## Jitterbit Reviews
  ### 1. Good UI and Reliable Middleware for Local-to-Cloud Integration

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jeff L. | Internal IT, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Jitterbit?**

UI is good. We are using it as middleware between our local software to cloud

**What do you dislike about Jitterbit?**

a bit upset about support. when require help that send by email. the respond will take some time to respond

**What problems is Jitterbit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

it helps my local software data to sync with my cloud software

  ### 2. Intuitive for Salesforce, Needs More Cloud Integration

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Patrick M. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 19, 2026

**What do you like best about Jitterbit?**

I use the Jitterbit desktop app for data work and find it quite intuitive once you're familiar with the UI. When creating a new data job via the desktop app, I appreciate being presented with a number of options like query, upsert, insert, update, and delete, and the subsequent steps to configure the job are fairly easy to follow.

**What do you dislike about Jitterbit?**

I'd like to understand more about using the cloud/SaaS version of Jitterbit Harmony for managing these data jobs, as that would enable us to decommission some on premises tech which we currently rely on for running the desktop version of Jitterbit

**What problems is Jitterbit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Jitterbit for Salesforce data queries, extracts, and upserts. It solves problems by enabling easy bulk data jobs and automating e-invoicing processes.

  ### 3. Set It Up Once, Then Enjoy Rock-Solid Retail Data Stability

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** kirsten C. | Retail Technical Platform Lead, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 11, 2026

**What do you like best about Jitterbit?**

Once it’s set up, it just runs. Your CTX files, finance feeds, and stock/sales movements tend to move consistently without constant intervention. That stability is gold in a retail environment where missed data = operational pain.

**What do you dislike about Jitterbit?**

Limited visibility into failures, slow support response

**What problems is Jitterbit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

this is a data transformation from POS solution to Back office solution

  ### 4. Efficient ETL Integrations But Limited Logging

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Gabe P. | Integration Consultant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 19, 2026

**What do you like best about Jitterbit?**

I really like the Jitterbit script. It solves many challenges more efficiently than other low-code solutions. It is also very convenient that the scripting language can be used both for controllers and in transformations. It is efficient and flexible, which is great.

**What do you dislike about Jitterbit?**

Understanding processes and troubleshooting runtime issues can sometimes be difficult because logging from source and target components is missing or hard to find. Troubleshooting problems with local agent installations can be challenging.

**What problems is Jitterbit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With Jitterbit, we fill the DWH without custom software, and solve challenges more efficiently than with other low-code solutions. Jitterbit scripts are efficient, flexible, and easy to use in different contexts.

  ### 5. I have good experience with Jitterbit

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Higher Education | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 24, 2026

**What do you like best about Jitterbit?**

UX is easy to use and good knowledge base

**What do you dislike about Jitterbit?**

error message is not very helpful and cannot report the failures inside the successful completed operation

**What problems is Jitterbit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

it helps us to connect the data across the systems

  ### 6. Jitterbit Makes Salesforce-to-Telegram Case Updates Seamless

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Telecommunications | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 16, 2026

**What do you like best about Jitterbit?**

Good low-code tool for Salesforce integrations, but error troubleshooting needs improvement.

**What do you dislike about Jitterbit?**

Sometimes it’s hard to debug an issue. I wasn’t able to unpublish the custom APIs easily.

**What problems is Jitterbit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Jitterbit helps us create bulk cases in the Salesforce Case object. It also converts XML to CSV, which further helps us insert records into Salesforce.

  ### 7. Exceptional Scalability and Support That Empower Our Team

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rob S. | SAP Technical Lead, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 26, 2025

**What do you like best about Jitterbit?**

Jitterbit serves as a robust communications hub, offering impressive scalability to handle varying workloads. For instance, we deploy multiple on-premise agents across several servers, which helps distribute the load efficiently. As a result, even during periods of heavy usage, response times remain strong. Additionally, Jitterbit provides web-based agents hosted on their platform, further enhancing scalability as demand increases.

The ETL functions and logic are both powerful and highly programmable, giving us the flexibility to implement complex processes as needed. In cases where operations fail—such as due to environmental issues like remote network file share or remote host problems—Jitterbit allows us to retry those failed operations. Our ETL processes are set up to automatically attempt a failed operation up to three times, and if it still does not succeed, an alert is sent to a designated group.

