What do you like best about INSIDEA?

What problems is INSIDEA solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are a Firm that handles Criminal Defense, Personal Injury, and Estate Planning.

At the current moment we have two different systems for lead management and case management. The problem is the level of activity/engagement on the lead management platform and the marketing simplicity we are looking for.

INSIDEA is helping us transfer ALL contacts and records from our lead management platform, integrate our case management platform for marketing purposes, and helping us link and automate every single manual action we were doing prior in BOTH our systems. Not only that but increasing cadence, increasing engagement, increasing automation - all at a couple clicks. INSIDEA is helping build that.

It's going to be an amazing feet when we are finished and the system works for itself. INSIDEA is how we accomplished this.

I normally don't like 3rd party onboarding platforms, but they are dedicated to building the system and they only care about the finished project. We've gone over on hours several times and they didn't even charge until I said "hey, I want more hours let's build/do more".
