**What do you like best about Kelsa?**

Almost every workflow software provides customization within their pre-defined templates and the services they provide. But as per my experience, kelsa is the only one which can build as per our business structure and also helps us to add services as per our requirements.

**What do you dislike about Kelsa?**

I'm using this software from past 1 year, till now haven't found any disadvantages. Hope you won't found any. 

**Recommendations to others considering Kelsa:**

Recommended for all who really looking for the customized workflow management software to manage their business process with one single software. Yes, Kelsa helping a lot to manage all our entire organisation process flow with one single interface.  

**What problems is Kelsa solving and how is that benefiting you?**

All the departments like, IT, HR, Marketing, CRM and sales in our organisation is managing by Kelsa and it helps us to track the status of each and every task or process.