One aspect that has truly stood out to everyone on our team is the exceptional dedication of Jitterbit's support staff. They have consistently gone above and beyond, even staying with us for hours to resolve issues. This level of support has given us the confidence to experiment and try new things, knowing that Jitterbit’s team will be there to assist whenever we need help.

Robust documentation is easily accessible online.

They also have thorough training at their Jitterbit University website, making learning operation and development of Jitterbit easier.

Jitterbit has become a reliable and critical piece of our infrastructure that we depend on to ease communication between systems.

**What do you dislike about Jitterbit?**

The pricing model is based mostly on how many endpoints the customer uses. So every time you add a new system the cost goes up. We've been using Jitterbit for several years and have added several systems to Jitterbit. What was once a modest investment has become much more significant. This has discouraged us from implementing Jitterbit in as many places as we could.

There was a steep learning curve in developing on Jitterbit and using their development platform, Jitterbit Studio. This can be mitigated with their online training, but it was tough going for a while.

**What problems is Jitterbit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Having a centralized communication hub has greatly simplified our environment. Rather than having to understand how each individual system interacts with the others, we now only need to ensure that each one can connect to Jitterbit. This approach has brought a standardization to intersystem communications.

  ### 8. Rock-Solid Private Agent with Seamless Integrations

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Jitterbit?**

Stability and reliability of the private agent. Updates have never been an issue, even the times when we have been lagging behind with the updates. It has just worked.
The fact that it can integrate with what ever tools

**What do you dislike about Jitterbit?**

The complexity of the UI and how the configuration is set up. It is complex but I guess it has to be when it can integrate with more or less anything

**What problems is Jitterbit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Syncing data between a sales oriented tool and an operations oriented tool. This grants the users up to date information all the time to be able to support our customers in a better an more accurate way

  ### 10. Exemplary Integration Solution: Our Positive Experience with Jitterbit

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Eric R. | COO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 26, 2023

**What do you like best about Jitterbit?**

The cloud agent is a big release as well as the Jitterbit app builder. It allows non-technical users to be impactful on development features and requests.

**What do you dislike about Jitterbit?**

Not on product but more on customer support. Stop assuming all customers will just learn from your product update emails. Launch more webinars, better UX/UI demo environments, and focus on gaining deeper relationships with current customers.

**What problems is Jitterbit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Jitterbit has been instrumental in solving critical business challenges related to integration and data communication. As a company, our main business operations revolve around interfacing with native customer platforms. The nature of our service necessitates a seamless and continuous flow of requests and responses to ensure an optimal customer experience. Prior to Jitterbit, managing these interactions across different platforms was complex and time-consuming. With Jitterbit's robust integration capabilities, we have managed to harmonize this process. The tool allows us to communicate with multiple customer platforms in real-time, ensuring that service requests and our responses are transmitted swiftly and accurately. This has not only improved our service delivery and response times but has also enhanced the overall customer experience. As a result, we have seen increased customer satisfaction and efficiency in our operations. In summary, Jitterbit has been a game-changer in helping us navigate the complexity of multi-platform interactions, making our business processes more streamlined and efficient.

  ### 11. Low-Code Simplicity with Real Integration Power

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Manufacturing | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Jitterbit?**

Strong balance between low‑code and “real” integration power

**What do you dislike about Jitterbit?**

The platform can feel complex to troubleshoot at times, especially when diagnosing integration errors across multiple processes.

Jitterbit solves the challenge of integrating multiple business systems by automating data flows, which reduces manual work, improves data consistency, and keeps our core applications reliably in sync.

  ### 12. Reliable, Low-Code Integration That Simplifies Complex Workflows

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Angitha S. | Business System Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 30, 2025

**What do you like best about Jitterbit?**

Jitterbit provides a clear, low-code interface that makes it easy to build and manage complex workflows, allowing us to integrate our applications like Momentus, HubSpot, WorkAxle, and HR's system efficiently. Its robust error handling and logging make it highly reliable for business-critical processes. We’ve never experienced any downtime with Jitterbit, which gives us great confidence in its stability. Appreciate how it simplifies automation, reducing manual work, and ensures smooth data flow across systems.

