  ### 1. Proactive, Transparent Team That Adapts Fast and Delivers Solid Meetings

**Describe the project or task Alleyoop helped with:**

Service task overview

**What do you like best about Alleyoop?**

The people. Our rep and campaign lead were responsive, proactive, and genuinely invested in making it work. We rewrote the call script several times, changed booking mechanics, and switched the target persona mid-engagement, and every change was live the same week. When they had a coverage gap they told us before we asked. That kind of transparency is rare with outsourced teams.

**What do you dislike about Alleyoop?**

Very little. Cold email was slower to produce than the phone for our buyer, and like any outbound program there's a ramp while messaging and targeting get dialed in. Once they did, the meetings were solid.

**Recommendations to others considering Alleyoop:**

Come in with a defined ICP, treat them as a partner, and expect to iterate together. They're at their best when you give them fast feedback.

**What problems is Alleyoop solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed cold outbound running into manufacturing and long-term care before our in-house AEs were hired. Alleyoop gave us a dedicated rep, a campaign lead, and weekly check-ins, and we had meetings on the calendar within days of go-live. It bought us real pipeline while we built the internal team.

  ### 2. Consistent Leads with Stellar SDR Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**What do you like best about Alleyoop?**

I like how Alleyoop handles everything that comes with managing and hiring an SDR for our team. It's really helpful to see appointments land on the calendar each day without us having to be involved too much. Our weekly meetings are helpful deep dives to understand what's going on, and our Campaign Director, Jose, is always on top of it. They know cold calling through and through, and their scripting has been on point from the beginning. I like having a rockstar SDR that consistently lands leads for us each week, providing a steady flow of appointments on my calendar. They also seem to have a really good process for creating content for LinkedIn, which we might leverage in the future. I'm also considering getting additional SDRs through them eventually.

**What do you dislike about Alleyoop?**

At the very beginning there were some issues with the SDR we started out with, but Jose our Campaign Director very quickly made adjustments to make sure we were happy. This is to be expected when starting a new partnership with a lead generation company though! It takes time to get things running smoothly regardless of who you partner with.

**What problems is Alleyoop solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Alleyoop handles managing and hiring SDRs, landing appointments on my calendar, which reduces my involvement. I like the steady flow of leads each week.

  ### 3. Flexible, Proactive Problem-Solving You Can Rely On

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sean O. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Validated Reviewer:** Validated through a business email account added to their profile

**Source: Organic:** Organic review. This review was written entirely without invitation or incentive from G2, a seller, or an affiliate.

**Reviewed Date:** August 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Alleyoop?**

Their flexibility and proactiveness to solve problems.

**What do you dislike about Alleyoop?**

That my leadership does not have the budget to bring on more SDRs.

**Recommendations to others considering Alleyoop:**

Continue to hire and keep good people and more business will follow.

**What problems is Alleyoop solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Alleyoop helps us drive sales by upselling current accounts.
