## k-ecommerce Reviews
  ### 1. Supercharges E-Commerce with ERP Integration

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Pranay u. | software developer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 06, 2026

**What do you like best about k-ecommerce?**

I really like how k-ecommerce syncs everything with an ERP, saving time and preventing errors. The biggest plus is how it eliminates 'Busy Work,' acting like a bridge that never sleeps. The automated order-to-invoice flow is phenomenal; the order cycle is so much faster, and it completely removes the manual data entry. This automation decouples 'sales' from 'staffing,' allowing us to scale without undue stress on the team. It's also remarkably efficient for such a high-level B2B integration—users can get their ERP-connected site live in as little as 30 days, which is super fast for ERP software.

**What do you dislike about k-ecommerce?**

The Learning Curve (It's not "Plug and Play"). While the automation is great once it's set up, getting there is a project. Because it's so deeply tied to your ERP (like Dynamics), the initial configuration can be a bit overwhelming. You can't just flip a switch; you have to map out exactly how you want your data to move.

**What problems is k-ecommerce solving and how is that benefiting you?**

k-ecommerce syncs with our ERP, saving time and preventing typos by automating order-to-invoice flow. It decouples sales from staffing, making it easier to handle high sales volumes without extra strain. It eliminates manual data entry, lightening workloads, and avoiding inventory errors.

  ### 2. When Buying becomes Trust: k e-commerce Experience

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 15, 2026

**What do you like best about k-ecommerce?**

One of the helpful things that I find about e-commerce is in a traditional B2B selling, the buyer has no clue about whether the price is correct or not, if the item is in the stock, or tracking of the order, for these they have to contact accounts team, send messages etc but k ecommerce helps in this case as it is plugged into the ERP so everything that a buyer see is real and official so there we can see the actual contract price, their credit limit etc

**What do you dislike about k-ecommerce?**

Only thing that I dislike about it is though K ecommerce is powerful but still the ERP data gets messy and whole system becomes unreliable because what k ecommerce shows is the prices, stocks, credit limits etc but in most of the companies the stock of products is updated late added with pending returns so here the system may show the order in stock but in warehouse it can be out of stock and at this point a buyer loses their trust

**What problems is k-ecommerce solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One of the problems that it is solving for me is that earlier when you don't know the real price of the items in B2B, where every customer has a different price so then we had to ask the salesperson but now after using k ecommerce as soon as we log in, we see exact ERP price of the product

  ### 3. Long-time user with k-eCommerce’s plateform

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Pascal B. | General Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 20, 2025

**What do you like best about k-ecommerce?**

We have been using k-eCommerce since 2014, and one of the key advantages is its integration with SAP B1
That allows us to synch orders, inventory, and customer data. The platform has a pre-built connection with our ERP. KeCommerce customer support team has been efficient in resolving our issues, and the system is easy to learn and set up.

**What do you dislike about k-ecommerce?**

Over the years, we have worked with the k-eCommerce team in order to make the experience for our customers better and to make sure it was align with our business model and protocoles. While system performance and customization can present challenges, we were able to work on solutions in order to adapt the system for our needs. Updates are run automatically from the partner.

**What problems is k-ecommerce solving and how is that benefiting you?**

k-eCommerce has helped us with our online sales operations by integrating with our SAP B1 ERP system
Our data sync every 15 minutes :
- inventory
- orders
- customer data
and more

This has improved order accuracy and sales while reducing manual data entry.
The platform supports us with our Pro B2B and B2C clients effectively.
The solution works with our protocols and specific business and operations.

  ### 4. High Recommend K-E Commerce as your ERP integrated Business solution!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Carla P. | Business owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 12, 2025

**What do you like best about k-ecommerce?**

When looking for a company to help us with a new website, it was very important to us that it can be seemless integrated with Microsoft GP. We have been working with K-Ecommerce for over 5 years and the company continues to support us in intregrating with GP and continuing to grow our business. They are forward thinking and are great listeners when trying to meet all of our needs.

**What do you dislike about k-ecommerce?**

We at one point had issues with a third party plug in and it took a bit of time to get it fixed. The folks at K-Ecommerce continued to work on the issue until it was resolved and they also were very accomodating by giving us credit for the time it was not working.

**What problems is k-ecommerce solving and how is that benefiting you?**

K-Ecommerce seamlessly integrates our website with Microsoft GP and this is a huge time saver for our business.

  ### 5. Postive and Descriptive

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mahammed R. | SCCM engineer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 18, 2024

**What do you like best about k-ecommerce?**

The Upsides of Using K-ecommerce
K-ecommerce offers a multitude of benefits that can significantly enhance a business's online presence and sales

**What do you dislike about k-ecommerce?**

While k-ecommerce platforms offer a range of customization options, they may not always meet the specific needs of every business.

**What problems is k-ecommerce solving and how is that benefiting you?**

K-ecommerce can solve a variety of business problems, particularly for businesses that rely on ERP systems like Microsoft Dynamics 365

  ### 6. Seamless sync to Business Central and great customer service!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Michaila J. | Graphic Designer & Creative Marketing Coordinator, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 27, 2022

**What do you like best about k-ecommerce?**

I love the seamless sync between K-Ecommerce and our ERP (Business Central). It makes managing and updating products so much more efficient. With our old website, we had to update pricing, customer groups and images twice; once in BC and again on our website. Now we only have to update information once, and everything syncs back and forth between the two platforms. Orders now sync directly into BC, and orders don't have to be entered manually like we were doing with our previous site. K-Ecommerce has saved us so much time in updating and maintaining the website. The K-Ecommerce team is reliable and always responds quickly to emails.

**What do you dislike about k-ecommerce?**

It would be great if there were more design features. As a graphic designer, I would like to have more flexibility to update the design without having to code. The design templates are limited, but it gets the job done.

