What do you like best about INSIDEA?

What I like best about INSIDEA is how responsive they are whenever we have questions or needed assistance—they’re always quick to get back to us. Since we were brand new to HubSpot, we didn’t really know what it could do or even how to explain what we needed. INSIDEA made the process easy by bringing their own knowledge, framework, and plan to the table. They were able to build out the CRM with very little direction from us and still made it user-friendly and tailored to our business. We’re a small business trying to grow, and we knew we needed a CRM to create a more systematic approach for our team. We signed up for HubSpot but quickly realized we didn’t have the time or expertise to set it up ourselves—it was honestly overwhelming since we’d never used a CRM before. That’s where INSIDEA came in. They took the entire setup off our plate so we could stay focused on running the business, while their team handled all the HubSpot details. They made sure everything integrated smoothly with our existing tools, giving us a much more efficient workflow. On top of that, the weekly check-ins with our HubSpot specialist and Account Manager kept us on track with a clear plan, and within just a few weeks, we had a CRM fully built to fit our needs. What problems is INSIDEA solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are a Firm that handles Criminal Defense, Personal Injury, and Estate Planning.

At the current moment we have two different systems for lead management and case management. The problem is the level of activity/engagement on the lead management platform and the marketing simplicity we are looking for.

INSIDEA is helping us transfer ALL contacts and records from our lead management platform, integrate our case management platform for marketing purposes, and helping us link and automate every single manual action we were doing prior in BOTH our systems. Not only that but increasing cadence, increasing engagement, increasing automation - all at a couple clicks. INSIDEA is helping build that.

It's going to be an amazing feet when we are finished and the system works for itself. INSIDEA is how we accomplished this.

I normally don't like 3rd party onboarding platforms, but they are dedicated to building the system and they only care about the finished project. We've gone over on hours several times and they didn't even charge until I said "hey, I want more hours let's build/do more".

Easy to work with. We had a timetable we wanted and they were great at keeping us focused but due to an unforeseen personal event the time table needed to be changed and they were great about working with us to adjust that timetable and get us back on track. We were disorganized in customer information and management. Information was kept in different locations and none of it was the same. There were several time consuming processes. They helped us fix all of these by leveraging the more of what Zoho CRM could do and helped us automate areas that could benefit from automation. Instead of information being across several platforms it is now only in two.
