The platform has been great. **Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Verified User in Sporting Goods | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Reviewed Date:** November 19, 2020 **What do you like best about Inxeption?** The website looks clean and easy for customers to navigate. The integration with the live chat is need. Easy for us to look up order and customer information. **What do you dislike about Inxeption?** The accounting sides of things are terrible. We will most likely be looking to leave soon if the invoicing side of things does not improve. **What problems is Inxeption solving and how is that benefiting you?** Honestly we have not solved anything with Inxeption but hope to be able to moving forward. Our company was in a weird transition period when we started using and Covid hasn't helped us get done what we hoped to in 2020.
