While we initially considered independent integrations, we encountered various complications and time constraints. That’s when we discovered Integry, which simplified the integration process across different CRMs. Although we initially felt a bit overwhelmed, the prompt support provided by the Integry team, even during off-hours, made it easy for us to implement the solution quickly and efficiently. This support allowed us to expedite our timeline and successfully launch our product. **What do you dislike about Integry?** While the advantages outweigh the disadvantages, the ability to sync multiple workflows can be a game changer. For instance, if I have a development flow and make changes that are ready to be pushed to production, I currently need to manually replicate those changes in the production environment. **What problems is Integry solving and how is that benefiting you?** Integry is solving the challenge of integrating multiple CRMs for our customers to import contacts to be processed by our solution. It simplifies the complexities associated with independent integrations, allowing us to implement solutions quickly. Our customers no longer have to enter data into two places, but can focus on keeping data up to date within their CRM and the integrations will bring the data over into our system automatically. Integry's support is great. They are always available to answer questions and provide timely support. **What do you dislike about Integry?** Nothing to mention regarding dislikes or downsides. **What problems is Integry solving and how is that benefiting you?** Integry allows our customers to easily connect their account in our platform to their CRM. This allows contacts and projects to be entered and updated in the external CRM system and when certain triggers are executed, that data will flow into our platform automatically. This requires no extra effort for our customers, saving them time and resources. ### 3.