**What problems is k-ecommerce solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The import/export feature requires some fine-tuning, and I believe K-Ecommerce is working on updating the feature. If there is an error with one line in a file import, it stops the entire import until you upload a new file with the corrected line. It would be more beneficial if all the errors were clearly outlined, and so the file could be corrected all at once, instead of uploading a new file each time there is an error message. It would help with importing contacts, as there is a long list!

  ### 7. Easy, affordable online payment option

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Abhiram C. | Software Engineer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 22, 2022

**What do you like best about k-ecommerce?**

Simple implementation allowed our clients to view their outstanding balances, make payments using ACH or credit cards, and have those payments automatically sync with our accounting platform.

**What do you dislike about k-ecommerce?**

Working with k-eCommerce was never difficult for us. Everything is excellent. Using k-eCommerce has never caused us any problems. It's a great product to conclude

**What problems is k-ecommerce solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Orders automatically sync into our system, saving our sales coordinators time and enhancing the accuracy of our orders. The site allows the information to update in real-time without requiring input from our team or the manual creation of customer catalogues.

  ### 8. K-eCommerce for Dynamics GP

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Retail | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 17, 2022

**What do you like best about k-ecommerce?**

K-eCommerce directly integrates with our Dynamics GP to give us more streamlined inventory, shipping, and payment processing for our customers. The real-time inventory is nice to have so that we do not have to manually update the inventory.

**What do you dislike about k-ecommerce?**

K-eCommerce lacks a strong shipping engine. It is quite difficult to create a robust shipping process due to their limited functionality, so if your business has a lot of different shipping needs, I would look elsewhere. Additionally, their configuration can be convoluted because settings are nested inside dropdown sections in the admin panel. They also require you to fill out multi-language fields even though you designate you don't sell outside the US. (They are a Canadian company so they expect the Frech language field to have data in them).

**Recommendations to others considering k-ecommerce:**

If you use Dynamics GP as your ERP, there are a limited number of natively supported e-commerce ISVs. K-eCommerce can do a good job and fulfill that need if you do not require a robust and complicated shipping engine. We have had numerous issues with our FedEx and UPS rates not matching.

**What problems is k-ecommerce solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed an e-commerce platform that integrated directly with our Dynamics GP software to minimize manual inventory entry and order processing. K-eCommerce does do that well.

  ### 9. The all-in-one ecommerce solution we needed

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ken P. | Network Administrator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 08, 2022

**What do you like best about k-ecommerce?**

A: One of the biggest benefits is how simple and seamless it was to integrate our Dynamics GP ERP to the k-ecommerce platform. This helped us save a lot of time as orders are quickly synced into our ERP, eliminating a lot of the manual data entry that we used to have. The platform can also be easily customized and tailored to the needs of our B2B distribution business. Even though the backend is easy to use, it was nice to be able to rely on the technical expertise of the k-ecommerce team for any questions and they were always there when we needed them.

I learned a lot from the support team, that I could not have learned by my self. Thank you

**What do you dislike about k-ecommerce?**

We never had any major issues working with k-ecommerce.

**What problems is k-ecommerce solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed a transactional website that linked to our Dynamics GP ERP so that any orders placed online would automatically flow into our ERP. Benefits we saw were a user-friendly ecommerce webstore for our customers and time saved on end in data management of these orders.

  ### 10. Solid solution for linking Ecommerce to Dynamics GP

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Michelle B. | IT - ERP Admin, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 23, 2022

**What do you like best about k-ecommerce?**

We are happy that the synchronization has remained stable, with very few hiccups since we installed it in 2015. Our B2B customers like the order express and frequently ordered items features. We have also depended on the multi-user module, which allows a single customer account to have a hierarchy of buyers that can have manager approval of each order when needed.

**What do you dislike about k-ecommerce?**

It is still a proprietary platform, so any integration changes, 3rd party channels, or customization needs to be programmed by them. Their API was also rudimentary and didn't address user management when I initially attempted to use it to automate onboarding of our customers. So we were limited to using CSV import/export and the admin UI for updating content and user access.

**What problems is k-ecommerce solving and how is that benefiting you?**

K-ecommerce streamlined our customer's ability to place orders, especially once they had history and could use the reordering features. We also used the customer catalogs feature to provide limited access to custom products for only specific customers.

  ### 11. Simple, cost-effective online payment option

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Matthew C. | CFO, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 19, 2022

**What do you like best about k-ecommerce?**

Implementation was straightforward and allowed our customers to see their balances owed, pay via ACH or Credit Card, and those payments sync directly with our accounting software.

**What do you dislike about k-ecommerce?**

There are limited admin functions to monitor and review balances between accounting software and the online platform. We've only found a small number of instances where balances didn't agree. A manual sync trigger for an individual customer would be a good tool for easy reconciliation.

**What problems is k-ecommerce solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We did not have an easy solution for our Net 30 customers to pay other than direct ACH or sending in paper checks. K-ecommerce helped bridge the gap and brought our customer payment options up to speed, and simplified our cash receipt methods. The customer chooses the invoice to be paid, and the payments sync within seconds to our accounting software.

  ### 12. Bablito Industries K-ecommerce review

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Manon L. | President, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 05, 2022

**What do you like best about k-ecommerce?**

Ease of use.
Self service feature
Real b2b solution pricing and product showcase.
Real time integration with our ERP.

**What do you dislike about k-ecommerce?**

for the price range and features provided the solution works well.
a nice user dashboard would be nice to see sales easily on one screen.

**Recommendations to others considering k-ecommerce:**

If you need an integrated platform, look for a well known company like k-ecommerce.

Sometimes company says ho yeah we can do this or that. But the truth is that they can't.

K-ecommerce was able to fulfill all of our needs from day 1.

