Sometimes the automatic rules or categorizations require too many manual adjustments, especially when working with multiple banks or more complex accounting structures. I also miss having more flexibility in certain reports and customization options, as some views feel limited for more advanced analysis. We chose to use this service as it was necessary to have a good perception of the present and future financial situation.

After an initial setup of the system with the connection of all the banks we had to carry out a long process of categorizing each expense, so as to be able to better manage future forecasts.

Having forecasts based on history makes it easier to make correct and similar choices.

To always keep the data updated and correct, the management system is updated daily by information coming from our Mexal accounting management system, and by information which, now categorized with rules, comes directly from the current accounts. Agicap allows us to manage our company's cash flow on a daily basis, whether by anticipating upcoming supplier deadlines and subscriptions, customer payments and associated follow-ups, or various taxes.

What I like the most is the time it saves me. The AP module and the automatic extraction of invoice data with AI have saved me many hours of manual work and have streamlined payments to suppliers. If I have to mention something, I would say that at the beginning there is a small learning curve, especially to make the most of the reports. I like the convenient and user-friendly interface of Agicap, which allows for effective work with cash flow forecasts. I would like the ability to independently upload and update forecasts in Agicap, as well as for the system to inform about cash gaps and help avoid them by highlighting unusual situations, such as sudden changes in forecast data or a negative account balance. I greatly appreciate the search function of Agicap, as it helps me track all bank transactions across various accounts. This function is particularly valuable for quickly determining whether payments have been made from the respective accounts or if there are any errors in the transactions. Furthermore, it supports me and the accounting department in analyzing and cleaning up payment flows. It enables a detailed analysis of topics such as rent, leasing, and customer transfers across different accounts and legal entities. In cash pooling, a manual confirmation is requested across the various bank customers, and it does not run completely automated every day. That's why we are currently not using it. Additionally, the setup of the system was somewhat complex due to the different project and business units, and it is cumbersome because rules that are identical have to be copied repeatedly. You have to work with an IT specialist at times, which complicates the process. It would be helpful if rules could be copied from one entity to another within the system.
