**What do you like best about Inxeption?**

I appreciate how Inxeption allows for secure bulk orders by letting distributors log in to see their specific contract pricing. It effectively solves the problem of 'shipping sticker shock' by providing an instant, guaranteed shipping price at checkout. One of the standout features for me is how Inxeption addresses the liquidity gap through a model tailored to industrial supply chains, which traditional banks often overlook. They offer programmatic financing by using real-time sales and shipping data within their platform to lend capital for raw materials based on actual demand. Additionally, setting up Inxeption was straightforward; once the profile is approved, scheduling a pickup is very easy. I find the interface for printing labels and booking LTL freight unique but intuitive.

Many users report that they signed up for "amazing" flat-rate pallet pricing, only to have those rates double or triple after a few months.

**What do you like best about Inxeption?**

I use Inxeption to manage B2B e-commerce operations and streamline supply chain workflows, including order management, supplier coordination, and logistics tracking. I like that Inxeption provides good visibility into orders and shipments while supporting scalable B2B transactions. It has helped us simplify complex workflows and improve collaboration between buyers and suppliers. The platform helps centralize different business processes in one place, which improves efficiency and reduces manual work. Inxeption simplifies complex B2B e-commerce and supply chain processes through a single, integrated platform. It brings together order management, supplier coordination, logistics tracking, and data insights in one place, making workflows more organized and efficient. The interface can feel a bit complex for first-time users, and it may take some time to fully understand all features. **What do you like best about Inxeption?**

Initially, we loved that Inxeption offered flat rate (per pallet) pricing for LTL shipments.  That was the entire reason that we agreed to change shipping companies and use Inxeption solely for our shipping needs.

**What do you dislike about Inxeption?**

EVERYTHING!

This company uses nothing more than a classic bait and switch tactic.  Advertise excellent rates and then 3 months later triple those rates.  Everything was going fine until one day, I attempted to schedule an LTL shipment, and my shipping account was deactivated.  I contacted customer service and was told I never signed my new rate agreement.  I never received a new rate agreement.  I was never even told that my shipping rates were going to be adjusted.  They then emailed the new agreement and told me I had 24 hours to agree to the new rates.  Never at any point in time was it mentioned that rates would be reviewed every 90 days, but that's what they were telling me.  It is vaguely mentioned in the terms and conditions that "changes could be made from time to time."  The agreement that I signed also makes no mention of quarterly reviews.  Not to mention that on my agreements, there is no date listed for the service agreement expiration date. 

They called and emailed me multiple times a day to sell me on their company's services.  I was VERY upfront about what I was looking for, the issues we were having with our freight broker at that time, the concerns that I had in moving forward with Inxeption, and the rates that I was willing to pay.  They waited until I had already verbally committed before informing me of the monthly subscription fee.  Honestly, I have believed since day one that that fee is a complete rip-off for customers that are only utilizing Inxeption for shipping purposes.  I do not, have not, and will not be using any of Inxeption's e-commerce services. So I'm essentially paying a $50.00 subscription to use their horrible app (that they make you use) and to get their "discounted" shipping rates that are no longer discounted.  

Now 3 times in the last month, I have not been able to schedule shipments for multiple days.  They have required me to sign a new shipping agreement to continue to schedule shipments.  They have taken away flat rate pallet shipping rates.  I now have to use an entirely different shipping portal for LTL shipments that essentially just looks up rates from various carriers.  Over half of the shipments I have processed in the last 2 months have gone through Echo Global.  Echo Global is a freight broker.  So I am paying Inxeption to broker my loads to ANOTHER BROKER, who then brokers them to the actual freight companies.  

Invoices are supposed to come weekly and be deducted from our bank weekly.  But they come randomly and are deducted randomly.  I have been double-billed for shipments.  I received an invoice for $12,000 when it was supposed to be $986. They withdrew $1000 from our bank account instead of $50, and then it took 10+ days to get a refund.  I was invoiced $1,218.55 for a shipment I was quoted $228.24 for.  It took over a week to get this corrected.  The very next week I was invoiced $1094 for a shipment I was quoted $190 for.  It has been almost 4 weeks and I still have not received a refund or credit for this invoice.  Even though they have admitted the error was on their end and I was billed an incorrect amount.

I can't get a single person to reply to emails anymore.  Customer service is pathetic and getting answers from anyone is next to impossible.  Every single time I have an issue there is zero sense of urgency from Inxeption in regards to getting it corrected.  Sometimes I get no resolution at all.  And if I don’t continue to email on a daily basis there is no communication from Inxeption.  

