"Good integration solution"
What do you like best about Jitterbit?

The native integrations with Salesforce, the Workday connector and the company’s customer support. It allows for a quick uptake for functional users but still allows for all of the functionality a developer needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jitterbit?

Sometimes deploying a parent operation deploys the changes in a linked or child operation and sometimes it doesn't. Can sometimes trip you up if you assume something is deployed but it isn't. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Data Integration, But Needs Better Error Alerts for Salesforce side failures"
What do you like best about Jitterbit?

Jitterbit lets us connect data easily between different sources of truth to where the data needs to be copied. I use it to schedule Salesforce processes, without using Scheduled Apex or Time-Based Flows. Jobs can query data and pull records that need processing based on a long term time requirement without clogging up Salesforce. I also run aggregate queries to push data aggregations back to Salesforce for easier reporting. Jitterbit has a short learning curve, and can be stood up immediately. Support is readily available and helped me get past the learning curve issues quickly so I could put Jitterbit to work. And the pricing model works for our use cases. I dozens of jobs running hourly, others daily, others less frequently. Ultimately Jitterbit gives me the tools I need to integrate external data, and manage data and processes within my Salesforce orgs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jitterbit?

A Jitterbit job will succeed, but the individual record updates in Salesforce may fail, and there is no easy way to send alerts when a data update/upsert/insert fails. We instead have to create audit reports in Salesforce to look for anomalies that should have been handled by Jitterbit, and would prefer Jitterbit update their Salesforce actions to include a declarative way to handle Salesforce side failures. "User-Friendly Jitterbit UI Makes Complex Integrations Easy"
What do you like best about Jitterbit?

The Jitterbit UI is very user friendly while still allowing for configuring complex integrations which is often a difficult balance. The systems that I need to connect to each other are often complex and require various transformations and workflows that without Jitterbit would take me a significant amount of time to build.

When I reach out to the support team for anything I am struggling with, the response is done in a timely manner and always points me in the right direction. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jitterbit?

There really aren't any mentionable negatives. Most of the issues I have encountered is with the system I am trying to connect to rather than Jitterbit. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Simple and Satisfying Experience"
What do you like best about Jitterbit?

Ease of building and managing integrations through the eicloud interface — the UI is intuitive enough for experienced IT teams to work efficiently.

Robust EDI capabilities and connectors, which simplified onboarding of trading partners and reduced the need for heavy custom development.

Responsive support team that has provided helpful guidance during migrations and complex mapping scenarios. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jitterbit?

The trading partner customer and item translation features could be enhanced for greater flexibility.

Additionally, expanding the available processes within the documents window would improve usability and streamline operations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Exemplary Integration Solution: Our Positive Experience with Jitterbit"
What do you like best about Jitterbit?

The cloud agent is a big release as well as the Jitterbit app builder. It allows non-technical users to be impactful on development features and requests. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jitterbit?

Not on product but more on customer support. Stop assuming all customers will just learn from your product update emails. Launch more webinars, better UX/UI demo environments, and focus on gaining deeper relationships with current customers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Reliable, Low-Code Integration That Simplifies Complex Workflows"
What do you like best about Jitterbit?

Jitterbit provides a clear, low-code interface that makes it easy to build and manage complex workflows, allowing us to integrate our applications like Momentus, HubSpot, WorkAxle, and HR's system efficiently. Its robust error handling and logging make it highly reliable for business-critical processes. We’ve never experienced any downtime with Jitterbit, which gives us great confidence in its stability. Appreciate how it simplifies automation, reducing manual work, and ensures smooth data flow across systems. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jitterbit?

We found it challenging to get assistance when developing internal applications, especially for more complex workflows. There isn’t much reference material available online or in Jitterbit University for advanced use cases, which can make troubleshooting or implementing custom logic a bit difficult. "Reliable Integration with Strong Support, But UI Needs Improvement"
What do you like best about Jitterbit?

I appreciate how Jitterbit provides a stable integration layer between many of our core applications, ensuring business continuity by securely connecting our data sources. The support received during the implementation was particularly helpful, especially in working out initial integrations, which suggests a strong customer service experience. The setup process was relatively straightforward, and overall, my experience with Jitterbit has been pretty good. I also find the monitoring integration, ease of use, and continuous support to be some of the most useful features of Jitterbit. Furthermore, Jitterbit's support and account management are significant factors that would influence my decision to purchase their services again. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jitterbit?

I find the complexity of navigating the UI and the ease of upgrades to be challenging. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
