**What do you like best about Kontentino?**

I like the calendar view in Kontentino and the visibility it gives me. As a CMO, I need to quickly understand what's happening across all channels, and this makes it very easy to see the full picture at a glance. I also like how flexible it is when plans change. I can adjust posts, move things around, and keep everything aligned without losing track of what's scheduled. Overall, it just makes managing multiple channels feel much more structured and predictable. Setting up Kontentino was pretty easy and very straightforward. We were able to connect our accounts and start planning quickly without needing much guidance. The calendar was easy to understand from the start, so we could jump straight into using it in our daily workflow. Most things felt clear without a steep learning curve.

What I liked most was how clear it felt. Even using the more basic parts of the product, I could get what I needed done without having to learn a complicated system first. That matters a lot when you’re reviewing content regularly and don’t want the tool itself to become extra work.

I use Kontentino to plan and manage content for our social media channels. What I like most about Kontentino is that the UX feels much easier to use than other platforms I have tried so far. It is simple to navigate, clear, and does not make everyday planning feel overwhelming. Kontentino gives me an easy-to-follow schedule across all our social media platforms, which makes planning campaigns and everyday content much easier. I also really like the statistics and the approval workflow. Even though we are a small team, my colleague and I still use the approval process because it helps us stay aligned and gives us a better overview of what is ready to go out. The statistics help me because they give me a quick overview of how our content is performing without needing to check everything manually across platforms. For a small in-house team, that is useful because I can see what works, spot patterns, and use that when planning future posts. It makes Kontentino more valuable to me because it's not only about scheduling content, but also about helping me understand the results and make better decisions for our social media.

One thing that could be improved is language support, especially for spell check in non-English content. Since we work in Central Europe, that would be helpful for everyday use. It’s very clear.

**What do you like best about Kontentino?**

As CEO of Revolware, I’m involved in both client work and our own marketing, so I see both sides of the process. The moment we stopped juggling approvals over email and WhatsApp was the turning point. I can create a post, loop in the team, and bring the client into the same conversation without losing track of what’s happening.

We manage multiple brands and internal campaigns, so having a clear overview of what’s approved and what still needs input makes a real difference. I don’t have to ask who signed off on what — it’s just visible.

Also, being able to preview posts before they go live gives me confidence. What I see is what actually gets published.

**What do you dislike about Kontentino?**

Changing publish times across multiple posts at once is still a bit clunky. When you’re managing several clients and internal campaigns, small friction like that adds up.

**What problems is Kontentino solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before, approvals were scattered — part email, part chat, part memory. It wasn’t clear what was final and what still needed changes.

Now everything happens in one structured flow. I can oversee both client work and our own marketing without constantly checking in with the team. It gives me a clearer sense of control without having to micromanage — and that’s probably the biggest win for me as a CEO.

> Moving approvals out of WhatsApp and email threads into something structured is one of those shifts that sounds small but changes how the whole process feels. The visibility piece especially, not having to ask who signed off on what, that's exactly what it should do.
The bulk time editing friction is a fair point. Managing multiple clients and campaigns means small inefficiencies compound fast, and that's not where we want people spending their energy. It's useful feedback for the product side.