**What do you dislike about Jitterbit?**

We found it challenging to get assistance when developing internal applications, especially for more complex workflows. There isn’t much reference material available online or in Jitterbit University for advanced use cases, which can make troubleshooting or implementing custom logic a bit difficult.

**What problems is Jitterbit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

By integrating applications like Momentus, HubSpot, WorkAxle, and our HR system, it eliminates manual data entry, reduces errors, and ensures accurate, timely information across platforms

**What do you like best about Jitterbit?**

I appreciate how Jitterbit provides a stable integration layer between many of our core applications, ensuring business continuity by securely connecting our data sources. The support received during the implementation was particularly helpful, especially in working out initial integrations, which suggests a strong customer service experience. The setup process was relatively straightforward, and overall, my experience with Jitterbit has been pretty good. I also find the monitoring integration, ease of use, and continuous support to be some of the most useful features of Jitterbit. Furthermore, Jitterbit's support and account management are significant factors that would influence my decision to purchase their services again.

  ### 20. App Builder 4 is a very Mutable system.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Medical Devices | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 07, 2025

**What do you like best about Jitterbit?**

The strongest attribute of App Builder 4 is its mutability. When changes in process arise or customizations are needed, App Builder and be redesigned to accommodate. Creating simple apps can be done by the customer with little code knowledge.

**What do you dislike about Jitterbit?**

More complicated designs require a more complicated back end. It is hard to find good examples of more complicated logic. The online training is sometimes hard to follow due to the speed the training is going, sometimes lacking explanation of what is being done on the system and why, and some areas of training jump all over the place and feel disconnected. It sometimes seems the training material is being thought up on the fly.

**What problems is Jitterbit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

App Builder is used to create the Applications that handle our Work Order process, move inventory, and post to ERP. The benefit of App Builder is that it allows us to be malleable when changes in process or reporting are handed down from our parent company.

**Reviewed Date:** May 19, 2022

**What do you like best about Jitterbit?**

Whenever issues arise, Jitterbit's customer support is quick to respond and very helpful, and the training materials are thorough and easy to understand, providing excellent guidance. While the Design Studio is straightforward and easy to grasp, the Integration Studio requires a bit more time and effort to fully understand.

While the platform is user-friendly, the sheer number of features can be overwhelming at first. It took me some time to get fully comfortable with all the functionalities.

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Non-Profit Organization Management | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 08, 2025

**What do you like best about Jitterbit?**

Jitterbit is a very powerful integration platform that allows users to set up importing and exporting jobs all within a single interface. It’s particularly strong when it comes to managing large data files and handling complex workflows across multiple systems. The platform offers a wide range of connectors and tools that make it possible to streamline data movement and automate tasks, which can save a significant amount of time and reduce manual work.

**What do you dislike about Jitterbit?**

That said, Jitterbit does come with a steep learning curve. The interface isn’t always intuitive, and building or editing projects—especially complex ones—can feel like a chore. Additionally, while the desktop experience is solid, the mobile app is lacking in functionality, it is very hard to select jobs to edit without moving things around, and I often have to switch to desktop mode to use it.

**What problems is Jitterbit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Being able to import files on schedule and export large files.

**Official Response from Alyssa LaRosa:**

> It’s great to know Jitterbit’s powerful integration and handling of large data files are benefiting you. **Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Higher Education | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 05, 2025

**What do you like best about Jitterbit?**

It's very easy to set things up and understand why things go wrong when they do.

**What do you dislike about Jitterbit?**

We have many jobs running and they occasionally fail. I think Jitterbit could do more to help manage long/complex jobs so that we know when jobs fail. For now we had to manually add notifications to every single task and I think there's a way it could be made easier.

**What problems is Jitterbit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use Jitterbit to manage our ETL processes between various databases, so we can ensure we have the most up-to-date data synchronized across the databases.

We've been using Jitterbit in production for several years and have nothing but positive experience with it. On the one occasion we've needed support (log4j mitigation) the team was available and helpful.

**What do you dislike about Jitterbit?**

No downsides to report other than it's a paid service rather than free -- but you do get what you pay for.

**What problems is Jitterbit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use it in an ETL process to load daily data into SalesForce.

  ### 32. Vinyl is a powerful platform, with a few caveats

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Pharmaceuticals | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 28, 2022

**What do you like best about Jitterbit?**

Vinyl's secret sauce is its ability to connect to many different data connections and bring them into a single streamlined interface. Using one IDE for links to APIs, SFTP, Veeva, etc., has increased our speed and flexibility in delivering complex solutions.

