, industry, collaboration type, or relationship stage, making my network much more usable. I really value the ability to add detailed notes to each contact, as it helps me remember the origin and nature of connections, making interactions more meaningful and less transactional. The filtering and search features save me time by quickly finding the right people. The network cleanup feature is underrated but extremely useful, as it helps identify inactive or irrelevant connections, keeping my network focused. I also appreciate how seamlessly it integrates with LinkedIn without disrupting my workflow, transforming it into an active relationship management system. This ultimately helps me build stronger, more intentional professional connections over time.

**What do you dislike about LeadDelta?**

The biggest limitation is that it relies heavily on LinkedIn’s interface, so any changes on LinkedIn’s side can sometimes affect performance or consistency. The initial setup and tagging process can feel time-consuming for users with large, older networks. More automation or smart tag suggestions would help reduce manual effort. Reporting and analytics are fairly basic, and deeper insights into engagement or relationship strength would add value so mobile usage feels limited since most functionality works best on desktop. Expanding mobile-friendly features and offering better onboarding guidance would make LeadDelta easier to adopt and more powerful for long-term network management.

I use LeadDelta to organize and manage my LinkedIn network, solving the problem of disorganization and impersonal outreach. It lets me tag contacts, add notes, and segment connections, making follow-ups personal and efficient, while cleaning up inactive links.

**What do you like best about LeadDelta?**

Lead Delta promised a lot. The first day, I liked how easy it was to load my linkedin contacts.

**What do you dislike about LeadDelta?**

I signed up for LeadDelta because I heard they were the best CRM for business professionals using LinkedIn. I spent hours getting it set up and configured. I wanted to update my CRM contacts with the contact information from my Google account. So I went through the effort of migrating my Google contact data. But it created duplicates of all my contacts. I then tried to delete the duplicates, but the only option is to hide the imported contacts, there is no way to remove them. But hiding them does not remove them from the dashboard data. I reached out for help and had to argue with the customer support that my dashboard was indeed showing data for the hundreds of contacts I manually selected and hid. I was told they could not remove the contacts from their end. As a software engineer, I know it is not that hard to update a database. But I was told it was impossible. I politely asked for a refund, twice, but they refused, even though I had just subscribed 2 days prior and was never able to use the software to track my contacts. I had to contest the charges with the credit card company, and now Lead Delta is fighting the refund. I cannot believe their lack of customer service and care.

Lead delta did not work for me, it turned out to be completely unusable.

**What do you like best about LeadDelta?**

Ok firstly, I am a complete newbie to tools like this, and am a non-tech founder and so some of this is scary to me but ...

LeadDelta is a great tool for managing your LinkedIn connections and messages. I have been using it for a few days and I am very impressed by its features and benefit.

One of the best things about LeadDelta is its customer support. 

I had a minor issue with the installation (which was my fault, not theirs), and they helped me resolve it quickly and efficiently. They were very friendly and professional and super fast!

Another thing I love about LeadDelta is its onboarding process. 

They have a clear and engaging intro video that shows you how to use the tool and what it can do for you. They also have a lot of resources and tutorials to help you get the most out of it.

LeadDelta has helped me organize contacts, track conversations, and find new leads on LinkedIn. And it seems so easy to set up too.

It is a powerful and easy-to-use tool that I highly recommend to anyone who wants to grow their network and business.

**What do you dislike about LeadDelta?**

Nothing so far and learning the scale of Lead Delta which seems huge!

**What problems is LeadDelta solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have 16,000 connections and ... well ... Linkedin really is not the best is it to manage your contacts
I almost felt sick everytime I needed to reach out to someone and could not find them

LeadDelta gives my team a very clear overview of our networks and who knows who making it much easier for us to collaborate on new sales and marketing opportunities. We’re utilizing their tags, notes, and filters to keep all of our connections organized and manage our pipelines.

It’s very easy to use, yet powerful and the team is open about the new features they are working on with the community.

Not a single thing I disliked about LeadDelta. If there were any unknowns from my side their team was quick to help.

**What problems is LeadDelta solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With my team’s primary sales strategy being social selling on LinkedIn, LeadDelta greatly helped us manage the hundreds of new people we connect with monthly. Without its tags and filters, we couldn’t manage our pipelines without buying expensive CRMs and doing manual contact imports from LinkedIn. We’ve managed to create a collaborative system in our team that’s built on top of our LinkedIn networks which made our sales process much more efficient.

