What do you like best?

JivoChat LOVES us because it is the program that best adapted to what we needed in our company. We needed to improve in sales, in the fast attention of the client and the communication, and JivoChat was the modern chat, cheap and simple to use that we could find that allowed us to communicate with our clients live. We provide assistance and immediate communication.

What do you dislike?

So far we have not had any problems with this program, on the contrary everything has been excellent and in any case we can only mention that the times that we have seen slowness or failures, has been when JivoChat is updated but rest the experience on our web It has been very positive.

What do you like best?

After our company made a great search for online chat programs, JivoChat was the best option we could find. It was easy to install and use, but the best thing has been its operation, since the main thing is to communicate with our customers or visitors on our website. We can use your ticket system to attend technical solutions and keep a record and reports of them.

What do you dislike?

At the moment we do not have any complaint of this program, for us it has been up to everything it offers, it has good prices (I even have a free plan), in addition to having innovative features to be a program with little time in the market, it's worth using because of how good it is.

In the most that has benefited our company has been in communication with our customers and future customers through chat in real time. This program has allowed us to communicate with people from different countries, always staying connected, because if we do not use the desktop version or the browser version, we can also use the mobile application that allows us to be online anytime and anywhere. Besides that it has an excellent feature that allows us to leave an automatic response system for the most frequent questions, this undoubtedly helps us a lot and offers us a great advantage in response time.

What do you like best?

JivoChat has been the program that as its slogan says "Turn your website visitors into paying customers", we implemented it on our website mainly because we needed to capture sales and without a doubt it was the best decision! It was easy to install on our website. Its platform is modern and simple, with the indicated tools to provide excellent support and sales assistance with your live chat.

What do you dislike?

Despite being a relatively new program (they do not have as much time in the market as others), it does not have as much negative aspects or problems. We can only mention that when there is an update available for JivoChat, in the process of the update this may present some flaws in the chat but we believe that this is understandable, but for the rest we have nothing more to say.

Whether you want to improve the technical support of your website, improve your sales or have a more direct communication with your customers, JivoChat is the best program you can use.

What do you like best?

JivoChat is the program that has allowed us to communicate with all the people who visit our website and want a quote, hiring or support. No matter where the client (or future customer) connects with JivoChat, we can use live chat no matter which country you are connecting to. It is easy to use and install. It is modern and intuitive to look at with a very simple and direct platform.

What do you dislike?

So far everything has been perfect with this program, our company gets what it wants and is to communicate and serve our customers through JivoChat. It is a program that undoubtedly fulfills what it promises.

Mainly in what our company has benefited is in improving sales. With JivoChat we can use the option of Invitation to chat, which helps us to capture the customer's attention when you visit our website. "Modern and fun chat with JivoChat"

What do you like best?

JivoChat is the perfect program to chat online with the people and future clients that visit our web. What we liked the most was how easy it is to install it, it is customizable and it adapted very well to our website. We enter your panel from the web browser or installing a desktop application and the best is your mobile application that allows us to respond to our customers anywhere, whether in the car, in the store, in the office.

What do you dislike?

JivoChat for us has turned out to be a great program and we have not found anything negative in its implementation and use on our website.

JivoChat is the best online chat in spite of the little time you have in the market, modern, easy to use and install. We recommend you blindly to use it.

We have benefited the most from JivoChat by attending our clients in search of advice, quotes or purchases. With live chat we can give you a real-time response, in addition to that we can integrate our Facebook Messegen to JivoChat and thus have everything in one place. We started using the free chat to try it but once a month we decided to change to the payment plan since it had better features. We have been able to deploy it on our Mac and Windows computers, in addition to our mobile devices, Adroid and iSO, which allows us to always be connected and not lose any client due to lack of answers.

What do you like best?

JivoChat has been the best option for real-time chat that could find our company to communicate with visitors to our page. One of its best features that we can see, is its integration with Facebook Messenger, which allows to have the messages of that platform in JivoChat, all in one place.

We have used and evaluated other programs similar to JivoChat and for the moment we think it is an excellent and very complete program that fulfills all the necessary things to serve the clients of our website.

What do you like best?

Before knowing JivoChat we spent a good time reviewing other live chat programs, and JivoChat seemed perfect to us from the moment we saw it and even more when we deployed it on our website. From the first moment it has allowed us to communicate with our visitors in real time and regardless of the country they come from, the messages are instantaneous and their registration and ticketing system is very good.

What do you dislike?

As we mentioned before for us JivoChat has been perfect and for the moment we have not contracted any negative aspect in it.

JivoChat is the best way to talk to our future clients and existing clients in the online chat instantaneously and we can even integrate it easily with our email, calls, Telegram, Facebook Messenger and more, all in one place in an orderly manner. "The best you can do is use JivoChat on your website"

What do you like best?

JivoChat for us has been the best live chat! We have used others but we believe that this is very complete, meets all what it promises, besides being very modern and beautiful in sight. We can integrate it with our email, mobile application, Messenger and Telephony. With this chat we can offer support to our visitors and future clients no matter the country from where they visit us.

What do you dislike?

From JivoChat we can only mention that it has poor support, they do not respond in time and we believe that this should improve, since if we have a serious problem in the chat and they give us assistance quickly, this could cause us to lose sales and arrears in our support. But the program itself is very good and we have no complaints about it.

JivoChat is the best in online chat for any company, whether large or small, so we recommend using it 100%!

"The most modern, light and easy to use live chat"

What do you like best?

JivoChat has been the best live chat we have been able to implement. Previously we used another one and when we changed to JivoChat we saw the improvements. Its design is modern, beautiful and striking. You can customize it and adapt it to the appearance of your website. It is very easy to install and put it to work on your page. And obviously it fulfills the main requirement of chatting with your visitors and very possible clients in real time when visiting your website or web business.

What do you dislike?

We really do not have anything negative to say about JivoChat, it has worked very well for us, we can only mention that since it has been on the market for a short time, it does not have as many integrations with third parties, but we hope that they will be added over time.

What do you like best?

I love JivoChat because if you are not an expert in live chat this tool is very easy to use. Everything is simple, from the installation, to the implementation to the web page where you are going to use it. We can offer our clients support on our website 24 hours a day if we wish. The automated chat can be used in case some agent is available, which allows to have the reception of the visitor.

What do you dislike?

The only thing that can displease us about this tool, which is that if a visitor cancels the chat by not being served on time, the system fails and can cancel other requests, which affects us by not receiving notifications of messages from new visitors . If the support of JivoChat manages to solve this problem in your system, without a doubt it would be the best live chat of all.

"Great tool for connecting with visitor!"

What do you like best?

This connects us with our visitors the moment they visit our site. Time can divert someones interest, giving the access to connect with a real person in real time is a great tool.

No dislikes. It gets everything done that wee need.