The Vinyl model of unlimited Apps/unlimited users has also been great. It has given us the capability to deliver many great projects in Vinyl.

**What do you dislike about Jitterbit?**

Vinyl has a learning curve, but nothing is more extreme than any other platform. However, some features are not intuitive and are not always fully documented. In hotfixes and significant upgrades to the platform, there have been changes to features/controls in the IDE that weren't communicated.

**What problems is Jitterbit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use Vinyl to fill in the white space in our Enterprise environment. Vinyl can often bridge the gap between two Apps that wouldn't normally communicate or augment an app to develop additional features that aren't available. With this approach, we have successful Vinyl apps in every business area.

**Official Response from Alyssa LaRosa:**

> It's fantastic to hear that our low-code application development platform has increased your speed and flexibility, as well as our pricing structure allowing for agile and scalable development. We appreciate your feedback on documentation challenges and want to reassure you that we're continuously improving our resources. We have also improved our processes for communicating changes to Vinyl with our 3-week release cadences and detailed release notes, which you can find on Vinyl Success Central (Wiki) and our Community Forum.

Please contact your Customer Success Manager if you’d be interested in setting up a time to address specific questions you may have.

  ### 33. My Experience with Jitterbit

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Adjet K. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 15, 2023

**What do you like best about Jitterbit?**

The ease of connecting apps. It's an easy way to send data to Salesforce without using a lot of SF's old or complex syncing tools

**What do you dislike about Jitterbit?**

Well it's gotten much better, but there was a time when creating and using the operations was a headache because sometimes the mapping would break, errors would be really hard to decifer, and it took a crazy amount of time for large projects. But it's gotten faster, the mapper seems easier, and things are better.

**What problems is Jitterbit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's allowing me to connecting my SQL Server data directly to the objects I want in UA or Production Salesforce orgs, which is great.
It saves me from having to write an application, consume some API from SF and send and validate that my data has been sent to SF. All of that is handled through Jitterbit, and it makes it really easy to have control of data on both sides of the sync.
The functions available, the ability to create modules and organize projects is really helpful too

**Official Response from Alyssa LaRosa:**

> Hi Adjet - thanks for leaving Jitterbit a review. We are continually making improvements to our platform to make it a more seamless experience for our customers, and we’re happy to hear that you are benefiting from the enhancements.

  ### 34. Vinyl by Jitterbit is a great platform for Enterprise Needs

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 24, 2018

**What do you like best about Jitterbit?**

Flexible Platform
Event Management
Business Layer

**What do you dislike about Jitterbit?**

Pricing is changing and not super easy to understand

**What problems is Jitterbit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are solving issues that businesses have when working in their day to day. Dashboards, Metrics, and overall displaying data in a better way. We do this well and very quickly.

  ### 35. My experience with Jitterbit

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Adjet K. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 09, 2023

**What do you like best about Jitterbit?**

I liked Jitterbit's logging ability quite well. Its field-mapping feature is also pretty versatile when syncing two systems. It also has a great array of available applications to sync.

**What do you dislike about Jitterbit?**

I found Jitterbit to be temperamental. Its error messages can sometimes be very unclear, and backend errors would sometimes occur when working with many operations that are created and deleted and renamed, etc. There were several very frustrating times when the only I could deal with a bug I couldn't translate was to delete all the operations in a project and recreate them. And things would then work

**What problems is Jitterbit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use Jitterbit to sync data between our MS SQL database and our Salesforce orgs. Jitterbit helped us to organize the data in our SF org, and to easily promulgate relevant data from our database up until we transfer to SF fully.

  ### 36. Integration between Epicore and Shopify

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 23, 2024

**What do you like best about Jitterbit?**

Their customer service is very good, the solution engineers are very helpful. Integration is also very easy

**What do you dislike about Jitterbit?**

The documentation is not well linked to the marketplace items, so it was hard to get started.

**What problems is Jitterbit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

maintaining an integration of data between systems. Low code integrations are quicker and easy to maintain.

