**What do you like best about JobTwine?**

The conversation felt very natural and genuinely human-like. The questions were highly relevant to the role I was interviewing for. It did ask followup questions based on the answers and responses. Because of that it somewhat to most of the times felt like a real live interview and conversation.

**What do you dislike about JobTwine?**

Less of dislike and more of curiosity, It would be great if some one can tell more about Avatar library, which is pretty diverse. Also, what language support they offer.

**What problems is JobTwine solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The entire experience felt structured, scalable, and genuinely useful for screening rounds. Over all a very good experience. Smooth.

Really liked AI Avatar Interviews. Natural voice and expressions. Two-way communication not recorded questions.

It was a pilot project. It was mostly stable. Minor hiccups, but the support team was very prompt if there were issues.

I am exploring solutions to automate my screening rounds. Among the 5-6 tools I explored, this is something I found most useful for my team. It gives instant feedback after the interview and my team can pick the top candidates for next rounds.

No onboarding learning curve. Lifelike avatar and very helpful, intelligent co-pilot for interview and screening candidates. Integration to greenhouse was smooth and easy. The platform performance is decent. Using the platform is also extremely intuitive. Good ROI.

**What do you dislike about JobTwine?**

Some features are yet to be release. They have a free demo but it will be great if we can just buy the tool directly with a subscription.

**What problems is JobTwine solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The platform has reduced the number of redundant interviews I was doing by about 50%. With their interviewer co-pilot, I don't need to prep for my interviews. The smart assistance provided by the platform is awesome, keeps my interviews structured.

Few Technical Issues, but backend supported Team Resolved this with higher priority.

JobTwine streamlines the hiring process by minimizing unnecessary back-and-forth communication. 

It provides clear visibility into interview progress, pending actions, and follow-ups, ensuring that no step is overlooked. 

This efficiency helps me stay organized, save time, and focus more on candidate quality and decision-making rather than manual coordination.

The pre-evaluation and automated question generation features ensure consistency and save valuable preparation time. The platform’s cheating and screen-switch detection tools add credibility and fairness to interviews, while the coding screen evaluation provides accurate, unbiased assessments of technical skills. Overall, it has made the hiring process more efficient, transparent, and data-driven — reducing manual effort and improving decision quality.

Easy to adopt. The chrome extension worked very smoothly. The UI was simple. It integrated well with my ATS Lever. Onboarding was smooth, and the AI recommendation was apt.

Some AI features are in the roadmap. While compliance is sorted with GDPR, some US law edge cases are still pending.

I am not wasting time on admin tasks while doing volume hiring. I get to keep human judgements while early shortlisting is taken care of by the JobTwine tool.
