**What do you like best about Inner Fit?**

As a leader of a team of 150+ developers, I faced various issues with communication, victim mindset, lack of accountability, decision-making, and initiatives. These problems were impacting our sprint deliveries, and I knew I needed a solution. It's tough to rely on managers to give feedback and then coach their team, and managers have their biases too.

That's when we turned to Inner fit nudges, and it was a game-changer. The platform was effortless to integrate, and it personalized for each team member. It took just 2 mins a day to use, and the nudges brought a reinforcement of change in a light, fun, non-judgmental way.

Since implementing Inner fit nudges, we've seen a significant improvement in our team's behavior. My team members started asking proactive questions, were more engaged with day-to-day work, and some of them even came forward and called out how, for the first time, they discussed priorities and constraints upfront rather than bringing them up later. The increased engagement also meant less attrition, which was a massive win for our team.

Overall, I highly recommend Inner fit nudges to any organization struggling with similar challenges. The platform is easy to use and highly effective in driving behavior change. Thanks to Inner fit nudges, my team is more productive, engaged, and accountable than ever before.

**What do you dislike about Inner Fit?**

Takes a bit of time initially, and pushing the team members to adopt it. Moreover, unsure of their compatibility with non-Slack based communication platforms like Teams, etc.

**What problems is Inner Fit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

1) Building better engagement with the team. 
2) Behavioral coaching
3) Unbiased, and objective coach/assistant. 
4) Data backed tracking, and suggestions on the teams morale, and performance parameters.

**What do you like best about Inner Fit?**

It is a daily guided companion in a person's personal and professional growth journey. The best part about it is in helping an individual with small nuggets of insights and actionable which eventually leads to an overall compounding effect.

**What do you dislike about Inner Fit?**

Havent come across anything as such so far.

In this fast-paced world, we sometimes lose track of our goals and our self-development plans. Innerfit helps you stay in control and also brings you back on track when you are lost.