**Official Response from Alyssa LaRosa:**

> It's great to hear that our integration solution has made maintaining data integration between systems easier for you! Regarding your feedback on the Marketplace documentation, links to documentation and project files are available within Marketplace for each template. However, there was an issue identified with accessing these that is planned to be fixed in the next release.

  ### 37. Great company to partner with to create an end to end integration; Not ideal for programmers.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Stephen S. | DBA, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 01, 2023

**What do you like best about Jitterbit?**

Jitterbit has been integral in creating very complex integrations between our SIS and LMS systems. The system performance has been decent in moving lots of transactions.

**What do you dislike about Jitterbit?**

While a low code solution is ideal for smaller projects, creating complex integrations in Jitterbit can be very frustrating to work around the many minor issues.

**What problems is Jitterbit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Several cloud-based solutions, including Salesforce, need to transfer data to and from our SIS. Jitterbit was chosen to provide that critical link between on-premise systems and cloud-based applications. After everything has been developed, the integrations are stable and perform well. However, certain upgrades have created issues requiring extensive troubleshooting to track down what changed.

**Official Response from Alyssa LaRosa:**

> Stephen, we are sorry to hear you have experienced trouble using our platform for your more complex integration projects. Harmony is a low-code solution that is meant to benefit both beginners and more seasoned integration specialists. Please reach out to product@jitterbit.com to start a conversation on how we can better fit your needs.

  ### 38. Solid Middleware Platform for B2B and B2C Webapplications

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 02, 2023

**What do you like best about Jitterbit?**

OOB integrations are a big plus working with Jitterbit. They have made it easier to integrate multiple systems through one tool. Overall the development process is quick and clean and effective. The ease of entry is also great and a programming background is not required to be able to start using the tool.

**What do you dislike about Jitterbit?**

There could be more supporting documentation and more support for edge case issues. I would have liked more help trying to resolve issues. I feel that Jitterbit has a lot of features that are paid extra's that I would have considered a core part of the product that should have been included in the original price.

**What problems is Jitterbit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Jitterbit is solving the problem we have creating custom salesforce integrations with every website we create. Instead we can use Jitterbit to save time building these integrations

**Official Response from Alyssa LaRosa:**

> Thank you for your review! We are sorry to hear you haven’t been able to find the support resources and documentation you were looking for. Our support documentation and training materials can all be found at success.jitterbit.com. Please reach out to support@jitterbit.com and let us know how we can better support you as a customer.

  ### 39. Easy to use but difficult to understand because of limited reference

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Edgardo II C. | IT DEVELOPER, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 20, 2022

**What do you like best about Jitterbit?**

The best part about jitterbit is easy to use and friendly user but the reference is limited

**What do you dislike about Jitterbit?**

What I do not like about jitterbit is the management console and too limited about the reference

**Recommendations to others considering Jitterbit:**

Be ready for self-study because of limited resources

**What problems is Jitterbit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The benefits of jitterbit is easy to transfer the data to another data

**Official Response from Alyssa LaRosa:**

> Thank you for your review, Edgardo. Jitterbit Success Central is where we keep all training and documentation for our customers to reference. If you think something is missing, please start a conversation with us at support@jitterbit.com or contact your CSM.

  ### 40. great customer experience, good to get efficient info

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** souky m. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 07, 2023

**What do you like best about Jitterbit?**

It enables us to avoid Sage customization by creating processes outside of Sage

**What do you dislike about Jitterbit?**

It does not automatically update the information from Sage, it needs 24 hours to update.

**What problems is Jitterbit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Enables us to create processes for accounting and logistics outside of Sage which makes some customer billing possible, otherwise it would have been almost impossible to handle.

  ### 41. Jitterbit review

**Recommendations to others considering Jitterbit:**

lower the cost

**What problems is Jitterbit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Integration to a lot of services/ database and auto sending of reports via email

**Official Response from Alyssa LaRosa:**

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Renewables & Environment | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

The platform allows for automation that has assisted our business. It has a number of uses that allow it be the source for multiple reports and data sets, creating a more accessible tool with many functions.

**What do you dislike about Jitterbit?**

It has some limitations to customizability, such as charts and email functionality.

**What problems is Jitterbit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It lets our business to track live economics based on API connected data, allowing us to make decisions and understand how the business is operating in a given period. It also stores thousands of datapoints for easy access.

