Not much to like it was very limited in regards to live chat, it is a good starting point if you have never used these types of applications for live chat

Not much to like it was very limited in regards to live chat, didn't seem advanced enough for what we were using it for

**What problems is JivoChat solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Jivo has not been helpful for us, which is why we decided to switch to Tidio. We require an app that supports a wider range of platforms.

I find the part about creating service channels very efficient and easy to use.

What we don't like very much is the code weighing a bit on the Core Web Vitals.

Easy app. I guess the everyone can use it for basic features, but  if you want more from the functions, there is always problem.

**What do you dislike about JivoChat?**

There is a lot of the functions, but they are not working. For example the Mandatory to listen for telephony channel is not working at all. The customer support not even reply to our account... Very bad quality of technical support.

Jivochat is multichannel so we can keep the contact customers from one channel. Basically we use it only, because we used to use it from start.

**What do you like best about JivoChat?**

My favorite thing about Jivo Chat is how easy it is to use both as an administrator and as a user. Training a new agent on using the platform is easy and doesn't take much time. Plus, I appreciate how easy it is to add new agents or remove old agents.

**What do you dislike about JivoChat?**

I wish there was a way to add an auto-message. During COVID, we weren't accepting new clients for a period of time and I was unable to state that in the chat feature easily. We didn't want to remove it from our site altogether, so it would be nice to pause it or add an auto-message. Also, we have to update our tokens with Facebook a lot. It's not hard, but it would be nice if we didn't have to do that as often. It might be a Facebook thing, so no big deal.

**What problems is JivoChat solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's great to have one channel for all our Facebook messages, Instagram messages, website chats, etc. Instead of monitoring multiple websites, it's all in one place and that's a great time saver! Especially during COVID when we're short-staffed and no one has much time to spare.

Easy console for agents to connect with customers and assist with some really good handy features like canned responses to common queries.

licenses are applicable on per agent seat which is quite expensive to enlarge reachability to mass.

**What do you like best about JivoChat?**

Easy to get started right away.  JivoChat just works right out of the box.  It integrates all my social media channels and helps us handles all the chats with customers much more easily.  The buillt-in CRM and team chat are perfect to complment with the Livechat and integrated inbox features.  What really impressed me the most that I felt in love with JivoChat was that I was having some serious issues with the FB Business Suite app on all android phones at our office while iOS ones were ok.  Anyway, I gave JivoChat a try and it just fixed my problems and more!  I had to come here to review immediately.  Oh the mobile apps work perfectly also.

**What do you dislike about JivoChat?**

UI is a bit plain and somewhat dated.  However, it is very simple to use.  So I cannot really complain.

**Recommendations to others considering JivoChat:**

This is a very mature product and more than just a livechat with all the additional features.  It is more than sufficient to all the SMEs

**What problems is JivoChat solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We work much more efficiently with the all the social media channels integrated into one platform to work with in addition to the built-in CRM and the teamchat function.  It works even better than using the FB page messenger/Biz Suite.

**What do you like best about JivoChat?**

Super impressed with this sophisticated live chat system and pleasantly surprised to see it has a call-back system. I like the call back feature the most, but it has a fantastic amount of features, the ability to connect to multiple platforms, and I am really looking forward to the ability to take payments; that is a real winner!!

As an agency, we have seen huge benefits installing live chat has had on our client's websites...it is an absolute no-brainer for increasing lead generation and sales from your website.

There are no downsides to using Jivochat.

The problems we are solving with live chat is generating leads from our website. We have also starting installing it on our clients websites and helping them generate more leads. It also integrates with Zoho so for our client leads can go straight into their CRM which is a real bonus. Another great things is ability to choose sales or support in the chat window so chats go to the right team member/s.

Customer support is not 24x7 and we have to wait for 18 to 24 hours to get the support as we work in Australia.

**What do you like best about JivoChat?**

It has integrated in one place all the functions that I need to achieve better communication with my clients since through the same platform I have access to my telegram channel and Facebook Messenger, which are the main tools that I used to communicate with my clients, it also allows me to integrate seamlessly into my website so that my clients can send me their messages from my website in a much faster and easier way, its installation and configuration is quite simple to do, not at all cumbersome compared to other online chat apps.

Really, in my opinion it is a fairly simple but powerful tool that really does what it offers without major setbacks, except perhaps that the settings are not as customizable as in other applications.

It has been very useful for me to communicate in a simpler way with my clients by allowing me to incorporate in my own website all the tools I need to achieve this goal, especially its live chat which is very useful to the time to resolve any complaint or requirement that my clients have about my products or services.

It is a software that I personally love because I can track all of the clients instantly, I can perform call routing, record calls, JivoChat has a very friendly interface. The work teams maintain communication through Jivo Chat because it is easier to organize our chats and find previous conversations more easily, it is really much easier to share documents and relevant information about our work.

I really do not find anything negative, it is a very useful tool when you have to serve your customers in different applications.

JivoChat is a tool that has made my life easier, I can contact my clients and through online chat, calls, facebook and instant telegram, I like that I can see when a client is writing, it is very easy to find the chats that I have had previously With each client, it has made my life in a brilliant way, I love the option that the phone has when a call is on hold, we can put music on hold and it makes it more relaxing for the client to wait for attention. I really love Jivo Chat.

