Someone always “missed” a message or replied too late. Now I send content for approval and can clearly see what’s done and what’s waiting. No guessing. Clients don’t need hand-holding anymore. They open it, review, approve — done **What do you dislike about Kontentino?** Changing publish times across several posts at once feels more manual than it should. It’s not a blocker, but when plans shift, I notice it. **What problems is Kontentino solving and how is that benefiting you?** Before this, as an account manager in an agency, I was the one chasing every approval. Emails, messages, reminders — it added unnecessary pressure, especially close to deadlines. Now the process feels contained. Clients know where to go, what to do, and I don’t have to follow up nearly as much. I spend less time checking who replied and more time actually managing accounts. Visually it’s nicely designed and Kontentino is intuitive to use. What I enjoy are the smaller features like Labels and the Inspirations option. **What do you dislike about Kontentino?** What bothers me about Kontentino is that I can’t really rely on it. Scheduled posts frequently fail to publish. In many cases I end up posting content through another platform rather than using Kontentino. Accounts keep disconnecting and I have to reconnect them repeatedly which is annoying if I have to manage more accounts. There are also smaller issues, like some file formats and sizes not being supported, which means I have to adjust them before uploading. For videos with an uploaded thumbnail, the post immediately displays the thumbnail, but once I save post, I can no longer download thumbnail separately. Sometimes the response time is long and everything loads very slowly. Also support does respond and is available, but answers like 'we’ll solve the problem in about a week' aren’t very helpful, though I understand that sometimes it cant be done immediately. I would also appreciate it if Kontentino offered more features, a complete package for post management and preparation. For example adding music and tagging on LinkedIn is problematic. It would also be great if the monthly content plan updated automatically based on when a post is created. There are some things that aren't supported from the platforms (e.g. posting a video on Instagram, adding engagement to reels,...). There are times when using Kontentino that it seems that the entire website is slower, maybe because a lot of users are on it at the same time? **What problems is Kontentino solving and how is that benefiting you?** Adding an internal approval flow for our Meta-posts. **Official Response from Michaela Kufelová:** > Thanks for being straight with us, good to hear the calendar overview and approval flow are working for you, but the rest is fair and worth taking seriously. The time-savers step lagging to the point where it's slower than doing it by hand isn't right. That defeats the whole purpose. Same with the load slowdowns you're noticing. We'd like to look into both properly, so if you write to support@kontentino.com with a rough idea of when you see the slowness and which time-saver actions stall, we can dig into your specific setup. On posting video to Instagram, that should actually work, so if it's failing for you something's off and we'd like to see what. Reel engagement and a couple of the other actions can be more limited depending on what the platform opens up, but rather than guess which is which, support can walk through each case with you and give a straight answer. Sorry it's been more friction than it should be, that's not the experience we want. ### 5.
