Easy to work with. We had a timetable we wanted and they were great at keeping us focused but due to an unforeseen personal event the time table needed to be changed and they were great about working with us to adjust that timetable and get us back on track. Their follow-ups after meetings were usually not very helpful. They often sent lengthy emails outlining next steps and assigning responsibilities, but these were frequently inaccurate. My name is Ed Rosheim and I am the founder and president of a business called Workplace Languages. We are a Corporate Language Training Company, and we are based in the Twin Cities – the state of Minnesota.

I am so happy that I have the opportunity to let people know what I tremendous resource Insidea has been for me and for Workplace Languages for over a year now.

There are so many things about Insidea that impress me that I hope that I don’t forget anything.

The first thing that I want to mention is what they have done with our website. I don’t think all business owners understand that it takes more than a sharp-looking website that attracts potential clients. If you’re not found on Google or on the Internet, it doesn’t mean anything.

Insidea absolutely has designed a beautiful website that conveys our messaging perfectly. But there is so much more than that. They do all of the upfront keyword research; they study your current analytics and then they optimize your website as they create your new design. They “do their homework.” They take the time to learn about your business, and they show that you are a valued customer as soon as you contact them.

It amazes me whenever I hear a business owner say that they are going to design their own website or get a friend or neighbor to do it. That is probably the biggest mistake that I see people make. If there is one piece of advice that I would give small businesses and companies of all sizes is to make the investment in your website and your digital marketing efforts. I truly believe that there isn’t anyone better at this than Insidea.

There are so many reasons why Insidea is considered a leader in digital marketing & website design. And there is no mystery why someone like Chevron in Saudia Arabia finds our language training and services or a company like Stanley Black and Decker in Asia. It’s because of an eye-catching website that is optimized. We’re found throughout the US and globally. Our partnership with Insidea has been the key to our success. Without them, we would not be found on the Internet.

And then after your website is completed, it’s your ongoing digital marketing efforts that reinforce your website’s messaging. It also allows you to update current clients on your company’s initiatives and also introduces new audiences to what you offer.

Another thing that is incredible, in my eyes, is that they have different teams with their own area of expertise. You have instant access to a team of highly trained and knowledgeable individuals. Depending on your needs, they assign a project manager who is always making sure that your thoughts are accurately conveyed to the entire team and also makes sure that everyone delivers their contributions on time. And Insidea makes sure that you are thrilled with their efforts. There are teams for keyword research, website design and optimization, social media profiles, blogs, digital newsletters, automating email responses, CRMs (Customer Relationship Management Software) like HubSpot. It’s just amazing.

Not only do they bring in clients that you never would have reached, but they also develop processes and automate things to make your life easier. This helps you to consistently follow up with your clients, but it also makes sure your company’s messaging is accurate every time you communicate to current and potential clients.

There is so much else I want to say about Insidea. They are such a great value. Their pricing is very reasonable, their knowledge is off the charts, and I have never been lucky enough to work with such an incredibly hard-working team. If contract them for 20 hours or 500, whatever your agreement is, you can be assured that they will work every minute you are paying for.

Above and beyond all of this, Insidea is a wonderful group of individuals who care about what they do and every client they serve. They will do everything they can to make you happy and your business a success.

I give Insidea the highest recommendation possible. I am 100% satisfied and Workplace Languages continues to benefit from their efforts.
