**What do you like best about Insider One?**

I really like how Insider One facilitates data-driven customer engagement, allowing us to scale without any problems and efficiently scale our teams. The system supports customer engagement using real behavioral and transaction signals, not just demographics, to decide who gets what message, on which channel, and when. This CPD upgrade from our mobile app, CRM, and transaction system creates a unified customer profile that helps us build dynamic segments based on actual behaviors. I appreciate the automated journey setup, which grounds every campaign in real customer context rather than assumptions. Plus, Support for native channels like Vietnam's widely used app, Yellow, ensures messages are delivered through the channels customers check most frequently. It's been particularly effective for time-sensitive communications like card activation reminders, resulting in higher open and response rates across channels.

**What do you dislike about Insider One?**

With so many products, channels, and configured relations, the platform requires a meaningful learning investment before your team is operating at full capacity. The initial setup, although manageable with the onboarding team's help, involved a significant learning curve around the platform's full range of capabilities, not the technical setup itself.

**What do you like best about Insider One?**

Insider One is that I can manage all channels like mobile app, web, SMS, and email from a single platform. It makes everything much easier and more organized. I can create different customer segments and use them across all channels without extra effort. Also, the orchestration feature helps us plan and automate our customer journeys smoothly. Overall, it saves time and helps us reach the right customer with the right message. Integrataion was easy and fast, the onboarding team was very helpful and very capable.

**What do you dislike about Insider One?**

There is not much I dislike about Insider One. Overall it is a very useful and strong platform for our needs.
If I had to mention something, sometimes the platform feels very advanced and it takes time to explore and fully use all the features. We are not a classic e-commerce partner so our goals are very different, and learning how to track these goal in Insider takes a little bit time. But the Customer Success team is very helpful in these kind of things.

**What problems is Insider One solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Insider One solves the problem of managing all our marketing channels separately by bringing everything into one platform. We can handle mobile app, web, SMS, and email campaigns in a single place, which makes our work much more efficient and organized.

It also helps us understand our customers better through segmentation and data insights, so we can send more relevant and personalized messages. This improves our engagement and conversion rates.

Overall, it saves us time, reduces operational effort, and helps us grow our business with more effective and data-driven marketing.

**What do you like best about Insider One?**

The platform's segmentation capabilities allow us to distinguish between student users, teachers, and institutional partners — and communicate with each group in a way that's relevant to their context. Given that our focus spans AI-powered education, personalization, and gamification being able to personalize our own outreach in a similarly intelligent way feels like a natural extension of our brand values. Behavioral triggers for re-engagement, onboarding flows for new users, and automated campaign journeys have reduced the manual burden on our small marketing team considerably.

**What do you dislike about Insider One?**

As a growing SMB, some of the platform's more advanced features require a level of technical resource we don't always have readily available in-house. More guided setup flows and SMB-friendly templates would lower the barrier to entry. Pricing transparency for smaller-scale operations could also be clearer during the evaluation stage.

**What problems is Insider One solving and how is that benefiting you?**

**What do you like best about Insider One?**

First of all, greay support during the onboarding process and evem after, with quick and almost instant assistance from the suppor team.

We've managed to integrate multiple messaging platforms and/or analytics into InsiderOne. Not only that, but integration tools that used to bridge some gaps between those platforms. Now we've got everything in a single place.

It's easy to use and it's constantly evolving. It's already a robust solution, but you actually feel like it's getting even better month after month. You extract value from it from day one. When looking at competitors, the price is attractive, specially when you consider the features you get and what each plan/tier offers.

Certainly the best platform I've used to orchestrate complex journeys through multiple channels with great analytics to measure the impact of each action.

**What do you dislike about Insider One?**

Since it's a constabtly evolving platform, the docs sometimes get behind the wagon. But that's easily managed by their quick support.

**What problems is Insider One solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We used to orchestrate journey for a wide range of channels with multiple platforms that needed paid services to integrate them or hours of work to manage.

