Its GUI is not user friendly and support is very bad. I have requested support when i faced issues with linux patching and they just provided me documents for reference. Did not get in a call to fix the issue. Later i did my own research to fix the issue **What problems is Ivanti Security Controls solving and how is that benefiting you?** Patching OS and some 3rd party applications ### 2.
