Atera is a simple Remote Monitoring & Management software designed for MSPs(Managed Service Providers) & IT professionals. We combine RMM & PSA(Professional Services Automation)  in a single all-encompassing platform.

On the RMM side, we offer Remote Access, remote connections, remote CMD, Powershell, Registry Editing, software and patch management, file editing and many more, and on the PSA side, we have Ticketing, Billing, Customer Portals, Plenty of reports, etc.
