The interface is user-friendly, the content calendar is clear, and the approval workflow saves a lot of time. It's also great that you can preview posts exactly how they'll appear on each platform. We use the tool very often in our agency.

A few more customization options for analytics would be helpful.

I like how Kontentino makes it easy to communicate with clients and colleagues and that all communication is transparent. The platform is easily accessible and I appreciate that it is constantly evolving with frequent new features. As a marketing agency, we find it important to stay up-to-date in terms of efficiency, tools, and online marketing applications, and Kontentino supports us in this, also with their AI developments. The 'Brand Hub' is an aspect that particularly appeals to me. Moreover, the initial setup of Kontentino for our team was easy.

**What do you dislike about Kontentino?**

I would like to see that you can also create custom labels yourself for the status of a post. So for example: Pending approval interviewee.

It makes posting very fast and easy, and all stakeholders involved can see what is going live and when. The platform makes the approval flow really fast and easy, allowing people to leave comments directly on the content without all the annoying back and forths. It's easy to get feedback on the exact post that's going live without any mess. Additionally, the initial setup of Kontentino was very easy.

I think it's great that Kontentino is so easy to work with and very organized. It's very convenient that you can request approval internally and externally, ensuring that all posts are approved by at least two colleagues and the client can easily provide feedback. I use the approval feature the most. The initial setup of Kontentino was also very easy.

I would like it if there were a Canva integration and also the possibility to change the fonts of the captions.

As a Communication Expert, I need to plan content across several channels without constantly second-guessing what’s scheduled and what’s still waiting for review. Kontentino makes that process much easier. The calendar view gives me a clear overview of upcoming posts and helps me keep campaigns consistent across platforms.
I also like how easy it is to duplicate a post and adjust it for another channel. It saves a lot of manual rework. The approval flow is another strong point, especially when multiple people need to review content before it goes live. It keeps everything clear.

Email notifications whenever a post is changed and the overall approval process is well-organized. 

Visually it’s nicely designed and Kontentino is intuitive to use.

What I enjoy are the smaller features like Labels and the Inspirations option.

**What do you dislike about Kontentino?**

What bothers me about Kontentino is that I can’t really rely on it. Scheduled posts frequently fail to publish. In many cases I end up posting content through another platform rather than using Kontentino. 

Accounts keep disconnecting and I have to reconnect them repeatedly which is annoying if I have to manage more accounts.

There are also smaller issues, like some file formats and sizes not being supported, which means I have to adjust them before uploading. For videos with an uploaded thumbnail, the post immediately displays the thumbnail, but once I save post, I can no longer download thumbnail separately. 

Sometimes the response time is long and everything loads very slowly.

Also support does respond and is available, but answers like 'we’ll solve the problem in about a week' aren’t very helpful, though I understand that sometimes it cant be done immediately.

I would also appreciate it if Kontentino offered more features, a complete package for post management and preparation. For example adding music and tagging on LinkedIn is problematic.

It would also be great if the monthly content plan updated automatically based on when a post is created. Having to create a new content plan every month isn’t ideal.

Instead of long email chains, we review and approve posts directly on the platform;

I didn't know that each social media channel needs to be clicked for each team member. They reported to me they didn't see the connection but I assumed they were connected already. I needed to reach out for advice and it helped.

And grid planning glitches sometines and reorders posts. and would be better if i could plan reels tab and normal ig grid separate. Also media library should have posibility to uploud even in not ideal resolution or size and organize in orders.

I run my own business, so I don’t have time to spend days “learning” a new tool. I just need it to work.

With Kontentino, I was able to get everything set up pretty quickly and start planning posts almost immediately. There was no complicated setup and no drawn-out onboarding process. Honestly, that’s what surprised me most.

**What do you dislike about Kontentino?**

I’m not sure i found an MCP access. Managing things from Claude would be banger amazing feature

Before this, trying new tools always felt like a project on its own. Setting things up, learning where everything is, and hoping it’s worth the time.

I like that Kontentino is simple and effective, making it easy for even our interns to use right away. The feature to work with clients on different levels of access is great, allowing us to have admin levels and communicate separately with clients. The initial setup of Kontentino was super easy.

I dislike the consistency. Although we had some meta problems as well, of course, Kontentino can't do anything about that.

**What do you like best about Kontentino?**

I like that Kontentino is my all-in-one place tool for our organic socials. It saves time because I don't need to be on multiple platforms, and we don't need an alternate calendar for content planning. It's easy to keep an overview of our content plan, not just for me but for my clients too! The chat feature is great for receiving feedback from coworkers or clients on the same platform where I schedule posts.

**What do you dislike about Kontentino?**

It's too bad that it doesn't have an integration for Bluesky. It also has technical difficulties sometimes that cause my posts not to publish, though it seems that's not Kontentino's fault but instead with Meta's API. Still, it is frustrating. Mmmm, perhaps with 'inspirations' I would like to be able to make a general note on a certain date, without matching it to a channel. So be able to highlight important events and dates with a general note before starting to make post drafts. The only annoying bit was that we weren't able to connect our IG pages without them having a FB page too. But again, that's a fault with Meta rather than Kontentino.

I use Kontentino to streamline social media planning and scheduling without needing multiple platforms. It allows for easy content review by higher-ups and centralizes communication with coworkers and clients, saving time and maintaining an overview of our content plan.

I enjoy the visual overview that Kontentino offers, as it makes approval both internally and for clients very easy. This ease of use makes adapting to Kontentino a seamless experience for our team. Moreover, I appreciate how the software helps us maintain a better overview and improve client approval. The visual aspect and user-friendliness really stood out, especially compared to the program we used before, namely Storychief. It was a big step forward for us in terms of simplicity and visual presentation.

I find it annoying that tags only work for one channel and are not cross-channel. The same problem applies to feedback on a post for Instagram; this feedback is not directly visible on the same post that is duplicated for Facebook.

**What do you like best about Kontentino?**

As Buro Frankly, we use Kontentino for various clients and our experience has been very positive. The system works exactly as promised: clear, user-friendly, and ideal for planning, coordinating, and managing content efficiently. Especially when working with multiple clients and approval processes, it brings a great deal of structure and peace of mind to the workflow. In addition, the customer service is excellent: easy to reach, helpful, and solution-oriented. For us, Kontentino is a reliable and valuable tool in our day-to-day work.

What I don’t like about Kontentino is that it quite often has error messages and bugs, which can make working in the platform frustrating at times.
