**What do you like best about klink.cloud?**

K Link is easy to use for all user roles and administrator roles also/ Good for monitoring regarding calls service level and recording also.

**What do you dislike about klink.cloud?**

In the Analytics dashboard, Queue service level has been calculating the abandon calls that have been dropped by customers hand up within IVR stage. 

Our point of view, Queue service level shouldn’t calculate the abandoned calls on IVR before being routed to an agent.

**What problems is klink.cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

our Customer easy to call, 
We also easily export Calls and recordings.

What I like best about Klink Cloud is the peace of mind it gives me. The top-notch security features, including robust encryption and data protection, make me feel confident that my personal and business data is in safe hands. In today's digital world, that's a huge relief.

Another great thing is how easy it is to adapt to my changing needs. I can effortlessly scale up or down my storage capacity without any hassle. This flexibility ensures that I'm not overpaying for unused space and can comfortably accommodate my evolving data requirements.

The collaborative tools in Klink Cloud have been a game-changer for me. They've made working with my team and even clients a breeze. Real-time document sharing and editing mean we can all work together seamlessly, no matter where we are. It's perfect for remote work and keeps our projects running smoothly.
