"HubSpot expert: successful implementation of a new user-friendly lead management process"

INSIDEA helped us implement a replacement process for our lead management within HubSpot. The old system was complex and dated. Thanks to INSIDEA, we have a sleek, modern and very user-friendly process flow. They also managed to sort out a complex workflow, which we had been told was not viable within HubSpot. They onboarded our sales staff, and the training was very well received.

What do you like best about INSIDEA?

What I like best about INSIDEA is how responsive they are whenever we have questions or needed assistance—they’re always quick to get back to us. Since we were brand new to HubSpot, we didn’t really know what it could do or even how to explain what we needed. INSIDEA made the process easy by bringing their own knowledge, framework, and plan to the table. They were able to build out the CRM with very little direction from us and still made it user-friendly and tailored to our business. Honestly, I wish we hadn’t wasted time trying to figure it out ourselves—I’d invest in INSIDEA from the start to save time and get things running smoothly right away. We’re a small business trying to grow, and we knew we needed a CRM to create a more systematic approach for our team. We signed up for HubSpot but quickly realized we didn’t have the time or expertise to set it up ourselves—it was honestly overwhelming since we’d never used a CRM before. That’s where INSIDEA came in. They took the entire setup off our plate so we could stay focused on running the business, while their team handled all the HubSpot details. They made sure everything integrated smoothly with our existing tools, giving us a much more efficient workflow. On top of that, the weekly check-ins with our HubSpot specialist and Account Manager kept us on track with a clear plan, and within just a few weeks, we had a CRM fully built to fit our needs.