As someone who has a large number of connections on LinkedIn, it was virtually impossible to properly use my network and find the exact set of people to reach out to for various activities. LeadDelta is the only tool I know of that helps me easily mine and engage with my network. Highly recommended.

**What do you dislike about LeadDelta?**

Nothing. There are a couple of small features I'd love to see added but the developer is very responsive and I'm sure they'll be implemented at some point.

I use LinkedIn to stay in touch with all my business contacts across the various fields I work in but it's really hard to figure out who to target at times. LeadDelta helps me to segment my entire network, and helps me utilize it efficiently.

What is most helpful about LeadDelta is how easy it to navigate through my connections in order to, for security reasons, track and trace, update and ween out those contacts which are either outdated or have relocated to territories deemed a security risk.

Omg! I can't Bragg enough about LeadDelta and how easy it makes tasks which would have been impossible without it.

And I've only scratched the surface of LeadDelta's capabilities and offering!

Super easy to use, makes keeping track of my leads and connections simple and fast. I have absolutely no complaints thus far. Moreover, it does not violate any of the terms of service on Linkedin, so no risk on that front.

Really there aren't any down sides to Lead Delta. I would like to have some more features, but really when I look into what I want it to do there's typically a terms of service that it might violate with Linkedin, so I'm happy with what it does.

Keeping track of my leads and my contacts. This is what it does, and does well. Before I had Lead Delta I was much less organized in how I used Linkedin, now I am confident I'm not letting anyone slip through the cracks.

**What do you like best about LeadDelta?**

This tool has a clean User Interface (UI), which provides a great User Experience (UX) when using the tool. It collects all my LinkedIn connections into its CRM database, which then allows me to see and manage all my LinkedIn connections easily from one single interface. It also allows me to send messages, follow, unfollow, and disconnect from all my connections effortlessly from the tool's dashboard. I can also keep notes associated with each of my connection so that I will be able to refer to them whenever I liaise with the connection again any time in the future.

**What do you dislike about LeadDelta?**

It currently lacks messaging inbox and follow-up functionalities as part of its CRM. These two additional features will tremendously enhance this tool even further and make it more useful for its users.

For me, it has to be the notes feature. I write a lot and notes for each contact are invaluable to me.

Other features I like:
The bulk removal feature.
Super easy to use.

There is no inbox and as usual they are missing a few extensions, but since alot of those are on the roadmap, I am expecting them to be added soon.

Othet than that, it sometimes takes long to sync all my contacts.

I use other tools as well but I primarily use this for a small subset of my CRM and outreach.

What I like about LeadDelta is the seamless integration with LinkedIn, absolutely no hiccup or problem of any kind! Then of course the possibility to add tags, notes, the search function are absolute lifesavers!

**What do you dislike about LeadDelta?**

So far there's been nothing that I disliked about this service. In the beginning, I was a bit wary of installing a browser extension, thinking it might slow down the browsing, but it's unobtrusive and I haven't noticed any problem nor slowdowns.

**What problems is LeadDelta solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I had huge problems keeping my network organised. I use LinkedIn as a network management "tool", I try to bring on LinkedIn every person I know, and then I contact them as I need their skills. The absence of any way to privately tag people or other ways of commenting on my network peers was a real problem.

**What do you like best about LeadDelta?**

It didnt think i'd like this, because it isn't automation... I was wrong. it solve 2 problems for me. 1st off... though it didnt save me as much time as I would, if it was using automation.... it saved me hack of a lot of time if I trying to use linkedin without it. secondly, i dont have to worry about my account being banned on linkedin. Yes, automating things makes things easier.... but you'll woke up everyday fearing your account got banned, and having to start all over. Plus automation don't work as well, now that linkedin limits the amount of connection requests you can make. Plus people tend to ignore generic requests, so you might as well customize it (via an AI tool). I currently have a 20-25% acceptance rate going about it this way (which is a lot higher than when i was sending generic request messages).

The UI is impressive! i wasn't expecting that from a software like this. very easy to navigate and very easy to use.

Missing a few integrations that i'm sure they'll implement in the near future

If you're doing anything related to outreach on linkedin, you'll likely need this.

