The software has got amazing features which have really softened our customer services,for instance we can receive and record calls for our customers ,the software can monitor a number of accounts from several soft wares for example facebook,twitter, emails,etc. and convert them into support tickets. It provides good customer support network.I like this soft ware because i can find answers quickly and on time.It also eases our employees work when it come quick response to all customer questions. The software has no free version which makes it costly since you have to pay for it monthly. When you are a newbie it is abit hard to navigate.responding to customer questions is abit difficult because at times the questions are too many to handle.
