What do you like best about Influencity?

I like that Influencity groups all the accounts of a single profile just by entering one of them. I don't have to go searching for each social network of the influencer, instead it associates all the social networks with a single click. What do you dislike about Influencity?

At this point, I feel that it only collects the influencer's content but does not show me metric estimates. I would need it to estimate how many views, how much reach, how many interactions a content had, even if the profile is not registered on the platform. Uploading the statistics screenshot to Influencity means a second job for me. I would need it to also give me estimates of reach, views, interactions, etc., based on some algorithm, from the content it collects. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

When you input one social profile, the platform automatically scans and connects the rest of the influencer’s available networks so you don’t have to build everything manually, especially useful for multi-platform campaigns.

On your point about estimates, we really appreciate the feedback. It’s something we take seriously as we continue improving the product. Just to add context, within the reporting section we do already include estimated views for content performance, which can help you get a general sense of how posts are performing even when full data isn’t available.

What do you like best about Influencity?

I really like the hands-on help and the high-quality support I get from the employees at Influencity. It's one of the best things about using the tool. The support team is always there to show me how to use it, making the setup quite easy. We recently added tracking and reporting features, which I think will be valuable because we no longer have to ask influencers to send data back to us manually. What do you dislike about Influencity?

I think the analyze feature has too few credits. We tend to want to use it a lot to verify and qualify influencers. The research and look for influencer features is not as useful as analyzing outside of your platform influencers. You know what I mean? Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Influencity?

I use Influencity for work and to research influencer data. I like that I can link several profiles from the same creator and that it gives me all the data in an easy-to-digest format. Also, the price in regards to what it gives is amazing. Influencity provides the exact same data and tools as other products that were out of our budget, which is great. I dislike that sometimes Influencity glitches on certain profiles and doesn't give the data immediately. I'd also like for it to let me know why it's not working. You cannot hide some value (like estimated earned media, estimaded stories views) which are most times false. In Greece influencers do not get paid by posting on the platform. I’ve tried the AI function for a month, and I could not make it work. Each time after typing the prompt, it failed and showed an error message. Also, it would be great to be able to select more than one social network in one search. Another thing that is missing is the ability to select influencers by type, such as having a field (filter) that allows you to search for specific professions like 'nurse' and find relevant influencers.