LeadDelta is THE LinkedIn tool. That's it. No more shady Linkedin helpers that put your account in jeopardy. LeadDelta is fully compliant with LinkedIn's policies and it has all you need to manage your connections and grow your network. Ved and the team are working super hard on bringing in new features and I gotta say the roadmap looks lit! Super excited to see LeadDelta grow!

I rarely have nothing to add to this section. The roadmap is bursting with exciting new feature requests and the team seems to be on it to continue elevating the tool.

LeadDelta has helped me grow my network and nurture my connections to get more business. The tool allows me to have a much more personal relationship with my network because I can have a 1:1 conversation with them and also work with them on their business. The tool also has such a variety of features that makes it easy for me to stay connected with so many people. With the tools provided in LeadDelta, I am able to reach out to my connections in a more targeted way. I love that I can use this tool to find the people who are most likely to be interested in my services. I love the tagging feature because I can easily search for people with specific skills. I also love the notes function that allows me to keep track of connections I have already contacted. I can easily reach out to my contacts within LeadDelta and leave a personalized message to them.

**What do you dislike about LeadDelta?**

There's nothing to dislike about Lead Delta. I only wish the webhooks and more integrations are coming sooner than later!

LinkedIn platform has too much noise. I needed a way to manage my contacts without being distracted by all the noise from the timeline and ads. This totally takes the experience to another level.

**What do you like best about LeadDelta?**

Leaddelta scrapes the profiles from LinkedIn and displays them in an easy-to-read format in a browser window. Leaddelta pulls the latest prospects from LinkedIn and shows them to you in a simple table format. You can easily send emails, view their profiles, save as contact or import other ad data into your existing CRM tool. An advantage here is the ability to pull all your prospects from LinkedIn and show them in an email client like Outlook, Thunderbird, Spark etc., without having to login into LinkedIn every time. It respects LinkedIn's terms and therefore there is no risk of your account getting blocked.

**What do you dislike about LeadDelta?**

With many contacts, it can take a while for all your contacts to fully sync.

**What problems is LeadDelta solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For me it does exactly enough for my needs, I have used other tools that have a learning curve which makes it often too much effort for me to keep using them. LeadDelta is simple and straightforward.

2) Tag Connections cold-hot or warm based on their status -can create custom tag such as ;message sent' , Interested, Not Interested, etc.
3) You Can Filter based on tag to send messages
4) It has message templet readily available and You can create your own custom templets as well
So over all a good tool to profitably manage your linkedin 1st Degree connections.

LilnkedIn have a limitation on the way they manage contacts. It's always the same: you start to contact people and a few weeks before, you don't even know what are you doing... who are all these guys and what were we talking about?...
The result is a huge amount of time wasted not only remembering the current state of the conversation with your contacts, but also even trying to find "that guy with whom I had that conversation that was about..."

Without question, the CRM functionality is incredible. I connected my Linkedin account to LeadDelta in just a few seconds. I immediately imported all of my contacts, giving me a clear birds-eye-view of every connection I have. I can now save a lot of valuable time finding the right person to talk to and enhance my productivity on Linkedin.

When you send a message, make a call, make a video, or any other form of communication using LeadDelta on Linkedin you have the connection details, a mini-bio, links to notes and you can group all connections based on any criteria that work for you.

I struggle to think of anything but I am pretty sure it will be corrected in the multiple updates and new features. But possibly the UI could be a little clearer it all seems a little bit the same colour but I doubt that's a major issue to change in future.

This tool will change how you use Linkedin it will make you more productive and will put your database of connections at your fingertips the potential of LeadDelta is incredible. For the cost, this isn't even something you should consider just get it the option for Lifetime might still be there if it is grab it now.

When you can immediately find all your CEO’s in Health Care or all your Restaurant owners and get in touch with them in minutes because you just got wind of some amazing breaking news and with their profile details in front of you one after the other (or even a small group) you start to see Linkedin in a whole different light.

LeadDelta is awesome! I can export my linkedin contact into this platform so that I can manage my contact list much easier than before. It just work like a simple CRM system and I can take note for each lead or contact.

It doesn't support cloud-based automation, but I think is ok as it means that I will not get banned by Linkedin.

The benefit I found is that I can manage my LinkedIn contact on this platform and its UX is super awesome.  It allows me to better manage our LinkedIn network. Also, I can integrate LeadDelta with my CRM system. That means I can capture more quality leads from Linkedin now. Since LeadDetlta is fully compliant with LinkedIn terms and conditions, that means I don't have to worry about breaking LinkedIn rules or getting your account suspended.