With InsiderOne, I feel like we saved ourselves a lot of hours of work and our budget. For growth and marketing leaders, it's one of the best platforms to fire your messaging campaigns and measure everything (from impressions to revenue) in a glance.

One thing to mention is how easy and robust it is to run dynamic complex messages (for events, flights and whatever, for example).

What stands out most about Insider One is how effortlessly it enables us to run A/B tests across our website and measure the impact of each scenario in real time. The platform’s ability to integrate with email, SMS, and WhatsApp has completely elevated the way we communicate with customers, helping us deliver timely, relevant messages. The Journey connectors are intuitive, allowing us to automate campaigns and respond to user behavior without manual effort. On top of that, Insider One’s unified data view offers deep insights that help us personalize user experiences effectively. The support team has also been excellent; proactive in guiding us through optimization and ensuring our campaigns consistently perform well.

**What do you dislike about Insider One?**

We noticed some delay in the activation of certain scenarios, but once configured, performance and results have been consistent and impressive.

**What problems is Insider One solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Insider One helps us tackle major digital optimization challenges. We now A/B test various onsite scenarios to enhance user experience and identify the most effective design elements. The platform also supports our retention strategy by enabling cart and browse abandonment campaigns across multiple messaging channels. With website, email, SMS, and WhatsApp tools working in sync, we can deliver cohesive, personalized messaging that drives conversions and engagement.

**What do you like best about Insider One?**

At Akbank, we handle an enormous volume of mobile app users and maintaining meaningful, timely communication with each one is a real challenge. Insider has been the solution we were looking for. The push notification capabilities are best-in-class  we can segment our audience with impressive precision, trigger behavior-based messages in real time, and personalize content at a level that was simply not possible with our previous tools.
The in-app messaging feature has also been a game changer. We use it to guide users through new product offerings, promote campaigns, and re-engage dormant users  all without requiring an app update or dev team involvement. The visual campaign builder is intuitive and empowers our marketing team to move fast.

**What do you dislike about Insider One?**

The platform has a learning curve, particularly around the more advanced segmentation and automation features. New team members need some ramp-up time before they can fully utilize everything Insider offers. A more structured in-platform onboarding guide would help. Also, certain reporting exports could be more customizable for our internal BI requirements — a minor but recurring inconvenience.

**What problems is Insider One solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We've significantly improved our push notification open rates and reduced app churn through timely, relevant in-app messaging. Insider has helped us move from a one-size-fits-all communication approach to a truly personalized mobile experience for our customers.

**What do you like best about Insider One?**

The tool is efficient and intuitive from an operational standpoint.
It offers solid structuring for templates, journeys and segmentation, which speeds up execution and supports our CRM operation across multiple brands.
The CDP architecture helps centralize profiles and activate audiences quickly, especially in real-time use cases.
The customer support is outstanding. The team is fast, efficient and very solution-oriented. They understand our context, help us navigate the tool and respond quickly when we need guidance or troubleshooting. This level of support makes our operation smoother and gives us confidence to scale our CRM initiatives.

**What do you dislike about Insider One?**

The measurement layer is limited.
There is significant room for improvement in analyzing and monitoring campaign results in channels such as WhatsApp, especially for education use cases.
The tool lacks deeper insights and financial impact evaluation, which makes strategic decision-making harder.
Some features are very e-commerce-driven, which requires adaptations for the education industry.

**What problems is Insider One solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Insider helps us centralize customer data, activate audiences in real time and orchestrate journeys across multiple channels, which is essential for managing high volumes and complex funnels in education. This improves our operational efficiency and enables faster experimentation and personalization.
However, the lack of robust data extraction and analysis capabilities limits our ability to fully understand campaign performance. The current measurement layer makes it difficult to identify patterns, optimize strategies and accurately evaluate the effectiveness of WhatsApp campaigns.
Without deeper insights, it becomes harder to take truly data-driven decisions, which impacts our ability to refine communication, increase engagement and drive higher conversion rates.

**What do you like best about Insider One?**

What I like best about Insider One is how it brings multiple customer engagement channels into a single, unified platform. It makes it easy to design, launch, and optimize campaigns across web, app, push, email, and SMS without needing separate tools.

