What do you like best?

JivoChat LOVES us because it is the program that best adapted to what we needed in our company. What do you dislike?

What do you like best?

We like JivoChat a lot because it has made it easier for our company to improve communication with our customers. What do you like best?

Jivo try to implement and combine the best feature from over CRM managing system. If you need complexity integrity with less knowledge of coding nor support systems, Jivo Chat is the answer! Why, they integrate all platform you need with 3 steps; login to the platform and connect their engine. It superb easy! Why I am telling this, Im own startup and we need to integrate modern and new customer experience. I've been told about Jivo, with less than a hour, we successfully integrate Jivo Chat to all cross platform. Funnelling to a single app called Jivo. Now you know your visitor infos and can treat them as your friend.

What do you dislike?

Well, all similar app have pros and con. Jivo Chat staffs treat me and my company as their new friend. I am personally just do not like when ticket support been delivered you will get someone else to assist you, In marketing and customer field, we have been study that we have to assist customer as their person in charge ,so the bounding chemistry will gained, rather transfer them to others. Even other supports still give their best shot to assist me, I just hope Jivo can make new feature to bound" the chemistry" with customer as they promises.

JivoChat has been the best live chat we have been able to implement. Previously we used another one and when we changed to JivoChat we saw the improvements. Its design is modern, beautiful and striking. You can customize it and adapt it to the appearance of your website. It is very easy to install and put it to work on your page. And obviously it fulfills the main requirement of chatting with your visitors and very possible clients in real time when visiting your website or web business.

What do you dislike?

We really do not have anything negative to say about JivoChat, it has worked very well for us, we can only mention that since it has been on the market for a short time, it does not have as many integrations with third parties, but we hope that they will be added over time.

JivoChat has offered us great benefits, has translation in 20 languages, you can use it on different platforms such as Mac, Windows, iPhone and Android. You can also integrate it with Facebook and Messenger and receive the messages in one place (the JivoChat platform), in addition to having the basic integrations such as Wordpress, PrestaShop, Joomla, Drupal and others, something that has been very useful for us. It also has an excellent feature since it has a code that shows what the client is writing before sending it, something that does not make it much easier to respond quickly.

What do you like best?

What we love most about JivoChat is that it complies with what is most important and essential, and that is to be able to communicate with our customers and the best thing is that it is REAL TIME! No matter the country, the time, we can simply communicate with them, provide support, and sales budget. Its design is modern, it is adaptable, it is very easy to install on the web and easy to use.

Since we used JivoChat we have not had any problems, the program has worked correctly and the support is always attentive to anything that comes our way.

In what more our company has benefited, is in the increase of sales, since through our chat (with JivoChat), we can specify them, and even encourage sales, since it has an "invitation to chat" what which helps us to get the attention of the potential customer or potential buyer. It also has an excellent integration with Facebook Messenger and Telegram something that allows us to respond from the same place, which saves us some time and work. And finally we can mention that it has a tool that allows us to see what the visitor writes on the web before sending it, which allows us to be prepared to give a faster response or solution.

"JivoChat the best live chat for small businesses"

What do you like best?

I love JivoChat because if you are not an expert in live chat this tool is very easy to use. Everything is simple, from the installation, to the implementation to the web page where you are going to use it. We can offer our clients support on our website 24 hours a day if we wish. The automated chat can be used in case some agent is available, which allows to have the reception of the visitor.

What do you dislike?

The only thing that can displease us about this tool, which is that if a visitor cancels the chat by not being served on time, the system fails and can cancel other requests, which affects us by not receiving notifications of messages from new visitors . If the support of JivoChat manages to solve this problem in your system, without a doubt it would be the best live chat of all.

We recommend using this program if you are a small company and want to implement a live chat on your website. If you do not have much knowledge about the installation, I assure you that this program will not present any challenge since it is very easy to install. "Great tool for connecting with visitor!"

This connects us with our visitors the moment they visit our site. Time can divert someones interest, giving the access to connect with a real person in real time is a great tool.

No dislikes. It gets everything done that wee need.