The main reason I implemented JivoChat on my organization's website is because it has a desktop application for Windows, which is the operating system I use daily. Additionally, I also like the fact that the application can also be managed through the web. The other reasons I like JivoChat are:

* It has a feature to connect a corporate phone to receive calls directly from the application.
* It has an analytics tool to track visitors.
* It allows me to download customer data in Excel or CSV.
* I can position the chat on the website in the location I desire.
* I can create pre-chat buttons, so I can save time for customers.

I don't dislike anything at all. JivoChat is a completely free live chat service with features like calls, web traffic analysis, and applications for different platforms such as Windows, Linux, macOS.

Previously, customers could only communicate with us via email or phone calls, so we decided to implement JivoChat to offer a live chat service. The benefits have been as follows:

* JivoChat was very easy to install, it only took a few minutes to insert the application's code into our website.
* We can quickly respond to customers who have questions about our product, which has considerably increased our sales.
* JivoChat allows us to download customer data, which has given us the opportunity to create a customer database.
* With its desktop application for Windows, we can work comfortably and stay alert to its message notifications.

User interface is nice, call back functionality would be nice if it would work

**What do you dislike about JivoChat?**

Useless software 

- offers a call back functionality but the field the client can use to enter his phone number is in lots of countries to short. Client will not get an error message but connection fails.

- customer service is promising a lot but never finally solving any problem or even replying to tickets. It is a black box.

- chats should be delivered by email as important informations about the chat (like the URL the client visited or the source of the client) is not included in the chat archive. In 40% of the cases the emails are not sent by the Jivochat system.

- If one is signed in on two devices, like desktop and mobile, and you sign out the status is changing on both devices, showing you are offline. As it should be. But still clients see you online and message are delivered. Status is automatically switchin back to online.

- If you are signed in on a mobile device and one tries to accept an incoming chat, it often takes 2-3 minutes until one can answer the clients request. With this time delay a client is often gone from the chat.

**What do you like best about JivoChat?**

It is a very easy platform both to install and to handle and use, which allows me to interact in real time with customers and I can close sales much faster. It has an amazing design quite adaptable, being able to be compatible with mobile devices and It works with many operating systems, browsers and if desired through a mobile application. It allows me to enhance marketing actions, through timely calls to action and proactive messages.

Since I have used it I have no complaints about the service. It is truly excellent and with a very satisfactory voice and video quality.

**What do you like best about JivoChat?**

We like JivoChat a lot because it has made it easier for our company to improve communication with our customers. With JivoChat we can talk in real time, provide support, assistance and answer any question or inquire through the chat, as well as mobile messaging or VoIP calls. It is a program that was very easy to install on our website, we use Wordpress but we know that it can also be used in Wix. Its panel is very intuitive and it is also very easy to use.

Since we used JivoChat no major bugs or problems have been presented, so really up to now we have nothing bad to say about this program. It is very good and fulfills everything it promises. It is a 100% reliable program.

In direct communication with our visitors to the web is what we have benefited most, with JivoChat we can talk with our customers through chat, as at the same time with the ticket system, also integrating it with a phone number we can activate VoIP calls and also mobile messaging. The best thing is that this chat is not annoying for the client, it does not have to indicate name or email to write us, just open the chat, write us and go! It is also very useful your option to block annoying users, set up frequent questions to have ready answers.

Jivo try to implement and combine the best feature from over CRM managing system. If you need complexity integrity with less knowledge of coding nor support systems, Jivo Chat is the answer! Why, they integrate all platform you need with 3 steps; login to the platform and connect their engine. It superb easy! Why I am telling this, Im own startup and we need to integrate modern and new customer experience. I've been told about Jivo, with less than a hour, we successfully integrate Jivo Chat to all cross platform. Funnelling to a single app called Jivo. Now you know your visitor infos and can treat them as your friend.

Well, all similar app have pros and con. Jivo Chat staffs treat me and my company as their new friend. I am personally just do not like when ticket support been delivered you will get someone else to assist you, In marketing and customer field, we have been study that we have to assist customer as their person in charge ,so the bounding chemistry will gained, rather transfer them to others. Even other supports still give their best shot to assist me, I just hope Jivo can make new feature to bound" the chemistry" with customer as they promises.

JivoChat has been the best live chat we have been able to implement. Previously we used another one and when we changed to JivoChat we saw the improvements. Its design is modern, beautiful and striking. You can customize it and adapt it to the appearance of your website. It is very easy to install and put it to work on your page. And obviously it fulfills the main requirement of chatting with your visitors and very possible clients in real time when visiting your website or web business.

We really do not have anything negative to say about JivoChat, it has worked very well for us, we can only mention that since it has been on the market for a short time, it does not have as many integrations with third parties, but we hope that they will be added over time.

I love JivoChat because if you are not an expert in live chat this tool is very easy to use. Everything is simple, from the installation, to the implementation to the web page where you are going to use it. We can offer our clients support on our website 24 hours a day if we wish. The automated chat can be used in case some agent is available, which allows to have the reception of the visitor.

The only thing that can displease us about this tool, which is that if a visitor cancels the chat by not being served on time, the system fails and can cancel other requests, which affects us by not receiving notifications of messages from new visitors . If the support of JivoChat manages to solve this problem in your system, without a doubt it would be the best live chat of all.
