## k-ecommerce Pricing FAQs

Generated using AI

Is k-ecommerce free, or does it offer a free trial?

No. According to G2 data, k-ecommerce does not offer a free plan or free trial. Users need to purchase a paid plan to access the product. Visit the seller's official pricing page for current pricing details and plan options.

How much does k-ecommerce cost in 2026?

According to G2 data, k-ecommerce pricing in 2026 starts at $960.00 and can reach $1,950.00 depending on the selected plan. Pricing may vary based on billing terms or usage, so users should review the k-ecommerce's official pricing page for the most current details.

Who is k-ecommerce pricing best suited for?

According to G2 reviewers, k-ecommerce's pricing is best suited for mid-market B2B distributors and wholesalers (51–1,000 employees) already invested in ERP systems like Microsoft Dynamics GP, SAP Business One, or Acumatica. Industries including wholesale, packaging, paper products, apparel, food and beverage, and retail appear frequently among satisfied G2 users. The Growth and Advanced tiers align with businesses exceeding $1M–$5M in online sales that need personalized customer catalogs, express ordering, and automated order-to-invoice workflows. G2 reviews of k-ecommerce suggest smaller businesses under $1M in web revenue may find the Essentials tier's $960.00/month entry point a stretch relative to the feature set delivered.

What are the key differences between the free and paid versions of k-ecommerce?

k-ecommerce offers no free version or free trial according to G2's pricing data. The entry-level Essentials tier starts at $960.00/month, covering basic product catalog, order capture, payment collection, and fulfillment management — suited for businesses without advanced ERP systems or using Dynamics GP, NAV, or SAP Business One. k-ecommerce's higher tiers unlock progressively more capability: Growth ($1,625.00/month) adds B2B personalization, promotions, express ordering, and advanced ERP integrations; Advanced ($1,950.00/month) adds a dedicated account manager and VIP feature access; Custom pricing covers enterprise-scale needs. G2 reviewers note that ERP integration depth is the primary differentiator driving upgrades across k-ecommerce's pricing tiers.

Is k-ecommerce considered good value for its pricing?

G2 reviewers present a split picture on k-ecommerce's pricing value. Many mid-market and small-business users rate it highly (4–5 stars), citing ERP sync automation, eliminated manual data entry, and dedicated support as strong returns on investment. One wholesale reviewer noted exceeding their Year 1 customer acquisition goal by 17%, and multiple G2 users highlight that automation decouples sales growth from headcount costs. However, G2 reviews of k-ecommerce consistently flag that pricing feels steep for smaller businesses, and a few low-rated reviews cite under-delivered implementation promises. One reviewer explicitly chose k-ecommerce partly to avoid "breaking the bank," suggesting value is tier- and use-case-dependent rather than universal.

"When Buying becomes Trust: k e-commerce Experience"

4.5/5

What do you like best about k-ecommerce?

One of the helpful things that I find about e-commerce is in a traditional B2B selling, the buyer has no clue about whether the price is correct or not, if the item is in the stock, or tracking of the order, for these they have to contact accounts team, send messages etc but k ecommerce helps in this case as it is plugged into the ERP so everything that a buyer see is real and official so there we can see the actual contract price, their credit limit etc Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about k-ecommerce?

Only thing that I dislike about it is though K ecommerce is powerful but still the ERP data gets messy and whole system becomes unreliable because what k ecommerce shows is the prices, stocks, credit limits etc but in most of the companies the stock of products is updated late added with pending returns so here the system may show the order in stock but in warehouse it can be out of stock and at this point a buyer loses their trust Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is k-ecommerce solving and how is that benefiting you?

One of the problems that it is solving for me is that earlier when you don't know the real price of the items in B2B, where every customer has a different price so then we had to ask the salesperson but now after using k ecommerce as soon as we log in, we see exact ERP price of the product Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
