What do you like best about Infotrack?

The implementation of an HRMS comes along with a variety of advantages such as automating processes such as payroll and time records resulting in more efficiency, having a single database for all employees, and increased adherence to laws and regulations. recruiting of employees becomes easier, onboarding processes are not complicated, and they also allow self service which minimises HR teams work. The HRMS tools can integrate into larger systems, are easily scalable, improve data security, and assist in better decision making. Other than this, they allow for reduced costs such as administrative costs, and greater employee engagement stemming from feedback systems and performance tracking. What do you dislike about Infotrack?

An HRMS has its downside because of its high initial costs, a complex implementation process, and a steep learning curve. It may expose the business to data security risks, privacy issues, or overreliance on technology that may be an issue in the event of system failures. Furthermore, certain systems might be inflexible in terms of customization options, be over-featured, or have undisclosed costs related to upgrades and support services.
