I am frustrated with the managed payroll in isolved. We have had multiple off-cycle payroll runs due to errors and overpayments to staff, which disrupts operations and can lead to financial inaccuracies. I liked that when I approved pay changes or job changes, the update showed on the screen right away. I rely on isolved for onboarding and payroll as a manager. It provides a centralized area for keeping employee records and makes payroll smoother. The functionality is pretty easy once you learn how to use the system. It walks you through the sourcing process from requisition to approvals to job posting to background check/drug screen. I also like being able to create screening questions, which serve as an initial interview within the system.

I've also been super appreciative of the great customer support whenever I have a question or issue. We use it as a stand-alone tool (not integrated with our HCM), which works fine for now; but we're moving to a new HCM with and ATS, so we'll discontinue using isolved once we're up and running with that. I really wish it had interview management functionality. It feels incomplete as an ATS without a way to create interview questions and score them. This is a major missing piece.
