What do you like best about INSIDEA?

I truly appreciate INSIDEA for their remarkable ability to integrate with HubSpot, which has been essential in enhancing our sales team enablement. The initial call with their team left a lasting impression due to their incredible support from the very beginning. INSIDEA-- and specifically my representative, Om-- have been crucial in helping us lay the groundwork for a new program that will be managed by a client success manager. Their expertise and guidance were vital, as they assisted us in setting up reporting solutions to effectively communicate progress and value to our high-level executives. It's quite remarkable that we managed to launch this program in less than a month with their help. I find their willingness to work within our company's unique environment extremely valuable, especially given the security constraints of our product. Their team demonstrated exceptional flexibility and problem-solving skills by finding workarounds to overcome these hurdles. Their responsiveness is another highlight; I can reach out to them at any time, and they are always quick to provide detailed and helpful responses. This level of partnership makes operating the software independently much easier. Overall, their supportive nature and proactiveness encourage me to continue and expand my partnership with them. What do you dislike about INSIDEA?

I would like INSIDEA to provide a testing environment. For companies like ours, which often can't grant external access to HubSpot or other sensitive platforms, a separate testing environment would be beneficial. This would help in training and troubleshooting without needing direct access to our systems. It can sometimes be challenging to manage when external access isn't feasible. The team members Sanish and Shreya are knowledgeable, responsive, and very structured in their approach. Their clear explanations and step-by-step onboarding process make complex HubSpot configurations easier to understand. What do you like best about INSIDEA?

Om Choithwani, Kabir Borbhuyan, and Sidhant Pattnaik have been absolutely fantastic to work with and instrumental in getting the Traxxion.AI team set up in HubSpot.

Our weekly meetings have been extremely organized and productive, the team has been quick to address any technical issues, and the support has been timely.