**What problems is k-ecommerce solving and how is that benefiting you?**

double data entry was resolved
real time inventory directly from the web site, no need to update the inventory manually

  ### 13. Advancing our B2C opportunities with K-ecommerce!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Building Materials | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 09, 2022

**What do you like best about k-ecommerce?**

We really appreciate k-ecommerce's overall responsiveness to our specific account needs. Everything from listening to our customization ideas to responding to site challenges has been handled with care.

**What do you dislike about k-ecommerce?**

K-ecommerce is lacking a HubSpot integration module!!

**Recommendations to others considering k-ecommerce:**

Take every opportunity to learn how to navigate the Admin site through K-ecommerce training opportunities and by utilizing the video library. Invest in learning first!

**What problems is k-ecommerce solving and how is that benefiting you?**

K-ecommerce is providing us with an online B2C opportunity to reach a targeted market.

  ### 14. Seamless Connection to GP and Awesome Guest Interface

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kristin Yerecic S. | Marketing Director, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 28, 2022

**What do you like best about k-ecommerce?**

The integration with Microsoft GP is seamless and updates continuously. Our customers love that the information is always up to date, and our team loves that they don't have to enter data manually. Our customers rave about the guest interface and frequently say that this is the best site of all their vendors.

**What do you dislike about k-ecommerce?**

Customizations can take significant time depending on what you are looking for, but that is pretty typical for the industry.

**What problems is k-ecommerce solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Orders sync right into our system, which saves our sales coordinators time and allows our orders to be more accurate. Instead of manually creating customer catalogs, the site enables the information to update in real-time without any intervention or data entry from our team.

  ### 15. Versatile ecommerce platform!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jason A. | Marketing Director, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 29, 2021

**What do you like best about k-ecommerce?**

This platform is highly customizable for the requirements of most businesses. Their knowledge base is informative and it will guide you through most of the platform features. Do yourself a favor and contact a representative today! You won't regret it.

**What do you dislike about k-ecommerce?**

I think someone on the product team should review standard, eCommerce functionality that is built into other platforms. It would be nice to have certain standard features out-of-the-box that do not require custom developments . (ex. a more robust coupon system)

**What problems is k-ecommerce solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The Amazon integration module has allowed us to add a channel of revenue that was non-existent in the past. This integration has contributed to the positive growth of sales within our brands.

  ### 16. K eCommerce Review

**Rating:** 1.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Construction | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 24, 2021

**What do you like best about k-ecommerce?**

Knowledgebase is helpful. Sometimes it's hard to find the topic I'm looking for.

**What do you dislike about k-ecommerce?**

I've been a customer of K eCommerce for many years and was fairly satisfied with the platform and customer service. The past 2 years have gotten bad with customer service response times. I've been trying to get a specific ticket 66701 : Long Building Technologies - PROBLEM AFTER THE UPDATE and referring to the TICKET 5847 fixed for a month. I requested a call with management. I then received an email saying the issue was working and the ticket was closed. It is not working properly. I've also found that K eCommerce is not keeping up with their competitors with built-in functionality. It also took about 6 months to get a site upgrade that was needed for the Mailchimp integration that I paid for at the beginning of the year.

**What problems is k-ecommerce solving and how is that benefiting you?**

none - I've spent the last year trying to get a customizaton I paid for fixed with K eCommerce and have yet to accomplish that.

  ### 17. Great company to work with.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Logistics and Supply Chain | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 05, 2022

**What do you like best about k-ecommerce?**

We had a really good team supporting us and maintaining the site.

**What do you dislike about k-ecommerce?**

Occasionally when they were bombarded with requests from other companies the ticket response time was a little slow.

**Recommendations to others considering k-ecommerce:**

Great platform for when you need to scale up your offerings and sales. We had a great experience with them and would recommend to companies looking to sell online.

**What problems is k-ecommerce solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed to be able to sell over 10K products digitally and K-eCommerce solved that for us.

**What do you dislike about k-ecommerce?**

Initial responses can sometimes be delayed but once active they are quick with continued follow up.

**What problems is k-ecommerce solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Web store e-commerce

  ### 19. Help us grow our online sales

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sophie C. | Marketing Coordinator, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 06, 2021

**What do you like best about k-ecommerce?**

We saw proposals from several solutions on the market, but K-eCommerce best fit our needs. The B2C and B2B tools matched what we were looking for and integrated with our ERP System, Microsoft Dynamics NAV. K-eCommerce makes it simple to receive orders, and they sync quickly into our ERP.

We now have five websites with K-eCommerce and launched 3 in the previous year. The K-eCommerce platform allowed us to create functional sites linked in real time to our ERP system, in addition to offering easy-to-use marketing tools.

**What do you dislike about k-ecommerce?**

From the beginning of the project until our first website was live, it took longer than expected. During the implementation, we had a few project managers, making it more challenging to keep the deadline.

**Recommendations to others considering k-ecommerce:**

It’s a great solution with simple customizable for your needs. It’s simple to use and we can create a great website that is functional, beautiful and linked to our ERP.

**What problems is k-ecommerce solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We didn't have a transactional website, and now we do! It's also linked to our ERP system.

  ### 20. Perfect B2B Solution

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Stuart J. | Director of Systems, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 20, 2021

**What do you like best about k-ecommerce?**

k-eCommerce was easy to setup, integrates seamlessly with Dynamics GP and we never have to worry about whether it works or not. It always does.

**What do you dislike about k-ecommerce?**

Everything works great. We've never had any issues with k-eCommerce

**What problems is k-ecommerce solving and how is that benefiting you?**

k-eCommerce provides us with the ability for our distributors to place orders online and have them automatically flow back into our ERP.

