It's not cumbersome, so I can use it frequently without getting tired. It contains a wide range of functionalities, and I also like that I can contact customer support at any time. The customer support is very pleasant. **What do you dislike about Storrito?** What I don't like about Storrito is that the free version is very limited, it doesn't allow me to add interactive stickers like polls or questions, which makes it not very appealing, and at certain times it doesn't connect with Instagram, and sometimes it fails to post. **What problems is Storrito solving and how is that benefiting you?** Well, some of the problems I have encountered have been the limitations with the free version and the connection issues with Instagram. It's literally a time saver and has helped me to be more strategic with the content I want to post on Instagram. It's a really straight forward tool to use once you have your Instagram account connected. I love that there's a free plan and that the premium plans are extremely affordable especially if Instagram stories is where you plan to build your online presence. **What do you dislike about Storrito?** As someone that is on the move from one client to another my biggest issue is that currently it can only be accessed via desktop. This limits me to only being able to schedule stories when I have access to my laptop which I find a little bit annoying. As this is still very much a tool in progress I would definitely hope to see a mobile app version soon.