For clarification:
I can assure you that I know how to fill out a BOL and have been working in some form of logistics for 15+ years.  Correct freight classes, correct NMFC provided specifically for our products directly from NMFTA, correct measurements, correct weights, correct consignee addresses and contact info, all applicable accessorials were selected.  These ongoing billing issues are NOT because I made an error when scheduling shipments.  Inxeption has admitted to these overcharges being their mistake.  But they continue to overbill, and I am still waiting on a refund or credit for the last incorrect invoice.  Almost 3 weeks now, and no responses to my repeated emails in regards to the refund.

**What do you like best about Inxeption?**

Worked great for a while, easy inexpensive fab service....  then they doubled my rate, wont keep their phone meeting times and nickel and dime for for everything.

**What do you dislike about Inxeption?**

It was doubling of my rates, adding tons of little fees that wipe out my profit, not keeping meeting times to discuss. Their sales retention person StephenKovarik (a really nice dude by the way, not his fault of the company policies), actually told me to switch to another service and talk to them in a month as he was too busy to talk with me and my concerns for my shipping. I ship 3K a week, and apparently that's too small for them. As a small business that survived covid, every penny counts and this is a huge red flag. Its too bad as I LOVED them for the last year. Maybe new management or it sold.

Nothing. They wont keep our phone meetings and basically told me to go to another vendor.

The rates we got from them were amazing and perfect for our business plan.

**What do you dislike about Inxeption?**

We agreed on a price for shipping to Texas and surrounding states.  Then a month or so later we agreed on a price forall other nationwide locations. Almost immediately we got charged nationwide rates for Texas and surrounding states. I got on chat and Dennis (I think) said he would get it taken care of and email me. Well after waiting a weekl, that never happened. So I email our sales rep Estefania and asked her to help us and correct it. And I havent heard anything back from her and its been 5 days. Lord knows who corrects Accounting errors but apparently no one because no one can get it corrected and have us credited for the overcharges. Just make sure your billing is correct and sad to say but good luck trying to get it corrected. Aside from this issue, they have been utterly outstanding!! If they get someone to fix accounting, this company will change business all around the world.We really are glad we found them.

We are now able to offer clients set prices with regard to shipping cost. We know what we will be charged. It makes a world of difference. Seriously. To know your total shipping cost for a pallet to any city in Amercia is a game changer.

We signed up with Inxeption about a year ago and we have already saved thousands on freight shipping fees! Being able to ship freight to any business or residence nation-wide at a flat rate has been an absolute game changer. Any issues that arose (and there always will be when dealing with LTL carriers) were quickly resolved by their fantastic support team. Would definitely recommend Inxeption to anyone interested!

The online platform for scheduling pick ups/deliveries takes a little getting used to as it is quite unique when compared to others, but they will walk you through it and it is still very easy to get the hang of.

Inxeption has helped us avoid the pricey accessorial charges when shipping freight whereas other logistics companies will not.

**What do you like best about Inxeption?**

We were in search of a flat rate shipping option, and Inxeption was the perfect answer. We ship very large customized products through an eCommerce site, so a flat rate is a must.  Once entered into the platform, our clients get auto emails to track their order, and we no longer have to send shipping emails ourselves.

**What do you dislike about Inxeption?**

Our rates went up quite a bit in the first few months working with Inxeption but now seem to be staying consistent.

Its super easy to set up a shipment and to get tracking info for our customers. 
0 hassle getting things set up.

So far, everything has been fantastic and very easy to use and manage. Our customers have reported no carrier issues either.

**What do you dislike about Inxeption?**

The only problem we had wasn't even an issue that we or the service caused. The driver decided not to go to the office to get in contact with the warehouse manager. We are waiting to hear back about an adjustment in weight for one shipment, but it's been like one day, and support tickets can undoubtedly line up.

**Recommendations to others considering Inxeption:**

If you are getting into freight shipping or need an easy new alternative, it's really simple, the prices are great, and It works.

We are switching to a hybrid retail and whole sale model and the simple to learn tools have been exceptionally easy to use and figureout for our needs.

Inxception has brought down our shipping costs, made it easy to ship directly from their platform, and also helped us grow by being able to ship pallets of our product with ease and cost efficiency.

We're big fans of using Inxeption for unpredictable LTL Freight shipping.

The User Interface could use some improvement and simplification. Several parts of what we do seem like they could be made simpler and faster. That being said, we don't use much of the platform to its full potential.

The website looks clean and easy for customers to navigate.  The integration with the live chat is need.  Easy for us to look up order and customer information.

**What do you dislike about Inxeption?**

The accounting sides of things are terrible.   We will most likely be looking to leave soon if the invoicing side of things does not improve.

**What problems is Inxeption solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Honestly we have not solved anything with Inxeption but hope to be able to moving forward.  Our company was in a weird transition period when we started using and Covid hasn't helped us get done what we hoped to in 2020.  No ones fault there.