The Architect feature is especially valuable. It allows us to build end-to-end customer journeys with a clear logic and automation structure, which saves a significant amount of time and reduces manual work.

Another strong point is the platform’s flexibility and speed. We can quickly test ideas, iterate on campaigns, and act on insights without heavy technical dependency, which is critical for a fast-moving marketing team.

**What do you dislike about Insider One?**

One area that could be improved is visibility around newly released features and updates within the platform. Sometimes it’s not very easy to stay up to date with what’s new or recently improved.

That said, our Account Manager has been very helpful in keeping us informed and guiding us through new capabilities, which really helps us make the most out of the platform.

Insider One solves the problem of managing fragmented customer engagement across multiple channels by bringing everything into a single, unified platform. Instead of handling web, mobile app, push, email, and SMS separately, we can manage all channels centrally and in a more integrated way.

This significantly improves our operational efficiency. Campaign setup, targeting, and optimization processes become faster and more streamlined. With Architect in particular, we can automate end-to-end customer journeys, which reduces manual workload and helps us deliver more consistent and personalized experiences.

As a result, we are able to act faster, improve customer experience, and scale our marketing efforts more effectively.

**What do you like best about Insider One?**

The interface is very intuitive, especially the Journey Builder. It's easy to visualize and build complex automation flows without needing a huge IT team. Additionally, the unification of customer data into a single profile (CDP) helps to have a 360º view of the customers. Furthermore, the way to make segmentations is extremely simplified and intuitive.

**What do you dislike about Insider One?**

I feel that there is a delay in resolving specific technical issues. The account support (CSM) is excellent and very attentive, but the technical support flow for bugs or custom integrations is sometimes slow.

**What problems is Insider One solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Insider One is helping us automate complex journeys that were previously manual or disconnected. By centralizing various CRO tools (such as site personalization and A/B testing) into a single platform, we can act faster. The main benefit is the clear improvement in the conversion rate, as we now deliver much more relevant offers for each customer profile, reducing the waste of investment in media.

What I like best about Insider One is that it combines customer data, personalization, and cross-channel journey orchestration in one place. Instead of switching between multiple tools, teams can manage campaigns across WhatsApp, SMS, email, web, app, and site search from a single platform. It also seems to be well regarded for ease of use and support, which makes it even more appealing for fast-moving marketing teams.

What I dislike about Insider One is that the platform can feel overwhelming at first, especially for new users who are not familiar with advanced marketing automation tools. Some features may take time to learn, and managing everything effectively can require a bit of training and adjustment.

**What do you like best about Insider One?**

Our primary aim has been to cultivate customer loyalty, achieved through establishing product trust and leveraging upsell opportunities. The Insider Mobile App platform served our needs perfectly, enabling easy campaign creation for cross-selling to app visitors. SMS and WhatsApp supplement our mobile marketing strategies well as it helped increase app traffic and conversions. Insider's support team also promptly address any technical challenges we face - ensuring uninterrupted user experiences. Their effective issue resolution underscores their product quality and customer support. We value their swift assistance and eagerly anticipate our ongoing collaboration. 

**What do you dislike about Insider One?**

We had a worry that the app integration could take some time as we have seen it with other vendors but Insider was different and the integrations happened super quickly without hassle thanks to Insider's team. It didn't even need involvement from our team to fix things which was great! 

**What problems is Insider One solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We noticed customers leaving our app after fulfilling their initial needs, unaware of our full range of offerings. This led them to our competitors for products and services we provide. Insider's Mobile App Suite engaged customers from acquisition to successful campaigns, preventing account loss. App push revived dormant users, boosting our overall engagement, thanks to Insider's tools. Increased app traffic and conversions from SMS & WhatsApp. 

Expanding to Insider's web services in future holds promise for continued success.