**What do you like best about LeadDelta?**

Lead Delta works in the browser and interacts directly with my LinkedIn account.  The result of what is happening under the hood is a clean tabular view of my connections, what they do, how to contact them, and a possibility to tag and group contacts for further action.  When ready I can export data in CSV and upload it into another CRM system.  If connection details are not up to date, I can pull the latest details by just clicking a button.  All in all, using Lead Delta makes my work with the LinkedIn network a whole lot easier and efficient.  A contact who I may want to approach can be tagged; all contacts can be grouped and filtered.

**What do you dislike about LeadDelta?**

I wish the cap on the number of mass messages were higher than 25.  I also would like to know how I can work with multiple LinkedIn accounts from the same Lead Delta account - I believe at the moment, I have to work with different LinkedIn accounts from different browsers.

**What problems is LeadDelta solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I achieve a bird's eye view of my LinkedIn network and make it possible to do with LinkedIn data what is not possible with just its toolset.

Ease of use. Connect to your LinkedIn account and you can start using it. 
Regularly updated and the founder is a very approachable guy.

It's still basic at the moment but the founder is open to user's suggestions on what user's like implemented on LeadDelta.

**What problems is LeadDelta solving and how is that benefiting you?**

LeadDelta helps me to quickly look at my contact list on LinkedIn and organise them accordingly by tags. This is helpful to sort out my contacts to friends, clients, leads or just people that I follow. 

It also helps me quickly see if a contact has changed jobs and find out their email address.

LeadDelta also has API, which allows me to integrate with Zapier to sync my contacts with other tools I use (that comes with CRM).

This is just amazing! Most social media inbox are broken and doesn't have most features that business owners and I would even say "organized people" need. This is where LeadDelta comes really handy. You get to structure your inbox like a CRM and do all of the necessary actions to be quick like the superhero Flash.

**What do you dislike about LeadDelta?**

It's still in development so there's some features that could be added to make it even more efficient and a "no brainer" to have this tool in your toolbox, but I am sure it'll come with time. The developers are listening to its users.

It basically solve the issue that most social media inbox are not meant to be organized, they are only a series of conversations.

LinkedIn is a great place to find targeted prospects, but what if you could make it even better? LeadDelta is a tool that helps you get more out of LinkedIn by importing your contacts and acting as a CRM. You can also use tools like tagging, bulk messaging, and more. LeadDelta will not put your account at risk the way other tools do. It is safe, and it complies with LinkedIn's policies.

**What do you dislike about LeadDelta?**

At the time of this review, it only exists as a Chrome extension. I would like to see it as a web app.

**What problems is LeadDelta solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps me use LinkedIn more efficiently. There are other tools that do this, but a lot of them could get you banned. LeadDelta is careful with the T&C; they seem to take account security very seriously.

I was always sceptical about using external tools for LinkedIn as I never wanted to lose my account. It took many years to build the credibility in LinkedIn. When I came across LeadDelta the first thing striked me was it's  100% save with LinkedIn and maintain all the policies. I use them for prospect nurturing and I was able to close few deals because of their CRM. I can use tags to mention if the prospect is cold or warm. This helps me for my next message for them. I totally recommend this tool.

Integration with Ice breaker tools like SmartWriter. This will help extreem personalization for automated messaging!

I have VA and earlier she was spending hours together time to go to profiles, check for right profile and send them connection request along with personalised messages. In an average, she was able to connect max 40 people in a day. The worst part was we had to maintain an Excel with connection status and go back and check every day if the person accepted the request and send them next message. I’m sure it’s so painful to read, just imagine we were doing that. With LeadDelta, it acts as our CRM and we have sent automated connection request and messages. Now my VA spend about 3o minutes to  monitor and spend her quality time for other works.

I have tried a few linkedin marketing/automation tools but leaddelta is promising as it is complying to Linkedin TOS (i.e. peace of mind of getting banned by linkedin!).

Leaddelta founder is a great guy and has good track record in startup. For the product, it is handy and I can do personalise messaging to reach out to my contacts, plus point for that! Also, it has nice UI and promising roadmap ahead. I can do tags, notes and filter

Would like to see webhook support that will open up more possibilities.
