"Effortless Data Integration, But Needs Better Error Alerts for Salesforce side failures"
What do you like best about Jitterbit?

Jitterbit lets us connect data easily between different sources of truth to where the data needs to be copied. I use it to schedule Salesforce processes, without using Scheduled Apex or Time-Based Flows. Jobs can query data and pull records that need processing based on a long term time requirement without clogging up Salesforce. I also run aggregate queries to push data aggregations back to Salesforce for easier reporting. Jitterbit has a short learning curve, and can be stood up immediately. Support is readily available and helped me get past the learning curve issues quickly so I could put Jitterbit to work. And the pricing model works for our use cases. I dozens of jobs running hourly, others daily, others less frequently. Ultimately Jitterbit gives me the tools I need to integrate external data, and manage data and processes within my Salesforce orgs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jitterbit?

A Jitterbit job will succeed, but the individual record updates in Salesforce may fail, and there is no easy way to send alerts when a data update/upsert/insert fails. We instead have to create audit reports in Salesforce to look for anomalies that should have been handled by Jitterbit, and would prefer Jitterbit update their Salesforce actions to include a declarative way to handle Salesforce side failures. "Simple tasks are easy"
What do you like best about Jitterbit?

The library of connectors is impressive. The pattern library is also helpful, though it should be more prominent in the documentation. I also appreciate the willingness of the leadership to solicit feedback and share their plans for the future. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jitterbit?

The hard part about Jitterbit is once your needs progress beyond fairly simple data pipelining tasks, the platform does not scale well. The lack of integration with source control and the inability to really get under the hood means that debugging errors can be a nightmare. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
