Integrations across Lark's own modules (docs, chat, approval, base, calendar) work seamlessly, which has cut down a lot of manual data re-entry between departments. Performance-wise, it stays fast and responsive even as our usage scales across teams. In terms of pricing, the value we get relative to cost is strong, it effectively replaces several separate subscriptions, which translates into real ROI. Support and onboarding from the Lark team have also been responsive whenever we've needed help getting things set up. On top of that, the built-in AI features add real intelligence to daily workflows from smart suggestions to automation making the whole platform feel more proactive rather than just a passive tool. Before Lark, our team relied on multiple separate tools for communication, document collaboration, scheduling, and approvals. This led to scattered information, duplicated work, and slower decision-making across departments. Lark solves this by consolidating all of these functions into one integrated platform, so information flows in one place instead of being fragmented across different apps. On top of that, Lark's integration with AI Agents has been a huge productivity boost. The AI can handle tasks directly within Lark on my behalf, from drafting responses to automating routine work, so I can focus on higher-value tasks instead of manual busywork. I really like Lark's integration of all features, which has synchronized all my data in one app. The feature I like the most is Lark Base, because it allows the use of data from other features and the creation of automations and workflows, like sending messages using Lark Bot when data status becomes completed. I can also set up a daily reminder of our progress. The help from Lark Base AI in creating formulas is a big plus when I'm unsure. Lark Base is very user-friendly, even for non-technical users like myself. I can structure databases, collaborate easily with my colleagues, and customize user roles and permissions. Sometimes I have noticed my Lark "Docs" will dissapear? not sure why its a minor glitch though and I still prefere everything in this app just because its a one stop shop!
