Pierre Nicolas is the best account manager, always available, and the updates are relevant. **What do you dislike about Kolsquare?** We should also consider the B2B influence which is booming. Tracking is missing for certain platforms. B2B influence is useful for launches when planning conferences, for example: and thus, like Favikon which is more useful for B2B than Kolsquare, we should implement LinkedIn and also Snapchat. Since influence goes beyond product placement, we should be able to more quickly integrate new platforms.