Integrate data to Salesforce

**Official Response from Alyssa LaRosa:**

> Thank you for taking the time to leave a review for Jitterbit! We would like to know more about your experience with Desktop Studio - please email product@jitterbit.com to start a conversation.

  ### 44. Jitterbit

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 02, 2023

**What do you like best about Jitterbit?**

The amount of customization that you're given is leagues ahead of what most Data Transformation Tools give you. As well as a lot of big player integrations and the ability to copy items from different projects.

**What do you dislike about Jitterbit?**

To access more advanced workflows and items you tend to need to learn some of Jitterbit syntax sugar, which increases the learning curve. Also having to create you're own logs for proper readability is a little tedious.

**What problems is Jitterbit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Monitoring and syncing data between multiple in-house services. We mainly use it to copy data between servers so different applications have access to the information.

  ### 45. Vinyl Superuser

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Manufacturing | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 08, 2023

**What do you like best about Jitterbit?**

Knowledge of SQL quickly translates to the ability to develop applications.

**What do you dislike about Jitterbit?**

Low-code/No-code doesn't mean NO code. Still need a developer.

**What problems is Jitterbit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Report data from multiple external systems in one place.

  ### 46. Good to use and improve in Customer Support

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Venkateshwarlu D. | Engineer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 13, 2022

**What do you like best about Jitterbit?**

Code Design using flowcharts
Implementation and Execution
Run-on desktop & browser

**What do you dislike about Jitterbit?**

heard from management team, poor in customer support

**What problems is Jitterbit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This tool helps to develop the integrations and verify them quickly and efficiently.
especially oracle based integration

  ### 47. Great, Flexible Platform

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 07, 2023

**What do you like best about Jitterbit?**

Flexibility in creating attractive and intiuative dashboards, custom reports, and corporate applications.

**What do you dislike about Jitterbit?**

Somewhat difficult to create new features, despite no-code / low-code intent. Support development is frequently required for siginficant improvements / new features.

**What problems is Jitterbit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Custom applications, KPI platform, data warehouse. Vinyl has become the internal "source-of-truth" at our company and has become a trusted resource for teammembers in all departments.

  ### 48. Great Partner to Integrate New Channels into Existing Systems

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ryan S. | COO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 12, 2022

**What do you like best about Jitterbit?**

Jitterbit has been extremely helpful in integrating new dropshipping automation into our existing tools. We drop ship for several customers through CommerceHub and they were able to help us quickly and easily integrate within our Shopify store helping fulfillment, reporting, and inventory management without having to create a whole new tool or dedicating additional resources to this initiative.

**What do you dislike about Jitterbit?**

It seems their support team could do better at responsiveness and linking with the implementation team. The implementation team is awesome, but I've found the support teams don't always have the same capabilities or familiarity with our accounts as the implementation team.

**Recommendations to others considering Jitterbit:**

Make sure you spend time with the implementation team clearly defining what process you are trying to create a solution for.

**What problems is Jitterbit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Jitterbit solutions has helped us integrate dropshipping with CommerceHub into our Shopify store for several large retailers. Rather than having a whole new platform, or having to dedicate a resource into specfically managing drop shipping our same team that manages Shopify fulfillment can handle all of our dropship orders as well!

  ### 49. Good product

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Luciano D. | Marketing Consultant (Freelancer), Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 06, 2023

**What do you like best about Jitterbit?**

The middleware works OK when running. Min scheduled time of 15min which is OK but could be better. It does the job when working

**What do you dislike about Jitterbit?**

I wish they would offer better support to clients outside USA and CA timezones

**What problems is Jitterbit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Magento/Sage integration

  ### 50. Overall good experience over the years with various apps.

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kirk A. | Director, Business Process Solutions, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 07, 2022

**What do you like best about Jitterbit?**

Front-end intuitive UI for users. Ease of app.

**What do you dislike about Jitterbit?**

Lack of organization with new app projects. Zudy needs to invest in an online-collaboration tool for tracking items (i.e. basecamp, smartsheet etc). Items tracked manually today (i.e.notepaid) which ultimately leads to unnecessary delays and frustrations.

Constant bugs in platform. Seems like a lot of development was done on the fly and not adequately reviewed. Leading to an embarrassing roll out with the end users.

**What problems is Jitterbit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Streamlining our annual sales budget forecast. Very manual process today.