**What do you like best about Insider One?**

Insider offers a diverse range of flexible, easy-to-use templates to make our website more interactive for our users. We use web push, the spinning wheel, and their banner overlay templates to build a completely engaging website experience for our users. With the banner overlay, for instance, we were able to achieve a significant increase in session duration of 134%. We have observed that using Insider, web push has become an important channel for us which enables us to re-engage our website visitors and bring them back. By being able to automate our push notifications, Insider has helped us become more efficient than ever, while also delivering results that are promising. Using their web push, too, we got some desirable campaign results, contributing to almost 2% of our total traffic.

**What do you dislike about Insider One?**

Insider's panel show's real time results and data from each campaign. However, the data is a bit hard to understand without further information or explanation on the panel. Most of the time we rely on the consultant to help us understand where the numbers coming from. Would appreciate if the panel is a little easier to decipher for ourselves so we can be more self served. 

**What problems is Insider One solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We wanted to increase and improve the traffic and its quality coming into our website. We also needed solutions to help us increase the exposure for our marketing campaigns and better user engagement. Insider’s web push solved the problem of traffic for us, and their onsite templates like the banner overlay and spinning wheel solved the problem of improving user engagement and retention.

**What do you like best about Insider One?**

InsiderOne helps us manage our customer engagement in a much more organized way. With Architect journeys and onsite personalization, we can easily create targeted campaigns based on user behavior.

It’s also very easy to run A/B tests and experiment with different campaign ideas. This helps us continuously optimize our campaigns and improve performance over time.

Overall, it’s a very useful platform for teams that want to increase engagement and drive incremental revenue.

Some gamification templates could be expanded, and having more ready-to-use templates would make campaign creation even faster for marketing teams.

**What do you like best about Insider One?**

Insider’s ready to use templates worked really well for us for improving the UX and enhancing interactions on the website. We were also able to easily track the performance of our website in real-time. They have the best customer success team that’s always ready to give their partners the best support, solutions, and experience. We have only used their Web Suite so far to improve onsite experiences for website visitors but would surely love to try out their other products in the near future.

**What do you dislike about Insider One?**

We have no dislikes. Love using Insider for personalizing experiences for our customers and we're glad our customers appreciate too as we're seeing better engagement.

**What problems is Insider One solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Using Insider, we were able to proactively create scripts to guide and engage our potential customers better on our website and we could do that only because their digital team supported us at every step. The best part was that there was no help needed from the IT team. With the implementations and changes that we made on our website considering their growth team’s suggestions, our product page views for various categories went up from 66% to 700%. 

Another amazing improvement that happened after collaborating with Insider was 11.8% growth in CR. Despite we had traffic on our website, views on product pages were not so high but Insider’s digital team added a few top search keywords in the script to direct visitors to our product pages, resulting in 195% increase in page views.

I don't like how some metrics are calculated, for example: App Templates or Web Templates have some metrics like revenue, uplift, etc. that do not correspond to exact data but rather an estimate of how much was generated or impacted. In this sense, for many campaigns, it is necessary to cross internal data to know the real result of this.
In the company, we have many internal segmentations and sometimes we find it difficult to understand which page rule or segmentation is appropriate. In this case, it would be of great help if we had an AI agent within Insider that could help understand the segmentation base based on our prompt.

What we value most is how easy it is to use, the high quality of the customer support, the breadth of features, and the ability to build highly granular segments.

Architect is amazing for setting up cross-channel campaigns. It offers a wide range of triggers and segmentation capabilities, whether that’s based on user attributes, live onsite behaviour, previous purchase behaviour, predictive AI, and more.

Our Customer Success Manager regularly demonstrates her many years of experience and, in our meetings, proactively shares ideas for new campaigns as well as advice on how to refine existing ones.

The support team typically reaches out within a few hours after a ticket is created, and they have solved 100% of the few obstacles we’ve had so far. They also help with error handling, campaign creation, 3rd party integration, and more.

**What do you dislike about Insider One?**

The Email Editor can be quite slow, especially when an email includes a recommendation block. Also, because the email address is treated as an identifier, it can’t be changed manually (only via API), which becomes an obstacle if Insider is being used as a “standard newsletter” tool with contact lists. On top of that, the product catalog feels fairly limited, making it harder to work with the full range of items I need.

