It has great upside and ideation for product. 
Can be cheap depending on choice of offering

**What do you dislike about KNO Plus?**

Product rarely is delivered as the promised one
Laggard when you compare it to some of the other tools out there
Alot of things are stitched together

Very simple knowledge based queries

**What do you like best about KNO Plus?**

By far, the most significant feature of Alltius is that it renders query resolution with great accuracy carried out by its AI assistants. It becomes a smart (suitable) part of our customer service and sales department that allows (makes sure) the employees to work on the more strategical interactions, while Alltius handles the routine issues and the FAQs.

**What do you dislike about KNO Plus?**

When it comes to handling simple queries, it is the weak point as it cannot be relied on in anything complicated, such as advanced and delicate questions or tasks requiring personal contact. That is a learning process which is demanding and, therefore, ongoing monitoring of all interactions is necessary to ensure that they are positive and carry a professional tone.

**What problems is KNO Plus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Allethius has led to significant decreased weight of work on our customer support and sales team in order to deal with an easy inquiry and task. This freed up their time for complex customer interactions and lead generation hence our customers experienced improved service and our sales group becoming more efficient.

**What do you like best about KNO Plus?**

I used Alltius as customer support agent. The Alltius platform is extremely easy to use. 

I created an AI assistant for my sales enablement collateral within 15 minutes and it worked well without fine tuning. I've been using it for my customer calls and it has given me excellent responses so far. 

My customer ratings ahve increased. I'm also using it almost everyday along with intercom and CRM software. It is easy to integrate and the customer support is top notch.

**What do you dislike about KNO Plus?**

I haven't faced any issues or disadvantages so far.

**What problems is KNO Plus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I'm using Alltius to reply quickly to customer queries without spending a lot of time searching for answers. I'm able to reduce my customer response rate to minutes.

The strong technical base and insane level of accuracy they can reach by Gen AI solutions.

**What do you dislike about KNO Plus?**

They could make their website better, the current one is not a proper showcase of what all they make.

**What problems is KNO Plus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ticket deflections is the best outcome of deploying the Alltius chatbot. Really helps me reduce burden on support teams.
