<p>Case studies are easy to dress up so I'd push for specifics when you're evaluating, specifically the vertical, the scope, and ideally a contact you can actually call. A firm that's done five projects in your industry but can't name a reference is a different conversation than one with two projects and someone willing to take your call.</p>
