Easy of integration and the great features.

I love that Patch My PC scans all the software in use in my organization and shows me which apps are available in its app catalog, making it easy to identify which ones to deploy. The reports I receive are great because they tell me when updates were deployed and include the release notes. It's been a huge timesaver since I no longer have to manually check apps like Google Chrome and Firefox for updates to package and deploy with Intune. The Discovery feature showing which apps are in use and on how many devices is also something I love. Plus, I found the initial setup extremely easy and was impressed with how quickly I could get set up and deploy my first app.

I like the simple, user-friendly interface - it makes deploying applications and assignments very straight forward with no requirement of coding, reg keys, group policies or anything complex that would be needed to do the same work without Patch My PC. I also really rate their customer support - both times I've needed help they have scheduled engineers on to a call with me and they were more than happy to help. They didn't just answer my questions but went above and beyond to review my current settings and make suggestions to my enviroment to improve how I use their tool.
