- Accurate meeting minutes & action items that are automatically distributed

- Real-time meeting summary that can be reviewed by all meeting participants

- Coaching insights to help improve meetings for facilitators and participants

- It reduces the administrative burden of taking meting minutes, identifying actions items and distributing minutes

- I don't need to install any software to use Kolabrya. It works seamlessly with Teams, Zoom, Webex etc.

I haven't found anything that I dislike about Kolabrya. I'm excited to see how they continue to iterate and improve Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Not having to write down everything that is said at meetings, real-time insights (quite cool), whiteboard for collaboration support and my favorite: 'meeting intelligence' which allows me to query anything against what was said at the meeting. 1. Too much detail on final summary, prefer the more essentialized real-time version. Or it would be good to have an option.

2. Meetings are singletons, right now there's no way to mine content of a previous meeting on same topic. BUT they did announce Meeting Continuity which should solve this. This would be really helpful for so many meetings I have which are not one-offs, like working on an issue over two or three meetings. I believe you'll get the same whiteboard as from previous meeting and I think people will even be able to update the whiteboard in between the meetings for noting action items or writing down questions/ideas (not sure, but I think that's what they said). Kolabrya has been a life changer for me and my experience has been incredible. As someone who deals with mutiple project at a time, I attend so many meetings in a day. Each meeting is unqiue and comprises of different outcomes and action items. Before Kolabrya, I used to record many of my meetings and then go back and watching the recordings to document minutes and action. Kolabrya captures real time minutes for me, provides a summary of the meeting, defines action items, key decisons.

Another feature I have found very easy to use and helpful is the meeting coach feature. In real time, meeting insights are provided by the meeting coach to enhance collaboration and drive successful meeting.

Although kolabrya is very easy to use, support is very quck in case of any questions.

Lastly, I love the fact I can use Kolabrya with all communication platform like Zoom, MS teams, google meets. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Kolabrya is a truly remarkable product. It provides insighful recommendations based on team discussions and maps the priorities for next steps in a very efficient manner. It streamline workflows and task assignments based on discussions. The best part of Kolabrya is its capability to seamlessly integrate with any platform yet maintaining its effectiveness. One of the most hassle that i face and kolabrya solve is taking meeting minutes, or a summary of a meeting, very often it happens that you may miss out a point or two which could be important in later stages, but with solution like kolabrya you will always have a list of tasks or notes that you discuss and on top of it, it shows summary, a interactive map is just an icing on a cake. Though all the output that it generates is really helpful but it would more helpful if we can have end to end solution such as if in a meeting we are assigning a task to specific someone or a random task yet to be assign to anyone, would be good if we can have a jira ticket automatically be made (seems like alot of work though) but would be very amazing to have. and if we can record that meeting as well for later use. I am blown away by the meeting minutes Kolabrya took in our meetings. They are always incredibly accurate and it always makes sure to highlight what's discussed in the meeting as well as the action items and the owners. Secondly, its meeting coach feature is pretty impressive as well. It gives constructive feedback as if it has worked with those people for a long time. I think meeting coach feature is very useful when it comes to increasing the productivity of the attendees.I am also very impressed by the way it processes and presents information in a live meeting.

We have been using Kolabrya for a few weeks now. Kolabrya has been amazing in synthesizing sometime long and convoluted meeting discussions which helps the team to stay focussed on key priorities/next steps and saves a lot of time in documentation and trackability. Kolabrya has been impressive as its been very accurate even in the following scenarios: 1. Topics ranges from product to technology to networking 2. We have a diverse team with members having different dialects, accents and spoken languages 3. Being in a start up environment, our discussions evolve pretty fast with little to no context.
