I appreciate INSIDEA for acting like a growth partner rather than just a vendor, with a focus on measurable ROI and fast execution. What do you like best about INSIDEA?

I really appreciate how INSIDEA has helped us by clearly explaining performance while moving quickly and staying aligned with our compliance requirements. Their approach to tightening targeting and improving conversion tracking has made our spend more efficient. The reporting is clearer, and the processes are more streamlined, reducing back-and-forth and allowing us to focus on revenue-driving activities. We also spend less time sorting data, which enables us to act on it faster and prioritize better leads. Their systematic approach to lead scoring and engagement tracking, combined with clear reporting, helps us prioritize high-value prospects and reduce wasted efforts. INSIDEA handled most of the integration with HUBSPOT CRM and trained our team, even providing clear instructions and support when syncing old data was tricky. INSIDEA-- and specifically my representative, Om-- have been crucial in helping us lay the groundwork for a new program that will be managed by a client success manager. I would like INSIDEA to provide a testing environment. For companies like ours, which often can't grant external access to HubSpot or other sensitive platforms, a separate testing environment would be beneficial. This would help in training and troubleshooting without needing direct access to our systems. It can sometimes be challenging to manage when external access isn't feasible.
