What I appreciate most about INSIDEA is how proactive, attentive, and genuinely supportive their team has been throughout the entire implementation process. They don’t just execute tasks; they take the time to understand our goals, explain the “why” behind each recommendation, and guide us toward best practices that make a real difference.

Their communication is consistently clear and timely, and they’re incredibly responsive whenever we need help or clarification. It truly feels like working with a partner rather than a vendor. INSIDEA also brings deep HubSpot knowledge, which gives us confidence that everything is being set up correctly and optimised for long-term success.

Overall, their mix of expertise, reliability, and a hands-on, human approach is what sets them apart.

**What do you dislike about INSIDEA?**

There isn’t anything significant I’d call a “dislike.” If I had to point to one area for improvement, it would be having even more proactive recommendations earlier in the process. Their team is highly responsive and knowledgeable, but at times I would have appreciated more pre-emptive guidance before we had to ask certain questions.

That said, whenever we did bring something up, INSIDEA addressed it quickly and thoroughly, so this is really just a minor preference rather than a true issue.

What I like best about INSIDEA is the responsiveness, technical knowledge, and willingness to collaborate throughout the entire process. Om, Conan, and Swapnali were consistently communicative, open to feedback, and quick to implement adjustments as our needs evolved. Their ability to translate our goals into practical, easy-to-use HubSpot solutions made the overall experience smooth and highly productive.

Overall, there is very little to dislike. At times, because of the number of customization requests and iterative tweaks involved in building the system, some items naturally required a bit of back-and-forth to finalize, but the team was always responsive and worked through each adjustment quickly. Outside of that, the experience has been very positive.

**Recommendations to others considering INSIDEA:**

I would highly recommend INSIDEA to any company looking to properly implement or optimize HubSpot. Their team is knowledgeable, responsive, and very collaborative, making the process smooth even when workflows require customization. If you are willing to clearly communicate your goals and stay engaged through the setup process, they will build a system that is organized, scalable, and highly effective for managing your pipeline.

We were then recommended some organisations who could support as in the onboarding and set up process. We chose Insidea as the team were friendly, responsive and supportive. INSIDEA-- and specifically my representative, Om-- have been crucial in helping us lay the groundwork for a new program that will be managed by a client success manager. Their expertise and guidance were vital, as they assisted us in setting up reporting solutions to effectively communicate progress and value to our high-level executives. It's quite remarkable that we managed to launch this program in less than a month with their help. I find their willingness to work within our company's unique environment extremely valuable, especially given the security constraints of our product. Our weekly meetings have been extremely organized and productive, the team has been quick to address any technical issues, and the support has been timely.

INSIDEA is helping us transfer ALL contacts and records from our lead management platform, integrate our case management platform for marketing purposes, and helping us link and automate every single manual action we were doing prior in BOTH our systems. Not only that but increasing cadence, increasing engagement, increasing automation - all at a couple clicks. INSIDEA is helping build that. 

It's going to be an amazing feet when we are finished and the system works for itself. INSIDEA is how we accomplished this.

I normally don't like 3rd party onboarding platforms, but they are dedicated to building the system and they only care about the finished project. We've gone over on hours several times and they didn't even charge until I said "hey, I want more hours let's build/do more".

In the future we are going to set it up so the two locations have that information synced and we plan to have Insidea help with that.
