What do you like best about Latitude by Genesys?

As a 27-year receivables industry veteran, I have had the opportunity to work with many of the leading ARM software. My first exposure to Latitude was 11 years ago at a law firm. I immediately could identify the significant benefits and value add the software provided over other leading collection software. Latitude by Genesys is by far one of the most flexible platforms with considerable automation capabilities. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Latitude by Genesys?

As of this review, compliance. I know new significant compliance functionality is currently under development, with a release planned end of this month. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Latitude by Genesys?

For the last thirteen years Reliant Capital Solutions has been using the Latitude by Genesys collections management platform. The company started in 2006 with three employees and since than grew to over 450 employees in early 2020, before COVID-19 disrupted collections operations and resulted in significant furloughs. We are looking forward to bringing back all our furloughed employees and resume normal operations in the next few months.

Like most companies the level of support you get depends on the folks assigned to your account and Reliant has been fortunate to have Jeff Calnan as its account manager. This became evident recently when we were awarded a fairly large contract, with one proviso; we had to convert/migrate a very large database of paying/non-paying accounts from the incumbent on a non-Latitude system over to our Latitude platform in less than four weeks and complete the total migration (reports, data exchange files, workflows, etc.) in another four weeks (while taking inbound calls, processing payments, and everything that takes place in normal collection operations).

Jeff and the Genesys team came through for us. Could not have done it without an all-out effort from Genesys and the Reliant team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
