I like that Influencity groups all the accounts of a single profile just by entering one of them. I don't have to go searching for each social network of the influencer, instead it associates all the social networks with a single click. This speeds up the process when having multi-platform campaigns. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
At this point, I feel that it only collects the influencer's content but does not show me metric estimates. I would need it to estimate how many views, how much reach, how many interactions a content had, even if the profile is not registered on the platform. Uploading the statistics screenshot to Influencity means a second job for me. I would need it to also give me estimates of reach, views, interactions, etc., based on some algorithm, from the content it collects. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Luisa, really glad to hear that the cross-platform grouping is saving you time! This is actually designed exactly for that use case. When you input one social profile, the platform automatically scans and connects the rest of the influencer’s available networks so you don’t have to build everything manually, especially useful for multi-platform campaigns.
On your point about estimates, we really appreciate the feedback. It’s something we take seriously as we continue improving the product. Just to add context, within the reporting section we do already include estimated views for content performance, which can help you get a general sense of how posts are performing even when full data isn’t available.
Thanks again for sharing your experience, it really helps us keep refining the platform ✨