  ### 21. Helps us grow our B2B and B2C channels

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Perri's L. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 05, 2020

**What do you like best about k-ecommerce?**

We were previously using a 3rd party program to receive our B2C orders. Downloading the orders and entering them into GP was time consuming and the checkout process was not easy to navigate for our customers. We wanted to grow our B2C business, and knew we needed a solution that integrated with GP.
We saw proposals from several solutions on the market, but K-Ecommerce best fit our size and needs. The B2C and B2B tools matched what we were looking for as well as integration with GP. K-Ecommerce makes it simple to receive orders and they sync quickly into GP. This keeps our processes flowing smoothly.
Our project manager was great! Every week he was on time for our calls, and always willing to help with questions when I got stuck. He provided invaluable guidance on what we should be working on and the steps we should take next.
We used the KEC design services to come up with the theme and it was just what we envisioned. It is easy to modify the footer and header. Some HTML knowledge needed to change out some of the graphics on the homepage. The navigation is easy to understand.
I like that when I post a product link on Facebook, the correct image comes up (issue with old solution). In general having a clean, easy to use site has improved my marketing tools.

**What do you dislike about k-ecommerce?**

I did need a good bit of support in the beginning, especially understanding Attributes and Attribute Contexts. But, once I got in the swing of things it was pretty easy to configure products the way I wanted.
The steps need to “Invite” a user is a little confusing. Our B2B customers all needed to be invited to log in for the first time, and many of them had trouble understanding the instructions and the “New Password” email. Resending that email requires several steps and currently I’m the only one that has mastered it.
The product catalog is easy to use and setup products, however very time consuming to set up large groups of parent/child products using attribute contexts. I never could get the import to work just right.
I did need to contact support for help with where to place Google Tag Manager code and Facebook Pixel code since the <header> code is not easy to find.

**What problems is k-ecommerce solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We did have a e-commerce website before K-Ecommerce. Our B2B orders were integrated with GP, but our B2C orders were not. A desire to grow our B2C business made us realize we needed an e-commerce upgrade!
Orders moving smoothly from website down to our warehouse is very valuable. The less staff have to ‘touch’ the order, the better. Integration allows us to do less steps to get our orders shipped out.
Our B2C business is growing, as we had hoped. Having the orders flow directly into GP allows us to scale as our direct to consumer sales grow.

  ### 22. We surpassed our Year 1 goals

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** DONNA T. | Controller/HR/IT, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 11, 2020

**What do you like best about k-ecommerce?**

Before choosing k-eCommerce we looked at several other e-commerce solutions. Our decision came down to a few main factors. We wanted a platform with integration to Dynamics GP, one we could customize as far as user experience, and one that we could absolutely rely on for performance and security without breaking the bank.
The system has saved us and our customers a huge amount of time, especially when it comes to the integration with our ERP. Orders just flow from one system to the other and get where they need to know. Our customers love it and tell us they wouldn’t change a thing.
We love the end result and plan to develop the site even further in the future with more features and enhancements. Our Year 1 goal was to get 60 new customers using the ecommerce channel and we finished with 70. More than just the time and money we’ve saved, our e-commerce presence helps define our brand as forward-thinking and innovative.

**What do you dislike about k-ecommerce?**

As seems to happen often in any kind of IT implementation, it took longer than we were expecting. The team was very knowledgeable and helpful, but some of the hand-offs as the project went from one stage to another (i.e. discovery – dev – implementation) were delayed. But this was the only real frustration. We’ve had no major bugs or problems with the system since launching, just a few minor fixes.

**Recommendations to others considering k-ecommerce:**

It’s a great solution and customizable for your needs. The k-eCommerce team can adapt to meet even complex requirements like ours.

**What problems is k-ecommerce solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our company likes to take a think outside the box approach to our industry, and a strong, user-friendly e-commerce presence is a big part of that strategy. But we also wanted to make life easier both for our customers and for ourselves, and we saw e-commerce as a way to build loyalty in our customer base through the convenience of our platform.
We needed a custom layout for our web store with a more non-typical look and feel, and we wanted to offer our customers features like a quick-order template, standard order quantities with customer-specific products, and so on. Like I said, we love it and we have even more enhancements in the works.

  ### 23. Significant revenue growth across our business

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consumer Goods | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 18, 2019

**What do you like best about k-ecommerce?**

k-eCommerce gives us a single, integrated e-commerce system. Because of this, we have been able to do away with duplicate order entry completely and improve our data management process. This was a problem with our previous e-commerce platform, where order numbers would get mixed up when copying them from the web store to SAP Business One.

Our e-commerce store launched in August 2019. It is much more user friendly (both for our customers and for us). Managing the product catalog is much easier, and the one-page checkout lets our customers place orders more quickly and easily. As a result, we have had more customers using our website as well as coming back to reorder.

The admin on the back end is easy to use. We saw improvements to our marketing efforts and organization very quickly with the content management system. Combined with the integration to SAP, we’ve been able to save a lot of time and money while increasing our sales. The built-in templates make it easy to customize our site, though we still need to do some coding for a few details.

**What do you dislike about k-ecommerce?**

We had some issues with communicating our requirements properly to the team. We wanted things to work in a certain way and it seemed to take a lot of back and forth before they really understood what we needed. For instance, we wanted to give our customers the option of using a scanner to add items to a quick order page. We had to have several conversations with k-eCommerce before they really understood what we were asking for.

k-eCommerce includes a knowledge base and a few other online resources, but we find these to be somewhat basic and lacking in more detailed information. That said, the support team is great for answering all our questions.

**Recommendations to others considering k-ecommerce:**

Ensure everything you require is communicated and understood before the process begins.

