Language IO is an easy-to-use translation tool with several unique features, including self-improving glossaries, translation optimization, attachment translations, and high-quality translations. Their client services team is very helpful and receptive to feedback and working towards solutions, even for complex integrations. The software itself works well, and most of our customers report that the translations are effective in communication. Unfortunately, some languages (e.g. Japanese, Mandarin, etc.) are not translated effectively and often mix up formalities.
