Review Summary

Agicap is directly linked to my bank accounts, and it allows me to compare my differents scenarii with the predictions that I made. It also allows me to anticipate any cash issue way in advance so I can find solutions. It was very easy to implement and to start using. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Agicap is a little expensive at first, but I think it is worth it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I appreciate how Agicap allows me to have a general overview of my cash within the company, making cash flow management much easier. The liquidity planning and treasury management features are particularly useful. I can plug in our liquidity and include various forecasts, which is really helpful. In addition, the invoice payments feature simplifies our invoicing process, providing an overall overview of our working capital. Also, Agicap helps me know exactly on which dates customers might pay by their defined payment dates, and it simplifies transfers between various bank accounts. The team continuously improves the product. Anyways, some minor things in the setup are sometimes not perfect and can be improved in terms of usability. Also, the onboarding process might take some time and we needed some more meetings to set it up to our wishes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The latest version of Agicap brings a refreshing update. Its interface has been completely redesigned, giving it a sleek and modern appearance. The images and charts displayed on the page make it straightforward to track our financial status. This is especially helpful, as it simplifies complex information about cash flow, making it easy to grasp. Agicap is now much more user-friendly, so even those with limited financial knowledge can navigate it without difficulty. The seamless user experience, combined with robust bank integrations, has made cash management quicker, more visually appealing, and virtually error-free. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
While the platform shows strong potential for enhancing financial visibility, the initial setup proved to be more challenging than I had expected. We encountered notable delays during the bank integration stage, which was noticeably slower than the rest of the onboarding process. Getting all our accounts fully synchronized and ensuring the data was flowing correctly required more time and manual effort than anticipated, ultimately postponing our ability to achieve full operational efficiency. I love the simple use of Agicap and how it communicates effectively with our accounting software. This makes it easier to track and pay suppliers. Agicap retrieves information from supplier and customer invoices, which simplifies my daily routine and provides a clearer view of cash flow. I chose it because it allows me to better manage the group's cash flow as well as better visualize and project cash flow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I find that the implementation of Agicap was a bit laborious. I would also like to be able to include credits as a deduction from a supplier's payment, and generate a single bank transaction when it involves the payment of multiple supplier invoices. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love the intuitive side of Agicap and its ease of use. The ergonomics of the chat and its efficiency are appreciable, as is the availability of the teams in case of a problem. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Some bugs to resolve, such as paid invoices that remain in the "committed" category. Agicap is more suitable for medium-sized companies that do not need very precise management than for small SMEs with tight cash flow requiring strict management. The graphical part, especially in cash flow, could be improved, for example, to track the "stock" of overdue supplier invoices by category. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Agicap provides a clear, up-to-date and very intuitive view of the company’s liquidity. The bank integrations are stable, and the cashflow forecasting tools make it extremely easy to build and adjust projections, which speeds up decision-making. I also appreciate how user-friendly the platform is — even non-financial profiles can quickly understand how it works and visualize the data in an organised way. It’s a very useful tool to structure treasury processes and gain efficiency. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Sometimes the automatic rules or categorizations require too many manual adjustments, especially when working with multiple banks or more complex accounting structures. I also miss having more flexibility in certain reports and customization options, as some views feel limited for more advanced analysis. Although customer support is generally good, responses can take longer than expected when dealing with technical questions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What I like most about Agicap is how intuitive and user-friendly the platform is while still being very powerful. It gives a clear, real-time overview of cash flow and liquidity, which makes financial planning and decision-making much easier. The visual dashboards are especially helpful, and the automation saves a lot of time compared to manual Excel tracking. It really brings transparency and structure to cash management. There are only a few minor things that could be improved. Sometimes the initial setup and customization can take a bit of time, especially when aligning all accounts and categories. It would also be great to see even more integrations and advanced reporting options in the future. However, the platform is constantly evolving and improvements are released regularly.