**What problems is k-ecommerce solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our move to k-eCommerce was a matter of necessity. Nobody was able to use our old site. The order process was complex and half the time our customers weren’t even able to complete their orders. It was impossible to make updates to the site without technical knowledge, so we usually needed third-party support and that was less available as time went on.

k-eCommerce integration to our SAP ERP has modernized our business and helped us reach both our e-commerce goals: a website that would bring us online sales and serve as a source of information for our customers.

Since August 2019 we’ve seen a major increase in web sales, almost double the volume of orders we were getting before.

  ### 24. We couldn’t have found a better e-commerce solution for our needs

**What do you like best about k-ecommerce?**

We had custom development and web design needs, and the result conforms at all points to what we asked for and what we agreed on during our meetings with k-eCommerce. All the staff involved really listened to the needs of our business, how we wanted to position ourselves online and our online store.
During the implementation, my k-eCommerce team had excellent advice on how to rethink certain business activities and adapt them to the online store. Every time we have had a request on the level of operations or functionality, k-eCommerce found a way to modify our store to make it a reality.
All the support technicians have a deep knowledge of the system and we can tell that no one is given this position without extensive training. The support agents respond to questions very quickly, and if they don’t know the answer, there is no improvisation. They just tell me they’ll call us back and they do. Much appreciated.
The product catalog is simple and complete. Very easy to use and to configure.
The training/onboarding process is well-established and we could sense that there is no improvisation at this level.

**What do you dislike about k-ecommerce?**

We’re completely satisfied. I don’t believe we could have found better for our needs. The e-commerce system is adaptable to our requirements, whether for B2B or B2C. We do have plenty of recommendations for things we’d like to see in the future, but these aren’t complaints.

**Recommendations to others considering k-ecommerce:**

The base configuration of the website was set up in collaboration with the project manager. There were a number of important configurations and adjustments that really require technical support to put in place.

**What problems is k-ecommerce solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our primary objective was to fix the order management process. Our receptionist was manually entering orders taking time to enter and inevitably useless errors were made. Our old order entry process consisted of receiving retail orders by email or fax. Our staff had to enter the orders one by one in the accounting system and print out up to 8 sheets per order. I could not imagine that in 2019, we would have to use a human resource for data entry.
We’ve lightened my colleague’s workload and we now have additional time to work on more complex tasks.
E-commerce is also a new way to bring our products to market. We sell to 450 retailers across Eastern Canada. This tool has been available to our retailers since January 2019. As of March, 45% of our orders are placed on the website.

  ### 25. We’ve reached international markets

**What do you like best about k-ecommerce?**

We have always collaborated very well with k-eCommerce. They are open to our comments and suggestions on the level of design, change requests, etc. The training they provided was always very clear, and the implementation process as well. We could ask questions at any time.

The turnaround is reasonable but above all, the team has been able to adapt to our pace. Like most small businesses, managers are responsible for all aspects of the business, so progress depends on our availability.

We especially appreciated the quality of the proposed designs. They met our expectations. The design team has always understood the requirements we need to meet in order to stand out in our industry. We regularly get positive comments both on the visual aspect of our site and on its user-friendliness.
k-eCommerce support has gotten better and better over the years. There was a time when I had the impression that I knew a little more than the technician at certain levels. Perhaps this was just a learning curve, since it takes some time for technicians to be trained. These days, my questions are always very well answered. Being able to talk to a human about our technical problems and always get a quick reply is a very important point for me. Service like this is quite rare nowadays, where usually all you get is voicemail.

k-eCommerce is easy to use. Usually, we just define our products in Excel and then import them into the catalogue so that everything is done in a single operation.

**What do you dislike about k-ecommerce?**

In general, the implementation went well except for the change to a responsive site. This transition brought its share of data loss (loss of photos, incorrect categorization, products being set to active when they weren’t, etc.) and loss of site configurations. This problem brought us a lot of extra work. To date, some issues are still not corrected because we have opted to fix the most urgent problems first. It's not easy to find your way around to make a change. Often I have to call to find out where the option I want to change is.

**Recommendations to others considering k-ecommerce:**

Quite easy to set up, but contains many parameters that require a minimum amount of knowledge to avoid getting lost. E.g. referencing, meta descriptions, etc. These factors are all still important to have a good rating on the web.
Personally, we understood this easily enough, but for someone just getting started who has no basic knowledge, this could be a difficult process.

**What problems is k-ecommerce solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We started with a personal page in 2005 to present our company. In 2007, we had a professional website made but without an online store. In 2009, we redesigned our professional website by developing a customized transactional website. All web transactions were then manually entered in our accounting software, in addition to manual inventory management.

When we learned about ERP integration, we saw a great opportunity to avoid manual inventory management. That's when we closed our old site to opt for a personalized site with k-eCommerce. Real-time inventory, simple non-duplicate invoicing, order management. The whole accounting process has been simplified.

We have reached new markets, even international ones. Our web sales are constantly increasing. Over the past 2 years or so, we have seen a major change in in-store sales, which have been declining in favour of online sales. We also act as a wholesaler in the field of tools and accessories related to the art of bonsai. And we import these products ourselves from Asia, Korea and the United States.

  ### 26. k-eCommerce has the support, flexibility, and ERP integration we need.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lee D. | IT Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 27, 2019

**What do you like best about k-ecommerce?**

That k-eCommerce works and works well. As data is added on the ERP side for customer info, items, and pricing, it shows up on the store ready for the customer to access quickly. When we process orders on the site they sync down to us in a short time frame and we have them routing to the proper facility for fulfillment.

The product catalogs are really good. We separate out products by brand as well as availability type (Standard vs Made to Order). Our business has thousands of SKUs, representing hundreds of products. Getting all that information to customers can be a major challenge, and before k-eCommerce, we would have to send it by email or over the phone.

Now, anything that anybody could want to know is all on the website. A good website means the phone doesn’t ring and email doesn’t ping! Because they have all the answers they need.

