## About KEI CRM
KEI CRM takes existing customer data (contact information, email, financial and more) and leverages it to improve marketing efforts by compiling the target market into a manageable resource for direct communications to the right person, or prospective customer. Users will improve customer communications because the auto messaging feature lets them know the minute users have received a message from them. The Document Management (an integral part of our KEI CRM system) matches messages to customer files by date, no more hunting for paper files. When users are ready to respond, all the customer&#39;s data is right in front of them.

**What do you like best about KEI CRM?**

KEI ARM is a good solution when you are dealing with small sets of customers. We need to enter some details about the customer, and then this CRM shows its magic.

**What do you dislike about KEI CRM?**

1. We cannot deal with large sets of distributors/ customers using this software.
2. It doesn't offer the option of automation of marketing. 
3. It doesn't have a connection with SMM.

**What problems is KEI CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are using KEI CRM to manage some sets of customers who purchase our Industrial grade products. It is B2B, and the number of customers is less, but it requires lots of strategic planning.

Invoice and support it also provide some additional features like contact management

Nothing which i dont like just easy and simple to integrate

Billing issue and easy pricing manuals for small scale industry which is most useful feature also provide good tech support

**What do you like best about KEI CRM?**

The best thing about KEI CRM is the ease of use; for a new person, it has excellent training tutorials & live webinars to learn how to use this CRM. For marketing person, it does help & simplify existing customer data like contact information, email, financial, etc.

It can be easily accessed via mobile version & is very helpful in email marketing , Contact Management, etc.

**What do you dislike about KEI CRM?**

Price is on a little high side. Also, at times there is some lag in integrating all the information at one place.

**Recommendations to others considering KEI CRM:**

If you work in the sales & marketing domain & have difficulty in having all the client communication, notes in one place, you should try KEI CRM as it's easy to use, helps you to maintain everything in a single location, a great way to do email marketing to reach out to right prospect at the right time.

Very effective & efficient CRM.

**What problems is KEI CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's a great tool for Email marketing & managing communication with the client at the same place. You don't need to use a system; it can work seamlessly on mobile version.

Helps in automated Email marketing campaigns, recording every detail in one place and having an integrated chat as well.
