I can see that we will use it more and more to integrate our processes in the future. Intelligent Shipper always seems up-to-date with the latest changes in legislation. **What do you dislike about Intersoft Intelligent Shipper?** Sometimes as an IT person, it does seem a little overwhelming on all the various functionality available. This may make users within our company wary of going too far into the product. **What problems is Intersoft Intelligent Shipper solving and how is that benefiting you?** Makes the labeling of parcels extremely easy for our retail shops. Manifesting is easy too! The whole process saves time and effort with custom labels and address labels, which were often problmatic before. ### 2. It allows multiple users to quickly bulk upload shipping files for label generation. We process several hundred Royal Mail and ParcelForce labels per day via CSV files, and so far we have had no issues or downtime. Parcel tracking is easy to use, and we utilise the tracking export feature to update website orders, eBay and Amazon at the end of each day. Access rights are assignable for each user, so only relevant parts of the system can be used accordingly. The onboarding process was also a breeze, with full integration support for our specific requirements. Intelligent Shipper has streamlined our entire process, and we would highly recommend the software and company. **What do you dislike about Intersoft Intelligent Shipper?** We have not encountered any issues with the system so far. **What problems is Intersoft Intelligent Shipper solving and how is that benefiting you?** We use their integrated label templates, so the warehouse team receives a neat packing slip and shipping label combined. This has saved us many hours compared to pairing up the standard 6" x 4" thermal labels with paperwork. It has also vastly reduced packing and label errors. ### 3.