We love the Excel import/export feature. The easy and fast upload or modification of information allows us to add items, products, brands, etc. This lets us put all relevant information in a place that everyone can access.

This is also a really important feature for our business needs. Since product specs aren’t used in Dynamics GP, only about 20% of the information we needed was actually in GP, the other 80% wasn’t. Import/export let us upload all that information quickly without losing weeks in manual entry.

We have not had any security issues with the platform, this is part of why we went with a hosted solution. In the constantly changing landscape of security we find it better to have this managed as well. No bugs to speak of, the integration service installed and was working within a day’s time frame.

Love the support team. In beginning, we couldn’t figure out how to use the software and we even broke/deleted our site at one point! Support was with us every step of the way and got everything up and working again. We like the ticketing system k-eCommerce uses. It makes it easy for support to track our issues. We’ve had hundreds of tickets with this company and they are nailing it every time.

**What do you dislike about k-ecommerce?**

If you have a basic business and flexible requirements, the k-eCommerce open platform is easy to integrate. However, the more complex the business, the more complex the solution. I think the only resolution for such a complicated and customizable software, is a more hands-on approach from k-eCommerce as far as onboarding, training, and explaining everything the solution can do. We basically felt that we were left to figure out the software and how our business requirements and systems would best integrate. In the end, we probably spent an extra 6 months to become knowledgeable enough about k-eCommerce so we could speak intelligently about what we wanted and didn’t want and what we needed to customize. Even today, there are capabilities and configurations to the software that we don’t know about or that might be better than the path we have chosen.

For example, because a lot of our paper products look the same, we wanted to use images to represent categories rather than individual products. But because GP thinks by item numbers instead of products, it took us a long time to figure out how to change the k-eCommerce category tree to group the items in the tree and then have a picture to represent the category.

The end result is very good…it just took too long to get there.

**Recommendations to others considering k-ecommerce:**

The software/solution really requires sitting down with k-eCommerce in order to figure out best practices for your specific business requirements. Make sure to identify all your businesses’ needs as precisely as possible and ask if there are configurations or features in the existing solution that can do that.

**What problems is k-ecommerce solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As technology and web commerce have become a core part of almost every business, customers have become more demanding. The requirements to have access to more information in a logical and organized way is a necessity.

When we started the search for an e-commerce solution, we needed to find a solution that was going to work for us today as well as tomorrow.

We wanted hosted vs on premise, and in addition we wanted a host that meets the standards for the credit card industry (PCI). The fact that k-eCommerce comes PCI certified was a huge selling point for us.

k-eCommerce allows us to publish many different versions (customized upon login) of our product catalog for our different customers, with all of the relevant information each customer needs in order to make an informed buying decision.

We take full advantage of modifying the display results based our account access through Dynamics GP.
In addition, we have modified the pricelist feature to allow customers to download their pricelists directly from the website. I know this doesn’t sound like much, but this was hugely impactful for us. We actually had about 20 major product line price changes in the past year. We manage a complex price system in Dynamics GP. The modification of giving customers login and access to download their pricing saved probably thousands of hours of exporting, naming, sorting and individual emailing of pricesheets to customers.

k-eCommerce shortens the sales cycles because customers have better access to key buying decision info. It makes it easy to expand the business to new customers, makes it easy to grow the business, and makes it easy to launch new products.

We are a complicated business, and other solutions are either plug and play or just didn’t fit. To take Sana as a comparison, we would have had to redact our model to fit our business into how Sana works, and that just wasn’t possible.

By contrast, we had two acquisitions while implementing k-eCommerce. One of these acquisitions introduced brands, which was a major change for us, and made the process longer. But in the end, the k-eCommerce solution is flexible enough to fit our needs as a business.

  ### 27. Better customer experience, easier shopping interface

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jenna L. | Marketing Lead, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 15, 2019

**What do you like best about k-ecommerce?**

One of the big reasons we turned to k-eCommerce was because they offered integration directly to our ERP system, SAP. In the few years prior, we had invested heavily in SAP to help our production and business efficiencies, so it was important to continue to build a network that could talk to each other without “bandaids.”
We love the design, functionality and navigation of k-eCommerce. It is a huge improvement over our previous site and many of our competitors. It’s easy to search for products by part number or description which helps not only our retail customers to do research and buy, it helps our dealers and distributors to navigate and easily find answers for their customers.
Being able to create multiple tabs within a product listing for additional content, images, video, graphs, etc. is really helpful. In our line of business, technical data is important for certain products, so being able to provide data to our customers in an organized and easy-to-access way is an advantage.
Our project manager was a great resource for us. The folks that initially did the design and implementation of the site had since taken positions outside of our company, so Robert had to backtrack a little bit to explain functionality. He was able to help us get started again and move forward. He had patience while we built up the product content stage over the course of a few months and then had a huge impact getting us set up and ready to go live. Training materials were very helpful and worked nicely as a guide to build the site.
The support team is quick to respond – both on issues where say an order doesn’t process through to issues we experience with loading content or adding a function. No question is too big or too small for them to help with.

**What do you dislike about k-ecommerce?**

If there’s one area where we’ve struggled a little bit, it’s integration with shipping methods and getting the pricing correct. Our product shipment boxes range in size from a 5x5x5 box up to 46x24x12 for non-freight shipments so trying to determine the appropriate estimated box size for proper calculation is difficult. Within k-eCommerce, both FedEx and UPS are set up differently so finding a happy medium that doesn’t overcharge the customer tends to be a challenge.

**Recommendations to others considering k-ecommerce:**

k-eCommerce is simple to understand and use. We found the functionality and folder breakdowns to be easy to create and organize our products. We wouldn’t change anything here. The page, layout, and theme publishing features are a bit of a learning curve, but once you create a few and understand the impacts of what you’re doing, it’s easy to use. The hardest part is remembering where to update certain pages or sections that we only update periodically.

