What do you like best about KitchenSync?

I always felt like I had a solid handle on the ins and outs of my business, but working with KitchenSync opened my eyes to areas I hadn’t fully dialed in. They took the time to walk through our numbers, processes, and systems and showed us exactly where we could be more efficient. It wasn’t just about cleaning things up. What do you dislike about KitchenSync?

One thing I’ve learned working with KitchenSync is that their impact really depends on how engaged your team is. You get the most out of them when you treat them like a true partner in your operation. Early on, we realized our managers needed to be looped in and aligned for things to run smoothly. Once we established that internal buy-in, the support from KitchenSync became a major lift. They’ve helped us tighten up our processes and get clearer on our numbers, but they also hold us accountable and make sure our team stays incentivized and aligned. What do you dislike about KitchenSync?

not necessarily dislike but they will be as efficient as you participate, if you don't train your managers to collaborate with them they won't be able to contribute to your success. I had to learn to treat them almost as a branch of my staff or a contractor as opposed to a software company. Communication is key here. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about KitchenSync?
