I tried to do it once, and it didn't get an update on the requested profiles that I wanted to add. To answer your question directly: when you request a profile to be added, our team processes it on the back end and adds it directly. The turnaround is usually fast, but we recognise the lack of visible feedback in the platform makes it feel like nothing is happening. Creators themselves don't receive any message from Kolsquare, as they have public profiles where data is displayed by default and visible in APIs social networks provide us with. This is already the case for creators above 5,000 followers, who are in the platform by default. Making this process more transparent and easier to follow is something we're actively working on. In the meantime, your CSM can give you a clear picture of how it works and where your request currently stands.