**What problems is k-ecommerce solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As buying and research behaviors continue to evolve, we knew we needed a platform that could offer a better customer experience and easier interface for both researching products and especially buying. The better the experience, the more the customer will trust your business, product and order process – we started to see the results of that nearly immediately.
We have seen our monthly web sales increase with each passing month. Customers are getting more comfortable buying directly from the site versus calling in to our Sales team. Having the integration directly to our ERP system has also saved our Sales team a ton of time re-entering orders – now they simply review and approve. We’ve also received a lot of positive feedback from customers and vendors on how great the site looks and how easy it is to navigate.

  ### 28. A Reliable eCommerce Solution

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dan T. | Microsoft Dynamics GP System Administrator, Restaurants, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 19, 2017

**What do you like best about k-ecommerce?**

It has the most extensive feature set I've seen in any e-commerce package and a wide array of configurable options to fit almost any scenario. The back-office interface is well organized and intuitive to use, with a great set of wizards that take you through day-to-day tasks with ease. The fast loading responsive designs make for a great mobile shopping experience. The best feature by far is the reliability of the synchronization engine that keeps data flowing from the web store to ERP system.

**What do you dislike about k-ecommerce?**

In our organizational scenario it would be helpful if we could have a single web storefront that integrated to multiple entity databases, but I understand the complexity of this type of architecture and the difficulty of synchronizing data from multiple ERP sources.

**Recommendations to others considering k-ecommerce:**

If peace of mind that your eCommerce solution will not let you down is important, then I highly recommend k-eCommerce.

**What problems is k-ecommerce solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed a dependable e-commerce solution with feature rich B2B capabilities including a simple to use customer service model which we found in k-eCommerce. The unlimited user count is a huge cost savings to the company.

  ### 29. K-ecommerce

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sarah T. | IT & Communications Manager, Hospital & Health Care, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2016

**What do you like best about k-ecommerce?**

I have absolutely nothing positive to say about this company. I originally removed my review at their request however I never saw K-ecommerce fix a single issue before I moved to a different company.

**What do you dislike about k-ecommerce?**

- They take forever to respond to emails
- When they did respond, they provided little information and never had solutions
- I went 3 months without being able to edit the CSS of our own website. This is something a designer with even cursory knowledge of development should be able to accomplish within 30 minutes. I emailed them every week for an update and never got an ETA or any useful information.
- They lock everything into their system -- so much so that even an experienced developer can't fix major glitches.
- They have huge glitches in their system that constantly cause glitches for the sales team

**Recommendations to others considering k-ecommerce:**

Stay far away from this company. You would be better hiring a local university student -- or just using Wordpress.

**What problems is k-ecommerce solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The company originally chose K-ecommerce due to budget. However, be wary of even choosing this option as they try to charge for even basic (and expected) functionality requests.

**What do you dislike about k-ecommerce?**

I don't find anything to be disliked from this .

**Recommendations to others considering k-ecommerce:**

Highly recommended for start ups .

**What problems is k-ecommerce solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As this is ERP system management tool , we were using it manage and achieve goals that are decided before starting the project . I am manager of my team so I am having less to work with this software but still I have to get updated from team as well as from this software .

  ### 31. Awesome platform for mobile devices!

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Food & Beverages | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 21, 2017

**What do you like best about k-ecommerce?**

I really enjoyed how well this software worked on a wide variety of mobile devices. It didn't matter if it was Windows, Android or iOS based.

**What do you dislike about k-ecommerce?**

Their support group was unresponsive sometimes and when they would respond, they hardly ever had a solution of any of the issues that would arise.

**Recommendations to others considering k-ecommerce:**

My only recommendation is... be patient with their support team. The benefits of the software are essential to your business growth but it does get frustrating when you can't fix a minor issue or glitch and have to be routed through their support chain.

**What problems is k-ecommerce solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With everyone doing more and more from their phones, k-eCommerce has helped bridge the gap between how a storefront looks on your phone vs. on your computer!

  ### 32. All-in-one Ecommerce/ERP Connector System

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Eric B. | Director of Ecommerce & Web Marketing, Business Supplies and Equipment, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 08, 2016

**What do you like best about k-ecommerce?**

The integration with Microsoft Dynamics GP is awesome. We were new to integrating eCommerce with GP, which is why we went with KeCommerce. We are literally printing picking tickets in the warehouse minutes after the order. The backoffice integration does work, and it was setup quickly. Out of the box it was about 90% or more there. We only had to tweak a few things, such as special freight shipping questions we added in the checkout process.

Biggest thing: 2-way sync!!!! We were big off-the-shelf fans (we tried them all), but try asking the 3rd party connector companies if they can do a 2-way sync and listen to them squirm. This makes them all super nervous, and they will not commit to the end product. They will even try to convince you that you shouldn't do it that way. KeCommerce works like this by default. Do you need to edit an order? No problem, just log into your ERP, change the order, and it will be reflected in the customer's login. This was a must for us.

Dedicated project manager/sales: Every system I've ever tried gives you initial support, then leaves you with a hotline. We have a dedicated project manager and salesperson, so we always have a direct line of a person to call. We've even had in-person visits! After implementing many systems where where the sales/support staff politely disappear, this a very good touch. Not a big touchy feely or old school relationship guy, but these are big systems, so you need continuity.

Overall, it's sold as an all-in-one eCommerce/ERP connector, and that's what it is. It's good at both, but I don't think I'd call it a rockstar at either. We've been on the hunt for 10 years, and there's no solution out there that is. If you want both wrapped into a single platform partnered with hosting, development, and support, you've got a solid setup that rivals massive platforms that probably need entire teams to maintain. We've been using it for over a year, and it's the right solution for us. Improved efficiency is how to get to the next level in eCommerce, and KeCommerce gives us that.