Usability is simple and easy, and the connection with data is also very smooth. The tool is quite adaptable: we can perform various integrations with external APIs in a simple way. The user tracking part is very good, as it allows for a 360-degree view of what the client receives in the tool, without complication. We have a lot of ease in using the WhatsApp channel. Finally, the drag and drop segmentation helps a lot in the day-to-day, and we don't need an extremely technical team to create new strategies.

The Architect module is separate from the Single module, which impacts the reports, brings a different usability, and still keeps the banners in distinct areas. The App Templates module also does not cater to all channels; in practice, it ends up being useful almost exclusively for email. Meanwhile, dynamic segmentation has a limit on the number of criteria, which today makes some segmentations unfeasible.

Finally, other points that deserve attention are the absence of an absolute volume limiter for dispatches and the number of attributes that can be created, which can become limitations depending on the usage.

Since our last evaluation, we have significantly expanded the use of the platform, starting to operate with more robust clients, with a higher volume of data and complexity of journeys.

Insider continues to stand out mainly for its ability to evolve quickly. It is very common for us to encounter a specific business challenge or a punctual limitation, and in a short time, we see the platform evolve to cover this need. This pace of evolution is undoubtedly one of the greatest differentiators.

Another point we continue to value is the ease of integration and use of the CDP as a basis for orchestration. The platform allows for very fluid data handling, which accelerates both the setup and day-to-day operations.

Furthermore, the maturity of intelligence features, such as Sirius AI, has increasingly contributed to operational efficiency gains, allowing the team to focus more on strategy and less on operational tasks.

It would be interesting if there were an option to automatically send the performance report of an email marketing or web push campaign by email, the day after sending or on a date chosen by the user. This way, the user could configure when they want to receive the result, making it easier to track the campaigns.

Communication with our client through different channels. Ease of placing banners on the site without relying on the product team. With a focus on increasing conversions, we were looking for a tool to segment and automate journeys. With the Insider platform, we achieved all this and much more! Changing any CTA, text, image, or entire layouts was very easy with the on-site experiment feature.

One area for improvement would be that some parts of the product suite (e.g. search and discovery) are still catching up to a few of the current market leaders in terms of depth and maturity. That said, the platform is evolving quickly, and new capabilities are being introduced regularly. What really stands out is the team behind the product. Their support structure is easily the best I’ve worked with.

I understand the approach, but I also find that it complicates the support ticket process, especially when the issue involves integrations or specific campaigns. Specially on campaigns that required some personalization on the technical side, trying to explain those details to someone else while you’re already dealing with a problem can be difficult. In those situations, I’d much rather be able to send an email and ask a question directly to the team that worked on that project so they could forward to someone else if that was the case. Or have a better documentation system so it doesn't fall to us to try to explain to the support team all the personalization we have/need on integrations and others.

**What do you like best about Insider One?**

The best thing about our Insider experience was the segmenting capability present in the Web Suite. The ability to connect with our users online and get to know them better through Architect and tailoring customer journeys that led to conversion was very satisfying as well. The technical support we received from Insider was remarkable and helped us solve the problems that lay ahead of us, enabling us to succeed in lead generation and improve our sales too. 

**What do you dislike about Insider One?**

Not really a con, but worth mentioning that if the user cannot be identified, then the online and offline efforts of converting leads would become difficult. Improvement here will be great.

**What problems is Insider One solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The bounce rates on our website were low. We could see that the users were interested in our blogs but weren't purchasing much. Our business happens offline, but because we couldn't identify or target individual users, our campaigns were largely unsuccessful. It was also very difficult for us to A/B test the scenarios on the web. By leveraging Insider's Web Suite and the Architect tool, we were able to collect the leads that matter and contact them offline. The conversion rate also improved by 33%, which led to a corresponding increase in our ROI for the year. Thanks to Insider, we now know exactly who among the users engaging online are interested to buy from us, and we can target them accordingly using Architect.