**What do you dislike about k-ecommerce?**

Not having an app store like off the shelf eCommerce platforms. As magical as it is to setup KeCommerce and see it integrating into our back-office, some other platforms have a very robust app/extension marketplace. These extensions are huge for helping the front end marketers do powerful stuff. Most of the wants/needs of an ecommerce marketing professional can be met with a little custom development. The good news is that they are able to do this in-house. We've had a few things done, and they are working solidly. If a new shiny marketing tool comes out that needs a plugin, you just won't be as agile to play around by simply adding an extension. We've been able to get around this pretty well, and I guess the good news is that our site isn't junked up with a million of extensions that could pose security leaks or performance issues. It forces you to be a lot more thoughtful about the addons you want.
Added features to consider:
- Improved search: No eCommerce solution does this well without an add-on of some sort. We installed something that works awesome w/ no extension/custom dev. required.
- Google Shopping Feed - Custom Development
- International Shipping w/ External Shipping Specialist - Custom Integration
- Avalara Avatax Sales Tax Calculation - Built in!!! (This was a great feature)
- Marketing Automation - Needs custom integration (it wasn't a major project, though)
- Everything else we needed for eCommerce was already built in.

The other thing we didn't like was some initial customer service growing pains as their client base grew. Thankfully, this has been completely remedied. If you call you will get someone picking up, and they answer quickly.

**Recommendations to others considering k-ecommerce:**

Strongly consider:
- Checkout options (shipping tax requirements)
- Tap into your the ERP knowledge at your company and bring those people into the project.
- International shipping integration
- Marketing automation integration
- Google shopping (this should be standard)
- Google trusted stores (this should be standard)

**What problems is k-ecommerce solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The paper path for online orders was just that, paper. We were able to transform this to be completely paperless. This was an amazing thing!

Customer places order --> We see order in ERP --> Warehouse packs and ships.
(We also do dropshipping)

This process happens through our systems, not through paper.

Also, the customer service portal was a huge gain as well. To be able to take over a customer's shopping cart while on the phone transformed the way we handle customer service (although we'd like to be able to edit prices in this mode).

We've been on this system for going on 2 years. If you're looking for an all-in-one, I still think KeCommerce is the place to be.

  ### 33. Have a product but don't have a team to back it up

**Rating:** 0.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jim G. | Director of Business Development, Chemicals, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 15, 2016

**What do you like best about k-ecommerce?**

The solution had many features we wanted and were looking for including an integration to GP

**What do you dislike about k-ecommerce?**

The company structure was a mess and no one ever picked up the phone. Many resources lacked any ERP knowledge. We were sold many features that did not exist and no road map was available. The team there promised and under delivered in every instance and in the end we had to fight to get a refund from them after working with 5 different project managers in our implementation.

**Recommendations to others considering k-ecommerce:**

Find a proven solution and see all the features as many are not there and on a "roadmap" They have little understand of ERP and were very unfirendly to work with. Ask how long the PM has been with the company as most are out the door in a few months.

**What problems is k-ecommerce solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed integration and a business to take us into the next generation of ecommerce. K-ecommerce only offered a product but no team and no experience.

  ### 34. Complete lack of knowledge on the products they interface with.

**Rating:** 0.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 30, 2016

**What do you like best about k-ecommerce?**

If you want a stand alone eCommerce package it will probably work. If you want an eCommerce system that interfaces between the Dynamics products run away as fast as possible. They don't understand the products they interface with and when the integration is wrong they want to charge you for it. For a product that is supposedly mature there are many issues and once again they charge you to fix it. There are many solutions out there, this should not go to the bottom of the list but should disappear completely.

**What do you dislike about k-ecommerce?**

The technical people, the interface, and the company in general do not stand behind the integrations

**Recommendations to others considering k-ecommerce:**

Look for another product. They are arrogant and lack the knowledge with the products they interface with.

**What problems is k-ecommerce solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Wanted to integrate to the ERP system to save time and become more efficient but it created more problems.

**What do you like best about k-ecommerce?**

Since implementing their solution about 10 years ago, our business has been able to easily maintain web orders with the automated process k-eCommerce creates. Our customers love the convenience and experience our online portal offers them as well.
We’ve recently made the decision to move to the responsive version of k-eCommerce for our mobile customers and our experience with their team during this process has been positive. We’re very excited to launch our new website design!

**What do you dislike about k-ecommerce?**

Since we purchased this software, we’ve had no issues. Communication has been responsive, employees have been knowledgeable and helpful. k-eCommerce does a really good job keeping up with eCommerce trends, which is evident in the product they offer.

**Recommendations to others considering k-ecommerce:**

full integration, true b2b ecommerce, affordable

**What problems is k-ecommerce solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Automating B2B web orders was a must-have when we started evaluating our options for eCommerce. The integration k-eCommerce provides with our back office is unrivaled.

Price. Beyond that, nothing. They over sold their product to the point they cannot support their customers properly. They spend way more money on their advertising that the actual product and support of it.

**What do you dislike about k-ecommerce?**

Almost everything. We were told the last week of Sep 2014 that we would be up and running in a test environment in 2 weeks with our MS Dynamics GP. It's been 4 months now and we still don't have a usable e-commerce web site. We've been bounced around between 5 project managers. We were told they support Rockton Omni Price, but they have major issues with that. Support is terrible - no answers, slow on return calls, sales person won't talk to us. We wish we never worked with them.

**Recommendations to others considering k-ecommerce:**

Keep looking!

**What problems is k-ecommerce solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were replacing an existing e-commerce solution. We wish we had gone with another solution.
